"It's already 12. What time are you coming?"

"Let me get this straight..." Jessica stopped and stood up, "You don't want me to go out or you don't want me to go out with Danny?" she continued while reaching for her cigarettes.

"Well, I want you to be careful around him. I don't know what's going on between you two but I don't want you to get hurt"

Jessica lighted up one and chuckled, "There's nothing between me and him. I most certainly enjoy his company but that's all it is. We're just friends"

"Are you really?"

"Why do you care so much?"

"Because I care about you and I want you to be happy"

"And I am... you don't have to make it such a big deal. It's just one drink. Nothing else."

"Yeah, but I've seen him... flirting with you"

"Jesus..." Jessica chuckled and sighed, "Sarah, we're just friends, cut it out now would you?"

"Alright, alright..."

"Now, try get some sleep. I'll be back in an hour"

Jessica picked up her blazer and walked out of their trailer. Sarah looked at her and sighed. An hour passed and Sarah was still sitting on the tiny chair. She took her phone on her hands and scrolled down Twitter's feed. Until then she didn't realize how jealous she was. Of course, she wanted for Jessica to be happy and she cared a lot about her but maybe all she wanted was to be the one who would make her happy. It would be a lie to say that she didn't have feelings for her cause she did. And she would do anything for her.

Jessica was having her second drink, laughing and talking with Danny. For her, he was just a friend although she enjoyed more than a lot being around him. Out of the blue, her phone started ringing. She took it out of her bag and answered it with a smile on her face, "Sarah?"

"Jess, where are you?"

"I'm coming in a while..."

"Alright, how is it going?"

"We'll talk about it when I'm there"

"Of course, yeah... I'll be waiting"

"You don't have to..."

"But I am..."

"Alright, see you in a while," Jessica said and hanged up the phone, laughing. She turned to Danny, "Sarah?"

"Yes..."

"Is everything alright?"

"Everything's fine... " Jessica said and continued, "So where were we?"

"Well, I was saying that..." Danny stopped when Jessica's phone rung again. Jessica sighed when she saw that it was Sarah. "What is it again?" she asked.

"Jess, I was wondering maybe you could bring me something to eat. What time exactly are you coming?"

"I don't know, Sarah," she said, getting angry with her friend.

"Oh... okay."

"Bye," Jessica replied and placed her phone back in her bag. Danny looked at her and chuckled, "Sarah again?"

"Yes..."

Danny checked Jessica's empty glass, "Let's order another one," he said and took a hold of her glass.

"You know what?" Jessica stopped him, "I think we should call it a night"

"Why? You're not having a good time?"

Jessica chuckled, "You know I am, I'm just so tired..." Jessica said, leaning on the counter.

"Well, then we should do this again some other time"

"Of course..." Jessica smiled and lowered her head.

When Jessica arrived in her trailer Sarah was lying on the bed, but when she heard the older woman stepping inside she immediately rushed to her side. "So soon?" Sarah asked with relief.

"Yeah, now explain to me what's up with you?" Jessica replied, obviously angry, she threw her bag to the side.

"What do you mean?" Sarah laughed awkwardly.

"Why didn't you want me to go out with Danny?"

"I never said I didn't want you to go out with him. All I said was that I wanted you to be careful. That's all"

"Yeah? And why did you call me?"

"Because I was hungry"

"And the first time?"

"Because I wanted to know what time you would return"

"Is that so?"

"Why? Did I interrupt something?"

Jessica chuckled, "No..."

"Did... something happen, between you two?"

Jessica took a seat and tilted her head to the side, smirking, "If something happened I wouldn't be here, Sarah"

"Did you want something to happen?"

"Jesus... I don't know"

"Jess..."

"Well, for a minute I thought that something might happen but it didn't"

"Good..."

"Good?"

"I mean... it's Danny, you know how he is"

"Not exactly... do you know how he is?"

Sarah looked at her and took a minuted when finally, "No... I don't"

"Look, if you know something that I should know then talk to me. I can see that something's bothering you so go ahead, let it all out"

"It's... nothing really"

"Sarah, talk to me!"

"It's not about Danny... I think he's a great guy and I believe that you two are a great match."

"Well... thanks" Jessica laughed, "Come on, go to bed now"

Sarah smiled and sat next to her friend, "I just care about you a lot and I want you to be happy"

"I care about you too, darling"

"Are you really?"

"Of course... I don't know what would I do if you weren't here"

Sarah chuckled and turned to face her friend, "Jess... I love you"

"I know... I love you too" Jessica replied with a smile on her face and reached for her bag, taking out her pack and lighter. She held the pack tight and sat straight. Sarah was observing every single move Jessica did, she watched her leaning her head backward. "What?" Jessica asked when she noticed that Sarah's eyes were glued on her.

"You are so beautiful..."

"Jesus..." Jessica chuckled and closed her eyes, "I don't know what's gotten into you tonight but..." she stopped the minute she felt Sarah's lips on hers and responded, parting her lips, allowing Sarah's tongue to find hers until she realized what was going on. Immediately she opened wide her eyes and broke the kiss, pushing Sarah back.

Sarah looked at her, silence filled the trailer until the younger woman cleared her throat and looked down, "Um... Fuck..."

"What was that?" Jessica asked, her voice was shaking.

"I don't know... I just had to do it" she said and buried her face in her palms.

"Why?"

"Because I have feelings for you, Jess..."

"God..." Jessica sighed while looking around. Suddenly she stood up, Sarah grabbed her hand and looked right into her eyes, "Jess, I'm sorry"

"I need a cigarette" she replied and left the trailer. By the time she walked back inside all the lights were down and Sarah was laying on the bed, pretending she was sleeping. She rolled over when she heard her friend walking slowly to her side and closed her eyes when she felt her taking a seat on her bed. Jessica stroked her shoulder, whispering, "Sarah?" she continued, "I know you're not sleeping, look at me"

With that Sarah opened her eyes and turned to look at her. Jessica smiled, "You've been crying?" she asked when she saw Sarah's eyes red.

"Look, Jess... I don't..." Sarah stopped and sighed, "I'm sorry. I don't want to lose you, I don't know why I did it"

"It felt nice..."

"It did?"

Jessica nodded and smiled.

"It won't happen again, I promise. Let's just forget about it and..."

"Shhh..." Jessica whispered in a seductive tone and placed her finger in front of Sarah's mouth stopping her. Sarah looked at her confused and opened wide her eyes when Jessica leaned closer, placing her mouth where her finger was, pulling her younger friend into a deep kiss. Finally, she broke the kiss and smirked.

"Um... " Sarah cleared her throat and swallowed, "That means?"

"That means that you woke me up, Sarah, that kiss before. Of course, I care about you and I never thought we could be something more than friends but... what the hell? Why not, right? If you want to, of course"

"You're kidding me? I would die for you Jessica"

"So let's give us a try. But..."

"No one will ever know about us. I promise" Sarah said making Jessica chuckle.

"And..."

"And if things don't work out we will still be friends" Sarah cut her short again.

"Well, lady, I'm still learning," Sarah said and kissed her, she stopped when Jessica crawled under the bedsheets and snuggled her. Sarah looked at her while Jessica buried her face into Sarah's nake and chuckled, she couldn't believe what was happening and seeing Jessica like that only made her heart beat faster.

"You have no idea how long I've wanted to do this. To hold you into my arms"

Jessica glanced up, "Why didn't you talk to me sooner?"

"I don't know..." Jessica replied and kissed her, she pulled her young lover closer to her body, so close that she could feel Sarah's heart beating like crazy.
