Thank you for believing in me.
You're so loved and so appreciated.
One of a kind.
A nice surprise.

Footprints.
They say our footprints never fade from the lives we've touched.
They must've met someone equivalent to Jeon Jungkook.
But, what about his hands? His big, beautiful, delicate, tattooed hands?
They touched me, moulded and shaped me, painted and coloured me better than any artist, writer, sculptor ever could.
Jeon Jungkook, he walked into my life and never left.
And like the meaningful tattoos that adorn his skin, he adorned my life.

"What?" He asks shyly, smiling at me. I could tell by the way he cocked his eyebrow that he felt self conscious beneath my gaze.
Smiling, I liked that I had such a hold on him. Even after all these years.
"Hmmm... Nothing" I hum, my eyes racking over his smooth face and landing on his scar.
My fingers instinctively reach out and I can't help but lightly trace the indent with my index finger. There was something so peculiar yet sexy about scars. I found them so attractive! Battle scars, a story waiting to be told.
"Stop it!" He says sternly. Moving away from me. Oh Kookie. If only you knew.
I can't help but giggle. He was so cute. So timid. So shy.
"So graduation is next week" I announce. I was excited. Finally we'd be done with school! I knew I'd miss the place, my teachers, my friends... Him. The normalcy of it all. I mean, I've heard the "you'll-sure-miss-school-when-youre-done" speech more times than I'd like to remember but this was life. It goes on. Never waiting idly.
He chuckles but says nothing. He turns to look at me and I'm struck by his beautiful, big, deer like eyes. The world was so lucky to know you, I have no doubt that they're going to fall more and more in love with you!
"Okay. I'll take that as my que. I'm going to head out now" I say, a bit turned off by his quietness. Walking towards him, I start placing my books back into my backpack. It was getting late and I didn't feel like talking to myself anymore.
His hand reaches out and grabs mine.
"Where are you going?" He asks, teasingly. His golden brown hair brush across his forehead effortlessly. He really did resemble a bunny. The cutest bunny on Earth!
"Home. Where else?" I ask annoyed.
"Are you upset?" He asks peering down at me.
"No. What would give you that idea?" I ask sarcastically as I grab my bag and head out. The sound of his laughter can be heard in the corridor.
Boys. So stupid.

"Con-Graduation! My grandmother yells, beaming with pride as she hands me a gift wrapped in gold paper.
"Wh-why?! I thought we agreed no gifts?!" I whine but secretly loved the fact that I got something for finishing high school!
"Yeah - yeah. " She mutters eyeing me before laughing as I rip the wrapping apart.
"Oma!" I yell. "You didn't have to!
"Yes. Yes I did. You're going to need it." She says solemnly. "Besides, I promised you something life changing if you passed well. And you exceeded even my expectations!" She beams with pride as she hugs me from behind.
"Selfie!" I yell, quickly raising my phone above our heads. She's caught off guard but never misses a beat!
"Atta gurl Oma!" I laugh as I look over the photos. She laughs along. We spend the night talking through our moving plans and future plans and for the first time, in a really long time... I'm excited at all the possibilities!
