Ladybug Likes Chat Noir, and Chat Noir likes Marinette

Ladybug is found sitting on the rooftop of a random, tall building. Looking up at the mesmerizing night sky, she sighs in relaxation. The calming wind runs around, slightly swaying her raven pigtails. She smiles, looking at her bright hometown, a small but peaceful place.

"Hey Ladybug. Didn't know you were here", A familiar voice suddenly popped up from behind her. She turned to see her partner in crime, Chat Noir, walking up towards her. She turned back to the city of lights.

"What's up?", Chat Noir asked, sitting beside his partner, making the lady in red slightly blush. He too looked at the city and felt relaxed, "Beautiful, isn't it?", he stated out.

Ladybug smiled, "Yeah, it really is", she replied with a soft voice. Knowing that she likes Chat Noir, she's trying to calm her blushing, or else it would be obvious to him that she likes him. That would surely make their relationship awkward.

Chat Noir looked down in the ground with a frown on his face. Ladybug noticed and couldn't help but feel concerned for her own crush. "What's wrong?", she asked.

Chat Noir looked up to see his friend, "Oh nothing, I just- I don't know", he tried to express his emotions. "Hey, Ladybug, may I ask a question?".

"Well, you already asked one", Ladybug chuckled at her own joke, but seeing that the black cat didn't leave a response, she realized that he is serious. "Well, sure. Go ahead. Ask me anything BUT our identities", she said.

Her partner looked back up at the sparkling sky, "Do you know the feeling of loving someone? Aside from family and more than a friend?", he calmly asked.

Ladybug felt unsure weather to reveal that she loves someone, which is actually him, or not. If she does that would surely make the cat grow curious as to who. "Um, well, yes actually", Ladybug simply answered, "Why? What about you?".

The dark hero let out a chuckle, "Yes, yes I do", he answered, making Ladybug feel jealous yet hopeful at the same time.

"What's she like?", Ladybug asked, trying not to show her sadness through her voice.

Chat Noir thought for a while before replying, "She's courageous, helpful, nice, and thoughtful. She's optimistic and her smile- it fills my world, "he paused for a while, and his expressions dropped, "The thing is, she doesn't believe in herself. She focuses more on her flaws rather than her strengths. Sometimes, I just want to hug her tightly and tell her how much she means to me, and even if she may not like me back, I just want her to know that someone does care for her, and that she is beautiful no matter what. I just want her to love herself as much as I love her".

Ladybug let out some tears when she heard those words. It shows that Chat really cares for this girl, making Ladybug feel hopeless. She wiped off the tears and smiled at her partner, "You really love her, huh? If you're know that you'll be happy when you're with her, then I'll support you", she smiled at him.

Chat Noir smiled back, "Thanks, LB", he replied. "What about you? What's your crush like?", he asked.

The raven-haired gal looked away for a while, and thought about it before answering, "Well, first of all, he blurt out bad puns and jokes almost all the time. He seems to be gleeful all the time, and doesn't let gloom overcome him. He's kind, understanding, and loving. Even though he may act annoying towards me, he still tries his best to cooperate, and I like that. He cares a lot for everyone. He tries to find a way to always make me smile, even if it sounds cheesy. I like how he expresses himself all the time. I like the way he is brave, and always being himself".

Chat Noir smiled at Ladybug, "Sounds like he's a good person. I support you with him", he reassured.

The heroine let out a sigh, "Knowing my 'klutzfullness', I doubt he and I will become more than friends, but thanks for the support anyways".

Chat Noir frowned as well, "And knowing how annoying I could be at times, I doubt that she would like me back as well". At that, they both let out deep sighs of disappointment.

Ladybug looked at her partner in crime, "But no matter what, I'm still here beside you, 'kay?", she reassured.

The hero smiled at his partner, "And I'm here for you as well, okay?"

"Okay..!"
