Note : The things which will happen in this os is truly my imagination the things related to disease which I will be writing is an imagination and it has nothing to do with reality.....

*Start*

A classroom is shown where some students were gossiping about something

One person : I don't know why she's attending College in this state...

The second person : Yeah man in this state When She has BRAIN TUMOR I really can't believe it.....

Just at that moment A Girl in her early 20's enters wearing Normal Indian attire keeping her hair open with little loose....
Looking simple yet elegant came

She heard the gossips and closed her eyes in fear
She just made her way to her seat when someone tapped her shoulders

That person : Swara are you fine? Actually we heard about your Brain Tumor and we are all sad to hear about it.... you can go home if you need more rest...

Swara in her heart said a lot of curses to that girl
Swara in her mind : Bitch you are not sad but you are pitying on me and that's what I didnt wanted.....

But she smiled in reality and said : Thanks for worrying Riya am fine and there is only 1 month left for final exams so I can't risk that also....

Riya : but still Swara

She was left cut when they both saw teacher entering the class and both got seated...

The teacher started teaching but Swara was lost in her own thoughts....

Swara's pov

I never wanted this thing to happen.. I tried so hard to hide My Tumor from 1 month but atlast All came to knew about it....
I really hate this sympathy thing which all are giving me today
This same stupid people who didn't even talked to me before are now showing concerns on me...
Why Can't I be treated normal until this 2 months....
First this headache of Brain tumor is irritating me and then the behavior of them Aahhh so frustrating...

Swara started scribbling something on her diary and she was least paying attention in the class...

Swara Basu : An optimistic free spirit who wanted to live every moment of her life but when she got to know she had Brain Tumor Her all plans got killed by life as she got to know her life span is short...
She wants to live her life before dying without having any regrets and completing her studies was one of it....

She's in her final year of her degree...

Two to three days passed

Swara had been pissed by unwanted attention that she was gaining at College....

She avoided people because she didn't wanted to be connected to anyone....

*And A Day came when her life took a 360 angle turn*

She was as usual attending her class when she heard gossips about a play which the college is going to conduct on Romeo and Juliet and The role of Juliet is still vacant....

Swara started thinking about to participate in it because she always wanted to act on stage and this was a great opportunity and she knew she will never get this opportunity in her life again...

She thought and thought and saw the timing it was 2:30pm she finally decided that she will give this a try...

She finally gained courage and after class she went there for audition...

As she was walking down from the stairs happily she noticed a girl sitting on stair with a boy standing beside her like they were talking...

Swara made faces because she had to talk to her about participation in the act
And she didn't liked her from starting of the college coz of some silly small fights with them....

Swara went to her and clutched her side bad

Swara : Hey Ragini!!

The girl and boy who were busy talking looked towards her

Ragini : Oh Swara? How are you? I am sorry to hear about your disease.... Are you fine?

She made Swara sit beside her

And Swara just closed her eyes because another sympathy but now from her enemy....

Swara smiled and said
Swara : Yeah I am fine I wanted to discuss on the matter of the drama.... Actually I wanted to give audition for Juliet role...

Ragini was first surprised then laughed

Ragini : Swara Are you allright? I mean you have brain tumor and you want to play lead in a drama..

She paused and started being serious

Ragini : I mean am sorry Swara but why you want to exaggerate yourself? Because It's not an easy part you have to be there on lots of practices and you won't be able to do it.... so Sorry as being head of the programme I wont allow you to give audition

Swara : But Ragini its regarding my health issues I dont have any problem by doing practice... I want to do it please

At that time the boy who was standing there interrupted

Laksh : Swara Ragini is not saying wrong.... You can't play with your health like this

Ragini : And Swara if something happens to you on stage who will be responsible? I cannot ruin my programme because of it sorry

Swara smirked and got up

Swara : So just say the clear reason why you dont want me in it... not because you are concerned over me but because YOUR SO CALLED PROGRAMME WILL BE RUINED....

Ragini : You think whatever you wanna think

But that moment someone came and Swara's all anger vanished seeing him....

He was the man Swara liked from the starting of college but couldn't confess having fear of being rejected and when she learnt of her tumor she just forgot of the confession.....

But still her heart liked him

The boy wore loose tshirt having basketball in his hand with messy hairs
Having brown eyes with sharp nose and toned body

There he was Sanskaar Maheshwari...
But his nature was quite opposite
He had list of enemies rather than friends...
He dont interact with much people...
And one more thing he smiles really very often .....

Sanskaar : Ragini Why are you opposing on choosing her? If she wants to give audition so let her give...

