Sanskaar nodded but in his mind he have shouted alot to her...

She told looking in the files

He gave her his files

She took and went through it...
He was standing looking at her

Though he hated her but he can't make himself away from looking her....

Swara : So Introduce yourself? Say everything about you

She said looking to him

Sanskaar : But my all things are written in CV with all experience certificates...

Swara chuckled in a mocking way

Swara : Mr. Maheshwari If I tell you something you just have to nod and do it... Dont ask cross questions or tell me any thing...that's the way to work with me... So do as I say

Swara : you have to be my assistant for a month I'll see your perfomance and judge you by it..

Sanskaar was baffled...

Sanskaar : but you signed on the contract which was given by my dad.. that you will take me as manager

Swara : when am saying no its just i wanna see how capable you are if you are my assistant!!! Then I'll let you be manager....

Sanskaar knew she's playing too hard but he also trusts himself...
He is capable of this job so he agreed...

Swara called laksh in her cabin...

laksh came and greeted Sanskaat

Swara : Laksh fire my current assistant now! And give her someother position in the office

Laksh : Mam has something happened? Like she did anything!!

Swara : no its just I wanna test Mr. Sanskaar as he'll be my assistant for a month so its your duty to explain his all work today so from tomorrow he'll assist me everywhere and if he makes any mistake you will be at fault...

Laksh : ok Mam...

Sanskaar chuckled seeing laksh as these kind of man she needs who will say yes mam on her anything....

Swara : You both can go...

They both went out

And Sanskaar finally released his anger
Sanskaar : Aaahh she's really cold woman!! I was all cold because of her in the room

Laksh laughs : She's like this so work your best here If you dont want to be fire!!!! Because your's single mistake will be the reason of yours getting fire😅

Sanskaar gulped in fear but calmed himself that he can do it....

Laksh then explained him all the day about work and About Swara....

In the midnight Sanskaar was in his room with Ragini telling her about the day

Ragini : No doubt why everyone call her Cold Woman...

Sanskaar : Indeed yaar and from tomorrow I have to pick her from home with driver and work with her throughout the day!!! I would be surely dead

Ragini laughed : But now you would be earning more not like your intern money...

Sanskaar : You deserve that common now go and sleep or study dont disturb me...

Next day Swara was sleeping her room
She was having dream
The same dream which haunts her everyday

The boy was about to say but there was knock on Swara's door which made her sleep disturbed...

The servant replied : Mam its me... Its your time to wake up that's why I came...

Swara then saw her mobile it was shwoing 8am...

Servant : Ok mam

Then she went and Swara started thinking

I should meet Dr. Sonali soon... when will she come back of her vacation i have to get rid of all these...

She thought of these and went in her baathroom to change....

She with the help of her some helpers got ready in white suit pant with hairs open and makeup done...

She always looked breathtaking...

She sat in breakfast table and was having her breakfast when she saw the time It was showing 9am

She got little bit angry as sanskaar haven't shown till now...

She had her breakfast and told one of the servant to hold her purse and when she was about to sit in her car Sanskaar came running and greeted her...

Swara : hmm First day of your work and you are coming now!!!

Sanskaar : but mam you haven't sat in the car by work is to come with you in the office... so am not late right?

Swara carresed her hairs
Swara : Well not!! But i want you infront of me when I am having my breakfast from tomorrow...

Sanskaar was about to say something but she ignores him and sits in the car and he sits in making face and cursing her....

Days passed
Sanskaar really had a tough time with Swara because he have to pick her up on time be with her throught out the day and drop her off...
He use to get extra work assigned by swara intentionally to check his ability but he use to do it anyhow...
He never gave her reason to shout at him

His life have been miserable but despite all the challenges he was facing he did friendship among all the employees
He even did friendship with Swara's driver...

He use to buy coffee for the staff on any day and would talk with them politely related to work and sometimes crack jokes to make their life little less burdened

Swara use to see this but she didn't told him anything as it didn't affected her(because she was still cold hearted)!!!

Some normal day

Sanskaar went to pick Swara up from her office and saw she's having breakfast

So he waited in the hall but his mind went to Swara who started shouting to her one of the servant

Swara : How dare you put black pepper in my food?? Dont you know I am allergic to black pepper...

The maid started crying

Maid : am sorry mam i forgot... I really forgot about it please this time forget me!!! Please forgive me

Swara laughed : forgive you... Listen ms whoever you are by your little mistake I could have died understood!! So who would take care of that!!
You know I heard enough just get lost You are fired!

The maid got shocked she folded her hands in crying manner

Swara : You can leave.... I dont wanna hear anything...

Sanskaar who saw all this muttered angrily

Sanskaar : How can I forget she's the same arrogant witch who doesn't care about anyone's emotions!!!
I agree she did mistake but shouting was enough what is the need to fire her... She extremely selfish...

Swara came to him

Swara : Aren't we supposed to go?

