Asami pov 

I went to school the next the only thing I could think about was what happened last night, until I spotted the girl who bumped into me yesterday, I was about to approach her when suddenly kuvira and her gang walk up to her and push her around, there is no way there getting away with this 

"Hey kuvira stop that" I say getting between her and the tanned girl 

"Hey guys look it's Mako's girl" kuvira says to her gang 

"I'm nobody's I'm my own woman, and leave her alone, what has she done to you" I hiss at them  defending the poor girl 

"You clearly don't know her" Kuvira says, but I ignored her and I picked up some books for the girl her hood was down and I could see that she had a black eye and she had blood coming down her forehead, I picked her up 

"Thanks" she mumbles 

"No problem, let's get you to the nurse" I say taking her away from the crowd 

"No I can't" she says pulling away 

"Why not" I ask 

"Because, is there any chance you have a car" she asks but she pulls her hood up 

"Yeah you want me to drive you somewhere" I asks her 

"Yeah please" she says 

"No problem, on one condition you need to tell me who you are" I tell her as we exit the school 

"I'm korra" she mumbles but I catch on 

"Um can I check your wounds please" I ask her and she shrugs 

"Thanks" I say as we get into my car, I pull her hoodie off and my eyes immediately looked at her toned arms, did she work out then I look down her body, she was in great shape, why am I thinking this 

"Um do you mind if I lift your t-shirt up" I ask her and she nods 

I lift it up and I see her toned body, I could have sworn she had abs of sort then I see bruises on her stomach, I couldn't help but stare 

"Um are you done I'm a little sensitive about my body" she says pulling her t-shirt down

"Sorry sorry, why would you be ashamed your in great shape, also we need to get you fixed up, I will take you to my place ok" I tell her 

"No sorry I can't, I have to get home" she says pulling her hoodie on moving her glasses they suited her, stop thinking like this you have a boyfriend 

"It's ok where to" I ask her Turing the car on 

"The public park would be cool" she says to me 

"Are you sure" 

"Yeah I can get home from there easily" 

"Ok I'll take you there" 

After a short drive we arrived and I dropped her off 

"Thank you, I appreciate you defending me" she says getting out 

"No problem, see you around korra" I tell her, I decided to go home I had no need to go back to school, as soon as I get home I'm texted by Mako 

"Hey is everything ok"

"Yeah I'm fine, you know the girl who ran into me the other day"

"Yeah what about her"

"Well she was being pushed around by kuviras gang so I protected her and then I dropped her off and went back home, her name is korra" 

"Oh ok miss you" 

He says signing out, sometimes he is a bit clingy, I decided to go relax so I went to the balcony to read, then I heard a crash I got up Only to find the avatar defending themself against some police men, I took out my phone and started to film the fight then I saw one of the police men threw some sort of things at the vigilante and some hit them, avatar collapsed men started to surround them suddenly I wall of fire surrounded the hero as the wall disappeared avatar was gone as well, I heard a knock on my door so I stop the camera and opened it and suddenly the avatar fell into my arms

"Please I need medical attention please" they mumble 

"Ok one sec" I say closing the door and bringing them into my bathroom to look at the wounds 

"I've been stabbed in the abdomen and in my hand well more wrist, I pulled them out and I've been pressuring the wounds so they don't bleed out also I've sprained my ankle escaping, police men sure put on a good flight" they say

"Ok the only way I can help you is if you take you top off ok you can keep your mask on if you want" I tell them getting my first aid kit out 

"Ok" they say unzipping the jacket and then they took of the t-shirt, well I guess now I know what gender she is

"Do you maybe want something to cover up" I say to her trying hard not too look at herchest, and fighting a blush coming up (she does have a bra on for you dirty minded people)

"Yeah thanks" she says taking a towel and covering herself 

"Ok see I need to sow you up" I say looking at the wound then my eyes divert to her body, dang she was in good shape 

"What about my wrist" she says 

"The wound isn't deep and your not bleeding anymore, so I will just wrap it up ok" I say looking at her masked face 

"Thanks beautiful" she says smirking 

"You need to stop calling me that, I'm in a relationship" I say blushing, I could have sworn she looked disappointed 

"I can call you what I want" she says pouting, I almost finished wrapping her up when I noticed a bruise it looked familiar but I ignored it and continued once I finished up she pulled her t-shirt back on 

"Why did those cops attack you" I ask her 

"Well I was bending, i was fixing a broken building" she says to me 

"Then why would they attack you" 

"Bending is illegal, the punishment is either prison or death, depending what you do, but me being the avatar I have a duty to keep balance, so I need to hide my face, your boyfriend and his brother need to be careful" she explains to me 

"Wait how do you know about the'"

"I have seen Mako at illegal pro-bending matches, bolin doesn't do them but he is in the changing room, it's pretty obvious you too are together"

"How dare he do something like that" 

"It's make a good amount of money, but the kid ain't broke either, you sponsor him don't you" 

"Yeah, can you prove to me what he is doing" I ask her 

"Yeah, once I'm healed up I should be to show you, can I use your sink" she asks

"Um yeah" 

"Thank" she turns it on, and then starts to water bend and the water started to glow as she puts it on her wounds

"Wow your healing by water bending" I say in awe

"She is smart and beautiful, bonus" she says smirking, I blush, I need to change the subject 

"You need a better outfit than this come on" I say lifting up her leather jacket which now has holes in it 

"It's all I can afford,I may be the avatar doesn't mean I have money" 

"I need to get you better stuff" I say getting up 

"Awe you care for me Sami" she says giving me a nickname 

"I don't, I just don't like people getting hurt" I say going into my wardrobe, I took out a vest which future industries designed to resits against blade, then I get out a Pair of arm length blue fingerless glove who are also pretty resistant and a blue tank top of sort, it's kinda southern themed, I walk back in and she is still sitting there

"You have been busy,my hand is healed and my abdomen is almost done" 

"Yeah well put this on" I say throwing her the stuff and walking out, I took out my phone and I had a text from mako 

Hey I won't be home this evening guys night out, see you tomorrow, love ya 

Great, he must be out at one of those illegal things, I put my phone down, and then avatar walks out in her new clothes 

"Good fit thanks" 

"They suit you, are you sure about showing me the illegal matches" 

"Yeah if your up for it beautiful" 

"Yeah let me get into something a bit more comfortable" I say after 5 min we were off, and I was about to find out what my 'boyfriend' was doing