Ragini got up : But Sanskaar haven't you heard about her disea

She was left incomplete as Sanskaar interrupted her

Sanskaar : Ragini its not your thing to discuss first of all...

He looked towards Swara

And for the first time he said her name and her heart started beating faster....
He spoke with little anger with Ragini but when He said to Swara his tone automatically became soft

Sanskaar : Swara You can give me audition have you prepared something?

Swara noded in yes nervously not correctly knowing what to do

Sanskaar : Hmm come with me

Ragini got up raising her voice

Ragini : Sanskaar let it be why

She was again cut off by Sanskaar

Sanskaar : See Ragini Till I know The Vice Principal has clearly made me head of this drama you are head of the programme not just drama so If you put your leg again in this
I will backoff from the drama and from Romeo's role too....
Now you decide you wanna search
another for Romeo' s role or just agree on her?

He said last word pointing the finger at Swara....
And Swara' s heart started beating faster hearing that he'll going to be Romeo in this Drama

Ragini was dumbfolded by his answers as why he's taking her side and why he's giving up his role for her? So she reluctantly agreed as she can't loose him...

Ragini : Ok take her audition if she fits in that role do tell me...

She picked her bag and started moving with Laksh on her behind....

Sanskaar then looked into Swara's eyes
They both had cute 5 sec eyelock when Sanskaar started walking

Sanskaar : Follow me then...

He started leading the way to which she followed him....
He stopped by an empty class and went inside

Swara wondered " He surely have guts that he isn't afraid to be find with a girl alone".

Sanskaar took a chair and sat on it while Swara stood facing him...

Sanskaar : So I won't be taking much time just wanna ask you one thing will you be able to play lead in this drama?

Swara didn't know what to say but she had confidence in herself so she nodded

Swara : Yes I will try to give my 100% in it because I really want to do it....

Sanskaar for some moments literally got lost in her hazel dovey eyes the way she's blinking her eye lashes and pleading to choose her😍

Sanskaar : Ok then let's exchange numbers so that I can txt u the script... And from tomorrow after college We will be doing rehearsals with our other team
So meet me here....

He said while getting up from the chair...

It took seconds to Swara to register in her mind That She was Actually selected....

Swara widens her eyes😦

Swara : Wait that means you actually selected me? But you didn't saw my performance....

Sanskaar kept his stern face and came to her

Sanskaar : Your eyes

Swara looks at him confused

Swara : My eyes what?

Sanskaar completed : Your eyes showed me emotions which I wanted to see....

And when he said she blinked her lashes for multiple times looking at him with curving a smile...

He got distanced from her

Sanskaar : See you tomorrow....

Swara stopped him catching his palm...

He turned around and by the time she left his hand when she looked in his eyes

Swara : Am thankful to you Thank you so much but you not doing in kind of sympathising types like because

She wasn't able to complete her sentence because the emotion started building in her

Her eyes were showing fear that for her she didn't wanted he to know about her disease because he will also treat her like that and for him she least expected it....

But Sanskaar eyes held determination
He crossed his hands and started speaking

Sanskaar : If I wanted to do sympathy then I would have said you to rest and would have consoled you like others...
I choosed you not beacuse you have brain tumor but because your eyes had that desperation...
That desperation to act... I have seen 5 audition for this juliet role but no one was excited as you are... That's the reason i didn't saw your performance and i am not sure of emotions but definitely its not sympathy....

Swara now looked satisfied with his answers and smiled in the end with tears... and murmured him *Thanks*

Sanskaar : Be on time tomorrow

And by saying this he moved his way to door but stopped

He didn't turned but said

Sanskaar : And Take care

Just by saying these two words he went out and this two words were enough to make her beat and she to jum in excitement 😍🙌

Next day

In the afternoon

Sanskaar gathered his team in a class but Swara was missing as she was still attending the class...

Sanskaar was waiting playing some online game on his mobile when Ragini sat beside him making him little irritate...

Ragini : Sanskaar Why did you choose her? I mean I was also there for that role but you rejected me and choosed her I mean she has that disease man What if she ruin all of it?

Sanskaar suddenly got anger and for some reasons he also dont know why...

He kept his mobile on table and looked at her

Sanskaar : Ragini When will you stop interfering in my matter? I mean I know you like me but there's a limit to it stop saying those shits for her neither I'll backout for sure from this act....

And he got up from there angrily

Ragini's face was worth a watch like her face was clearly showing insult...

And at that moment Swara came inside the room...

Sanskaar eyes shine looking at her but he masked his emotions...

Swara was very much happy to look at Sanskaar and her smile didn't left from her face...

