After 5 hours of sleeping and cleaning up, they all met up in the living room because Ezra called a meeting. The crew standing awkwardly in the corner watching. With Dixie in his arms and Amelia in Blazes arms, they started the meeting.
"When I opened my Tower to the streets, I thought no one was going to come. But then over the years, you guys came and made a family out everyone. And now that I'll be away longer and longer, I need someone who will be in charge of the Tower."
Everyone gasped at his decision. Dixie looked up at him from his shoulder and whimpered, clinging stronger to his shirt which was bundled up in her hands. "But I don't want wou to weave." She said in an adorable voice. Ezra chuckled and said soothingly "Don't worry little one, I'll be back to visit but now you'll have someone to take care of you and make sure your ok." She nodded 'ok' and put her head on his chest and listened to the rumble of his voice as he talked.
"I am trusting each and everyone of you to take care of this home. I want y'all to stay and take care of each other and that includes other street rats. Show them what I once showed you: Patience, a home, and someone to rely on. You don't have to except the offer but if you do, thank you." Blaze stepped forward and said "I'll stay."
Then after a moment of silence, each and everyone stepped forward. Ezra slowly smiled and said "Ok but you're going to have to change the sleeping arrangements. And buy more cots, blankets, pillows, and food." They nodded but Hera intervened. "We'll help with some credits." Ezra nodded as a thank you and turned back to the kids. He squatted down and put Dixie on the floor. "I want you to stay here and trust them. I'll visit, I promise." She looked him with her big blue eyes and said "Don't make promises you can't keep" He smiles sadly and said "But I will keep this one."

After all their good byes, Ezra left with The crew to the Ghost. He gather up his credits and Hera gave her few remaining credits which made to be about $395. This was more than enough.
Hera and Ezra both went to the market and got everything they needed. Pillows, blankets, more cots, baby supplies, and more clothes to fit all ages. They loaded up the supplies into two crates and set off towards the Tower. On the way there, Hera decided to make small talk.
"So may I asked why you started this?" He nodded and said "I didn't want anyone else to feel as I did, Alone and sad and hungry. You feel as though you have no one but then we all came together and realized we weren't the only ones going through that." Hera had tears in her eyes and replied "I'm so proud of you" Ezra's eyes sparkled as he smiled. 'That's the first anyone's said that.' They stopped talking, thinking they said what needed to be said.

They made it back to the Tower and finished fixing it up. They moved around the beds in Sky so now there's 8 beds and in Three there's 5. They gutted out the control panel in the Gym and added two more cots so now there was 5. They also added more bars to the others and the boys were so excited. Hera told the girls all she bought: the girl needs (I'm not going into detail, girls know so that's all that matters), paint, and some dresses.
In the end, all were happy with what was happening. They all said goodbye again but before Ezra left with Hera again, he bent down to Dixie's level and she said "Bye bye" as she waved her hand side to side. Ezra smiled and caught her hand, startling her. He placed it in his hands and said "It's not a goodbye, Little one, it's a see you soon." She smiled at him brightly and jumped into his arms. He hugged back and after they were done, he left.

After three years, the Tower was still a rescue for street rats. Amelia and Dixie get along like sisters and more street rats have trusted them. And true to his promise, he visited every once in a while making Dixie so happy.
Ezra smiled at his work. Happy he was able to see his dream come true.