Sanskaar came to senses and nodded and went to open the car....

Its been 2 weeks now...
Sanskaar finally adjusted in that environment he was being use to Swara's temper and thereby got his acts together....
He always hated Swara's acts the way she treated her servants or anyone but kept quiet as he has no right over it....

He has learnt more about business during these days but never got a chnace to present it as per as Swara's condition of one month being assistant...

There was a day when Swara laksh and some other workers with Swara were present in the meeting discussing about idea for new project....

Laksh was presenting his presentation and explaining various things about his thought....

After the end of it the people present there half were satisfied and half not... And sanskaar was from the one who wasn't satisfied

While Swara was partially convinced

Laksh : So if we invest our money in this thing it would be benefical to us in many ways though we would be able to collect more investors...
Plus our company will hit stocks again

Swara : I didn't find anything bad though and I think Laksh you deserve a promotion soon ....

That's when Sanskaar raised his hand...

Sanskaar : If we invest our money in this thing would you gurantee that there will more chance of profit than loss.

Swara : And if it didn't satisfied me Mr. Sanskaar you would be never ever consider for the manager position!!!

She made a statement which surprised all But Sanskaar was firm on his desicion

Swara : Go ahead

Sanskaar took out his document and pendrive and started his presentation with a smile....

The thing Sanskaar presented got attraction by all of the people
( well not getting into the thing)

Sanskaar : I am sure the investors wont think twice to invest it... And am guranting profit from this... I am damn sure of it....

Swara was actually surprise by his presentation and his attitude of presenting it and was so confident about it

Swara : I choose Sanskaar's presentation above laksh and would show it infront of investors....

Sanskaar smiled brightly showing a winning expression
Laksh face hung down sadly but didn't showed it

After all went Sanskaar went to laksh

Sanskaar : Am sorry bro I had no offence from you I just felt the investors wont agree of ur presentation that's why

Laksh taped his shoulders

Laksh : are itsnothing bro we are doibg this all for Sky company so i didn't felt offended....

Sanskaar hugged him in a friendly way...

And when Sanskaar was moving out with laksh talking about the project he saw Ragini waiting with a big paper bag in her other hand....

Sanskaar went to Ragini

Sanskaar : Hey what you doing here?

Ragini : Oh you forgot your lunch today so thought to give this

She was saying her sentence when her eyes fall onto the other man standing beside his brother...

And she stood in her place

Laksh and ragini looked at eachother and felt some spark towards them...

Sanskaar : oh laksh meet my sister Ragini and ragini he's laksh works here...

Ragini shaked hands with him : pleased to meet you!!!

Their hearts were happy as their hands came in contact with eachother

Ragini then bids bye to them and Sanskaar Laksh too went

Laksh kept his hand on his chest and it was bumping too hard....
It was love at first sight for him!!!!!

The next day Swara was in a restaurant meeting with investors about Sanskaar's project and as Sanskaar told the investors really didn't think twice before signing it...

They loved his idea

Swara was happy from inside she also dont know why because of a mere employ she was getting excited
But she was!! As his idea got recongnitation and she got investors too soon The company's stock price will increase. .

After the meeting got over Swara rushed out to go office to Say this good news to Sanskaar...

She was standing out of the office to see her driver and Car was no more standing there...
The rain also started heavily

She called the driver but it was switched off
She gott tooo angry and just wanted to fire that driver that instant but for now she has to move from there as she was drenching in Rain...

She called for cab and went to office...

She angrily moved to her cab still half wet noticed by all the staffs and her anger was on peak
The staff got fear of her..

She changed her clothes in the office and was sitting on her chair when there was a knock on her door and it was the same driver

Swara angrily told him to come in

The driver was already scared and in fear he had his head down

Driver : Mam I am sorr

He was cut off by Swara

Swara : I dont need any explanations how dare you.. how dare you made me stand at the middle of road drenching in rain? Only because of cheap people like you I stood there and took a cab to come to office... And why the hell you took my car?

She went to him and slapped him hard across the face shocking the staff who were looking from outside of the cabin..

Swara in a anger tone : You made Swara Sharma stand on the middle of road.... You are just a mere driver and you took my car for your use just get lost never show ur dirty face.... You will not get a single money of this month and give car keys to my assistant..
You are fired!!!!

She said and turned to sit back again
The driver had tears in his eyes and went from there

The other employees got furious glares from Swara so they went back to work....

The driver was coming out of office when he was bumped by Sanskaar who was having coffee in his hands...

He saw the driver having tears and he was quite close to him...

Sanskaar asked in curious tone

Sanskaar : Ramesh bhai (driver) what happened?

Ramesh on the verge of crying

Ramesh : What I did wrong? My wife was in labour pain if i haven't went she could have died!! I thought it would take hours for Swara mam's meeting but she just threw me out like garbage.... We poor too have heart...

Saying this he left out his tears and just gave car keys to Sanskaar and ran from there in shame....