While Ragini got more angry seeing her and went from there slamming the door...

All the other people present in the class with Swara and Sanskaar looked at her
Swara was confused what happened to her?

While Sanskaar started the convo...

Sanskaar : So everyone will start our act but before that get to know eachother.....

He looked at Swara
Sanskaar : Swara this is Rahul, Vaidehi, Priya Pooja they all are playing different roles in this act

And he looked at other mates

Sanskaar : And guys she's Swara who will be playing juliet...

Swara introduced herself to everyone and got involved with them....

And Sanskaar hidingly took glances of Swara

Days started to pass,

The Same Sanskaar who use to talk less was being talkative with Swara
They were now good friends and had their comfort with eachother....

Sanskaar didn't regret choosing her because she actually did a good job and Sanskaar was quite impressed with her....

Everything was going smooth but until one day The harsh reality came again...💔

Swara came early today as her one lecture got cancelled...

She came and sat on the chair waiting for others....

She was having little little tinch in head since morning but suddenly she got a lot of pain near her brain....

She caught her head in both hands and just fall down on her knees holding her head...

She got extreme pain by her tumor which was unbearable....
She literally had tears and started wincing in pain....

Sanskaar who came for practice saw Swara sitting on floor by clutching her hairs....

He sensed something has happened to her....

He immediately sat beside her and clutched her face

Sanskaar : Swara you fine? What happened?

Swara was unable to answer anything because of the pain she was getting

Swara : Aaahhhhhhh

She was just wincing holding her head

While Sanskaar was getting more scared to what to do for her....

He got up and brought his bottle near her to drink water
But she refused by not taking it...

Swara : My medicine...

She pointed towards her bag in between the pain
And sanskaar understood he took her bag and searched for medicine..
He after searching for 20 seconds got a bottle of pills and he removed them and gave to her...

She ate it with utmost difficulty and drank the water....

And after drinking she holded Sanskaar's hands piercing her nails in his palms to supress her pain..
Sanskaar didn't said anything to her but took her in his arms from his second hand and was rubbing her back to make her calm....

But in all that he didn't realised His eyes formed tears....
He was feeling so bad and helpless for her....
He indeed felt bad to see her in so much of pain....

They stayed in that position for long 5 minutes when Swara loosened her grip on his hand

Sanskaar realised she's calmed so he made her face him

When he lifted her face it had tears because of her crying....

Sanskaar : You fine Swara?

Swara now realised about the situation when she opened her eyes and saw him....

Swara : Sanskaar you

Sanskaar : Sshh

He didn't let her say anything but just helped her to get up and sit on chair....

Swara sat and closed her eyes for another 2 mins to come in the reality
And when she was totally composed she opened her eyes and tied her hairs....

Swara : Am sorry actually it happens sometimes when the pain expands this much and medicine is needed....
Am sorry If i made you worry

Sanskaar just palmed his face because for past minutes he had been cold seeing that scene in front of his eyes....

Sanskaar : Swara why you doing this to yourself? This drama and all? Why are you not resting Swara? You know what was your condition just minutes ago?
What could have happened if I wouldn't have come?
Why are you playing with your life like this yr!!!!!

He said with in totally frustration tone and for the first time in a little higher note tooo...

And when he said that Swara stood infront of him and smiled

Swara : Am not playing with my life Sanskaar My life is playing with me....
I ONLY HAVE 3 MONTHS LEFT FOR MY OPERATION AND THAT OPERATION ALSO DON'T GUARANTEE OF MY SURVIVAL...
Ab you say Sanskaar When I know that I have limited days Shouldn't i live more before my deadline come?

I know am being risktaker by doing these dramas but I want to do it I want to hear applause for me before dying....
I want to fulfil every desire every dream every wish of mine Sanskaar Which I planned for future because Life wont give me another chance....

When he hear about her operation his heart started beating faster in the fear of loosing her already!

Sanskaar had too many questions to her but didn't asked!

Sanskaar made a stern face and at that moment the other members came

And they all started practicing...
Swara got indulged in laughing with others and practicing forgetting for a while of incident...

But Sanskaar He was lost..
He didn't talked with anyone that day....

After the day ended...

He was walking to his home keeping his hands in his pocket and wondering,

Why is Swara roaming in my head? Why am I feeling pain...
Why am i feeling bad after seeing her state today?

I know from before that she has this disease and this pains would be natural
But Why its affecting me?

Is my heart attracting towards her?

He nods in No

That wont be possible..

The next day,

Sanskaar after attending lectures came early in fear of yesterday and to his satisfaction She wasn't there....

