It was Monday morning. And so far, month two since school began and Lila joined class. Two months since Lila declared war. It was going...how could one put it? She kept succeeding in fooling the classmates, but only for it to be "mistaken" so she wouldn't be caught when the truth was uncovered. Adrien knew she lied, but he was sure if they didn't criticize, she'd change.

She didn't. She hated Chloe too. But she also got Chloe to hate Marinette again. One by one, the class was going to turn. What if Adrien was next? Or Alya? Or Nino? Marinette couldn't help but worry.

She soon was down the stairs and bidding her mom goodbye as she hurried to school. Sadly, today was Election Day for the class. Chloe, Lila, and Marinette were running. So far, Marinette had a chance. That was until...

She rushed into class.
"Sorry for almost being late!" Screeched Marinette.
"Ms. Bustier, I'm not trying to be rude, but why should we have a incompetent class President?" Lila asked. Of course she was trying to be rude. But AS per usual, she lied.

The class nodded in agreement. Alya, Nino, and Adrien said nothing and didn't agree. Lila was annoyed. Not everyone agreed. She needed Chloe and Marinette out of the way. Adrien was hers. And ONLY hers. Chloe wasn't too big a issue...Marinette however...

Class was over. The class couldn't quite decide and decided to wait after lunch due to Kim's multiple complaints of "I'm hungry! And when I'm hungry, I can't think!" So the class decided to wait.

Lila wasn't done. She would win. If she didn't....boy would they pay. Marinette would pay. To set her plan, she pulled her hair and made it messy. She broke a earring and used makeup to make a small bruise. She faked crying and before long, Alix took notice and rushed over.

"What's wrong?" Alix asked.
"She...she..." Lila began.
"She what? Who?" Kim asked who rushed over too. Sure enough, the entire class was there.
"Marinette! She told me if I didn't back off Adrien and quit running the race that she'd hurt me!" Lila said crying fake tears.

The class was shocked. And mad. They turned to Marinette who insisted it wasn't true. It wasn't of course. But the "evidence" was in front of their face. Even Adrien was in shock. Why would Marinette do that? He could see Lila's injury was apparent. He still couldn't make sense of it though. She liked him? He didn't speak. Apparently his face looked mad and Marinette began to cry. She ran off, and the class began insulting her. How rude she was, how she wasn't who they thought she was.

Adrien had no idea what to do. He had to find out. Was it true? Did she really love him? Like him? He did the only thing he could think of. He transformed into his alter ego, Chat Noir.

He ran to Marinettes. She wasn't there however. Where was she? He thought to himself. That's when he heard a crash.

A girl in a gold Chinese cheongsam appeared. She had a delicate purple butterfly symbol on her dress. And on her face. She had a big sword sized Chinese chopstick hairpin in her hand. She growled.

"WHERE IS LILA ROSSI?" She yelled.
"Nowhere you know." Chat Noir said smiling.
"Oh kitten, I have nothing against you. You've been plenty truthful. Lila Rossi however, has not." She said sweetly with a sickly smile.
"What do you mean? I mean what's your name gorgeous?" Chat Noir Said. He was trying to distract her and it seemed to be working.
"Oh. She faked something...lied to my class...and ruined me. Both you should know."
"As for my name...Golden Truth."
"Why? I mean..your civilian form?" He hoped it wasn't who he thought it was...
"Oh her. Marinette Dupain Cheng once. But no longer. I shall retrieve the miraculouses. Let us start with yours." She said.
"Not today I'm afraid." He said and he attacked.

She blocked and pushed him. He attacked again. And again. She ran from roof to roof and climbed onto the Eiffel Tower. "Can't catch up kitty?" She teased. "I'm just letting you get a head start dear." Chat Replied. She smiled and jumped. What?! She caught onto a part the Eiffel Tower and climbed down swiftly. She ran. And soon she saw a couple.

"See his lies!" She bellowed.
He glowed, and he said "I cheated on you yesterday..."
The girl was horrified. Soon all of Paris was attacked. She looked for Lila. But Chat Noir caught up. She blocked again. She tried to grab his miraculous, but kept failing. The same was with him attempting to take her akuma. Finally she shook him off. She found Lila.

Grabbing Lila, Lila began pleading for her life. But Golden Truth refused to listen. She took her to the Eiffel Tower and held her above a ledge.

"Confess your lies or be dropped." She snarled.
"But-" Lila couldn't finish and was interrupted by Chat Noir grabbing the Chopsticks. He broke them, but wondered Where is Ladybug?!?! When a red kwami floated up to him.

"I'm afraid Ladybug isn't available." The red creature said.
"But who will purify the akuma?" He asked.
"I will." She said and she mumbled some words and the akuma became a beautiful white. She smiled, and bid Chat Noir good day.

He rushed to the victim. It was indeed Marinette. She looked around. What happened? Why was Chat approaching her?

"It appears you were akumatized Purrincess. But don't be harsh, it happens with everyone." Chat said warmly.
"But I'm not everyone..." Marinette whispered quietly. It was only because of his cat like traits that he heard her.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"Oh I um...I meant...I should probably head home." She stuttered in an attempt to make a excuse.
"Oh ok. See you." Chat said.