Sanskaar's eyes got furious he folded the coffee mugs which were in his hands and went to Swara's cabin...

As he was going through the cabin he heard people whispering about Ramesh being slapped by Swara...

He barged into Swara's cabin and saw she was sitting keeping her hand on her forhead

He directly went towards her and shouted at her

Sanskaar : How dare you hit a person Ms. SWARA SHARMA...

Swara got shocked hearing him she looked up and can see anger in those eyes which she never ever saw....

Swara : Are you in your senses??

Sanskaar : The one who is not in senses in sitting infront of me without any shame? How could you slap a person and humiliate him like anything? Who gave you the right?

She stood up
Swara : Sanskaar

Sanskaar angrily showed her finger

Sanskaar : Am not yet finished Swara!!!!

She looked him shockingly as he first time took her name without any honofrics....

Sanskaar : You are rich that doesnt mean you can understimate others!! I understand you are Chairman of this company but you are not God... Why have you kept yourself so up that you see everyone at your foot....

Swara : it wasn't my fault he deserved that!! He made me stood in the rain for 5 mins that i have to took a cab and why am i explaining this to you!

Sanskaar shouted : SO WHAT????
Many people are working in rain to feed their families... Many dont have umbrella because they cant afford it but you have all the luxurious things in your life then too you were complaining!! Thank GOD Swara you were able to come by cab many people dont have a fortune like you....
You know everyone is right you really dont have a heart you never understood anyone's pain...
Do you even tried to understand them?
The people around you work thieir way more harder to please so they cant loose their job but you just throw them like they never did anything to you!!!
You just see faults in someone but did you ever forgive them or tried to hear them out Ramesh bhai's wife's was in labour pain she or her child could have died if he havent rushed her to hospital that's what family is but am so sorry you dont know what a family means!!!!

Swara shouted
Swara : Sanskaar you are crossing your limits you can be fired!!

Sanskaara laughed : Who the fuck wants to work here... I dont wanat to work with stone hearted woman like you...
You are the boss Swara you should know to respect your staff as they are respecting you but you just treat them as workers or machines who will work according to you...
And if anyone makes mistake you will remove them isn't it?
Mam when we work na together we becomes a family but what family is this that you dont even know your staff name properly? Did you knew the person you just slapped his name was Ramesh?

Swara was shocked as really she didnt knew

Sanskaar chuckled : see Am not wrong?? You know in these days i thought that maybe you are bad you wont be worse but you worst Ms. Sharma.... You are a selfless woman who dont know what pain or love means... If you haven't had your parents you have people around you who really cared for you not all are for your money
My dad also cared for you he did talked alot of you when he came home he use to say that Swara mam is little bit of arrogant but she's still beautiful but you never treated my dad too good....

Today you are giving more importance to your money ,position but where will you take it? After death your good deeds will go not your money!!!
You are seriously unlucky Swara who cannot enjoy cherish life. ..

He was about to go when swara shouted

Sanskaar laughed : You still didn't get it right? For you it was a driver but i had made a relation of big brother with him... I use to call him bhai which you wont understand because you dont have feelings.... And listen Ms. Sharma the people which you fire na without thinking they work hard to earn money to run their houses...
We middle class work daily and try to live like normal people but people like you treat us like a small creature!!!
And the way u treat na people its clearly seen why you were lonely and you will be foreverly lonely!!!

Sanskaar went leaving Swara behind thinking...

She just ordered everyone to go home and leave her alone...

She closed all the lights and was sitting hugging her knees she felt to cry but her stone heart never let her!!
Because it was her punishment to feel the pain but cannot release it

She finally shouted : yes am heartless but is it my fault that my heart is of stone and it doesn't beat like normal?
Is it my fault that am cold... I was born like this but who loves to stay alone?
My parents left me early when i couldn't even remember things properly
I haven't had friends because no one was geniuine...
All left me I dont know Why God is doing this to me...
What sin I have did that I am getting this punishment of not being loved by anyone?

She just beats hard on the table in frustration that tears weren't coming out.....

Days passed

Swara took holidays from office and use to stay at home and wander in night...

She use to see couple romancing
Friends playing
and family going together
She use to think why this small happiness she didn't get...

She always searched happiness in money but the happiness which she can see on people's face was not on hers...

Her pain was increasing day by day
To decrease her pain she thought of something...

She went next day to office and called for Ramesh...

She uttered to herself : Lets start with aplogizing

Swara stood from her chair and told him to sit but he reclined and said to continue while he's standing....

Ramesh : why you want to know now mam? You kicked me out then why are you asking me

She stammered

She said in a low tone but was heard by him which made him shock

Swara then kept her heart out
Swara : I am sorry Rameshjii for insulting you that way... I am sorry I couldn't control my anger and slapped you I am sorry...

Ramesh was shocked because the swara which they knew never said sorry to anyone but she's saying
