Over the last couple weeks, Ezra had been sneaking out in the middle of the night. The crew have been pretending not to notice and let him tell them on his own but it was starting to be a problem. Deciding to figure out what he's doing, they made a plan to follow him.
Once the night fell, they got into position. Everyone was in bed but we're waiting for the signal. They all heard the light tapping of footsteps die off and then the tapping on the doors. There's the signal.

Once they all got together, they all walked off the Ghost and saw the small orange figure as Ezra and walked towards it. They walked at a distance but Ezra suddenly stop at a big rock. They knelt down in the grass to not be seen and Ezra fell to his knees in front of a small rock that was leaning against the bigger rock. He picked it up and reached in a hidden hole in the rock. The crew watched, silently guessing what could be in the hole but what he pulled out was unexpected.
He pulled out a brown wooden guitar, a pencil and a black notebook. He put the guitar on his back and force jump into the big rock. The crew moved to the base of the rock and listened to what he was going to do. They heard him strumming the guitar and the ruffling of pages and sounds of pencils and paper. But before they decided to walk off and leave, they heard him start singing and they were simply in awe of the song.

They sat there with tears in their eyes by the honesty and emotion in the song. They heard him moving around and decided to go back into the grass to not be seen. He jumped down from the rock a put the objects away and put the rock back  in place and started his journey back to the ship.
The crew stayed behind to look at the special items in the rock so Kanan walked up to the rock and removed it. He reached in and pulled out the guitar with the notebook laid on top. He took the notebook and handed the guitar to Sabine. He stood up and opened the book. With Hera looking over his shoulder, they read the book while the others looked at the guitar. Sabine looked over the nice, polished, wood but on the back of the neck, she found a 'E.B' but below it said 'R.I.P Dad'. She gasped at they founding, drawing the attention of the others. They then looked at Kanan for his finding. But all he said was "Its a song book." They nodded and Hera said "We better get back before he notices we're gone." They nodded in agreement and put the items away as they found them. They started their journey back home and within a few minutes they were back in their rooms.
They each fell asleep listening to the sad, passionate song in their heads and taking heart to each lyric.