When Marrinette got home, she cried. She was Ladybug. She wasn't supposed to get akumatized! But she was. She was lucky for her identity not to be revealed.

"Don't be hard on yourself Marinette. Almost every Ladybug made mistakes like these! And sometimes they were far worse!" Tikki said trying to calm Marinette down.
"Yeah but I could've hurt Chat! I could've hurt Paris! You were lucky to be able to save the day!" She exclaimed in frustration.
"It's ok Marinette." Tikki Said.
"No it's not. The entire class said what a monster I was for putting Lila above a ledge and almost killing her when she so-called told the truth." Marinette sobbed.
Tikki was about to talk when she heard something and hid quickly. Marinette heard a knock on her window. Drying her tears quickly, she opened the window to see a certain cat.

"Hi Chat."
"Hello Marinette. Are you ok?" He asked his eyes filled with worry.
"No not really..." she mumbled.
"Why? Not trying to pry of course." He said cautiously. He didn't want to hurt her. He just had to know something.
"It's fine it's just...A girl in my class faked her injury and so the class voted for her by now. She told everyone I bullied her and that I..." Marinette said but cut off at the end.
"But you...?"
"And that I had a crush on a different classmate...and that I said if she didn't back off, she'd pay." She kept trying to hold her tears in, but they kept coming.
"Is it true? That you had a crush on him?" Chat asked.
"Why are you so curious? Ah never mind your a cat of course you are...Yes...it's true. But I didn't threaten her. Actually, I'm the first day of the term she threatened me." Marinette said wiping her eyes.
"What?!" Chat was shocked. He knew Lila wasn't great but...that was just not right.
"And he probably...he probably..." she didn't finish. She broke out crying again and Chat pulled her into a hug. He looked her in the eyes and said, "Princess, she's a jerk. And I'm sure she'll get what's coming to her. You however, deserve the best. I imagine it go fine." He said. "I hope so Chat...I hope so..." and she hugged him back. They fell asleep. She on his shoulder and him on her as well. Sabine saw them cuddling(took a picture) and let them sleep. She could tell they had a long day.

The next morning, Adrien walked into class. He had something in his hand, and he apologized for being late. His next words however, shocked everyone.

"I want to vote to impeach Lila Rossi and revote." He announced.
"WHAT???!" The class exclaimed.
"Yea. She lied to us. A lot more actually." Adrien Said.
"What? I didn't! I still have bruises! And my hair-" she was cut off quickly.
"With the help of Alya, I found THIS." Adrien said holding up a dark blackish purple and red makeup.
"I bet you all 10€ that if I take makeup remover, it'll come off." Alya declared.
Marinette was surprised. She didn't expect someone to do this. Especially not Adrien.

He looked at her and winked. She nearly fainted. Of course. He was Chat Noir. Why did this just occur to her? It was obvious. She smiled. Both at him and Alya, for helping her.

He walked over with remover and Lila started squealing "It'll hurt! It will never heal! Ouch! It hurts!" But Alya laughed.

"Girl he hasn't even touched you. Better we know you aren't lying then never knowing. After all, if you truly care for this class, you will suffer as long as it goes out well. Yes?" Alya said smirking. She caught her red handed. Not only that, but she had found a recording of her GRABBING the akuma and putting it in her earring. That proved it.

He removed it after finally pinning her down in place. The class was astonished.

Ms Bustier however was actually kind of happy. She shipped Adrienette and felt something off with Lila. She was happy it was cleared up.
Lila ran out of class. The class this time knowing her lies, nominated Marinette for class president.

Even Chloe agreed. She didn't quite like Marinette, but she had to agree that Lila was definitely lying.

Marinette returned home with a wide smile across her face when she came across her mother framing something.

"Hi maman! What are you framing?" Marinette asked cheerfully.
"Oh it's nothing dear!" Sabine Replied quickly.
"Ok." Marinette said as she ran upstairs.

Sabine looked pleased at the picture of Chat and Marinette cuddling. If they ever got together, I would bet 50€ that Adrien is Chat Noir... though Sabine happily as she put it up. Then she stood there in deep thought. She walked over to her husband to make a bet.

Marinette was drawing. As usual. Only this time a Chat Noir related outfit. She heard a knock and squeaked.

"C-coming!" And she opened the window.

He came in. "So how was it princess? I trust well as you have a smile on your face?" He said. Yes he knew but he couldn't let her know he knew.

"W-we'll Adrien it was great!" Marinette said a bit nervous.
"I'm gl-Wait what?!?! You figured out my identity?!" Chat Noir screeched.
"Uh...yeah?" She said awkwardly.
"You won't tell anyone will you?" Chat asked.
"Of course not Chaton." Marinette said hinting.
Chat Noir smiled even wider. "Well buginette, I'm glad you're happy and may her prince watch a movie with her?" He asked.
"He may." She said and they sat down as she put on "Beauty and The Beast" And at the last scene, Chat Noir looked at Marinette. She looked at him.

And they kissed.
