You push me to my limits

Then you dare me to cry

You worry for my feelings

Yet, not if I live or die

You make me dive deeper

You leave me high and dry

When I'm almost drowning

You heave me to the sky

As you crush my spirit

You promise with a sigh

You'll always keep me flying

So long as I wish to try
