Ezra was now 24 and was still has childish has ever. He still had his long hair but now it was to his shoulders but he wore it in a bun. He also was now muscular and lean making him agile.

But now after all the years, he had a Padawan of his own. She was a 14 year old girl with brown hair that pooled at her waist and glowing emerald eyes. Once Ezra made it official with everyone and she had moved in, was he ready to start training her.
They all walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table. They all quietly ate breakfast and when everyone was finished, Ezra asked Chire, his Padawan, "Are you ready?" She looked at him and said lightly, "Ready as I'll ever be." He smirked and they stood up together but stopped as Kanan said, "Do you mind if I watch?" Ezra looked at his former Master and looked at all the changes.
Kanan had grey hair forming in his bread and wrinkles were crinkling around his eyes.
Ezra looked over at Chire who gave him a nod. "Ok come on. We're going on top." "Do you mind if we watch too, Love?" Ezra then looked over at the also aging women who had wrinkles also forming. He nodded and they all walked out.

Going topside he passed her his lightsaber and her eyes grew wide. "Ummm.... are you sure?" Ezra smirked and walked backwards while nodding. He turned around ignoring the looks from his sitting crew in front of him and pulled forward a crate filled with milk cartons and said, "You will be deflecting these while your eyes are closed. And don't try peaking, I'll know." She nodded serious. He walked towards her and said, "Ok now stand with your feet apart and feet forward. Legs slightly bent." She quickly got into position and he said gently, "Ok now I need you to do the most important part. Believe in yourself. It's one of the most important things of a Jedi. Trusting and believing." Chire furrowed her eyebrows. "I think I understand." He smirked and turned towards the sitting crew at the back. He looked Kanan in the eyes, "Do or do not there is no try." Kanan chuckled, "I'll give you that one." Ezra turned back around, "Ok now activate it." She turned it on and it was taller then her. "Now shorten it. Press the button on the side." Once she pressed it, it shortened to more her height.
He grabbed a carton, "Ok now close your eyes and trust instincts." She slowly closed her eyes and Ezra tossed her the carton. She missed making her mad as she thought she would hit it and Ezra encouraged her, "Its ok, don't get frustrated, I can feel it from over here. Now trust yourself and your instincts. They will guide you." She nodded and tried again but missed. She sighed, got out of her stance opening her eyes and said, "How do I know it's instinct and not a gut feeling?" "Your instincts are a feeling." "Then how do I know I'm feeling it?" Ezra dropped his carton had prepped and walked up to her. She turned to him confused. He held out his hand and she hesitantly shook it. He looked at her knowingly and said, "What told you to shake my hand?" "Umm, it's a sign of greeting, right?" He nodded. He started walking towards The crew who were also confused and he winked at them. Each rolled their eyes at his cheekiness.
She waited a second but she started walking behind him thinking that was what he wanted her to do.
He abruptly stopped and turned towards her. He looked down at her as he had about a foot on her since his growth spurt, "Why are you following me?"
"Well... I" She was caught off by her Master saying while looking into her eyes as if he could she her soul,
"Instinct" He smiled and she smiled back,
"The force" They nodded together.
The crew watched amazed as Ezra trained her, not thinking he'd be this calm with it or... wise.
She walked back to her position and got back into stance with closed eyes. Ezra grabbed a carton and tossed it. She actually hit it and he smiled, grabbing another one and tossed it. She hit it again and everyone smiled as she accomplished it again.

An hour later, Ezra said, "That's enough for today. You did great for your first day, Chire I'm happy I'm doing something right." She chuckled and said, "Thanks Master." He smiled heartily at the name and said lightly, "No problem Padawan." They each could feel the bond grow stronger and The crew watched them happily.