After some time all members came but she didn't!!

He got little worried he picked his phone to call her but saw there's a txt from her some minutes ago...

He swiped his screen and read

Swara "Hii sorry I needed to go to Doctor for my checkup
Sorry It was kind of urjent so couldn't call you sorry...
I wont be able to practice today but tomorrow I'll be on time....
Tc bye..."

After reading that message he literally felt upset that he won't be seeing her today...

He informed others about Swara's absence and continued his practice...

He didn't realised that his mood went off and he was not happy while practicing just because Swara was absent...
And her absence literally mattered him alot just he didn't realised....

The Next day,

Sanskaar finished his lectures and came to practice room to be welcomed by her voice and her smiling face...

Swara : Hii Sanskaar!!!

The way she smiled made him go weak and his heart beated faster💓

He came to her and sat by taking a chair

Sanskaar : Hiii
Still keeping his stern face

Swara : Sorry I didn't came yesterday But i memorised all my lines and we just have to practice the ending...

Sanskaar : Yeah give me some minutes I'll also revise them...

Swara nodded and went to other members...

While Sanskaar started memorising the lines....

Swara and the other people started doing fun so they started dancing like funny...

And Swara laughed while others were dancing funny....

Sanskaar smiled seeing her smile...

Swara saw him smiling and Sanskaar stopped smiling making his face again stern....

Sanskaar : common lets practice the last ending....

And the started practicing.....

After the day ended...

Sanskaar to Swara : Swara?

Swara who was packing her stuffs looked towards him while tucking her hair locks behind her ears...

Swara : yeah

Sanskaar : Woh I wanted to ask you are fine? I mean you went to doctor yesterday?

Swara : Oh dont worry It's weekly checkup that am doing well or not....

Sanskaar : oh that's good
Let's go then...

And they both started walking and they didn't realised they started walking together on road making their way to their homes...

Swara : So mind if ask you something?

Sanskaar nodded

Sanskaar : Ask!

Swara : So how many members are there in your home?

Sanskaar : I live alone in my apartment...

Swara got confused : And your parents...

Sanskaar : My Mom died when I was about 10 years old... And my dad works abroad
He sends me money every month but he doesn't show up...

Swara : But why you are his only Son?

Sanskaar smiles : that's true... But he loved my mom very much So when she died he wasn't able to work here.. So he went abroad to work and left me with my uncle and aunt...
And Around 3 years back I shifted to apartment because I wanted to stay alone...

Swara was surprised to listen all of this of him because she always wanted to hear about him...

Swara : So you manage all alone?

Sanskaar : Precisely yes! What about your family?

Swara : Oh I live with my Mom Dad and My elder bro Karan he's my bessstt friend and you know he cried the most when he got to know about my brain tumor...

She said getting little emotional....

Sanskaar also felt bad...

Sanskaar : When did you got to know about your tumor and how?

Swara : Umm around 2 months back I was having continuos headaches and high fever then I did some test and the results came out of Brain Tumor My whole family got shocked including me...
I planned everything of my life before like complete my studies then do MBA then marraige Exploring places with my partner and living happily with him.
And it all got broken in a matter of seconds... Because My doctor clearly said that My chances of survival after operation are very less....

Sanskaar interrupted : but there are na?

Swara laughed a little : There are but I could go in Coma or forget all my memories.... So if I survive Nothing good can happen in my way....

Swara exclaimed in sadness...

Sanskaar's heart got broke by hearing of that...

Swara : Oh see na in our conversation I didn't realise we reached My home...

Swara showed him the direction of her house....

Swara : Chalo see you tomorrow and Day after tomorrow is our programme Tomorrow we have to do lots of practice so see you tomorrow...

She forwarded her hand for handshake...

Sanskaar handshaked with her but he was actually very lost hearing about her state....

Sanskaar : See you tomorrow take care....

Sanskaar then made his way to his home but Swara didn't left his mind...

And Swara was happy because she talked for the first time so much about herself and to Sanskaar whom she has started loving by now....

I am falling for Sanskaar he's too cute like he's angry young man but he respect woman so much and the way he talks yrr😍

But He shouldn't know that I love him I wont destroy his life.. Never...
Just these 2 days after the programme I will distance myself from him... I wont meet him...

The last day of practice,

Sanskaar and Swara practiced many times for their lines to make it perfection....

During their break time

Sanskaar was sitting drinking water when Swara came to him by bringing a box

Swara : Umm Sanskaar!

Sanskaar looked towards her

Sanskaar : Yeah?

Swara : Here As it's today our last day of practice and you choosed me and helped me alot during my role so here is a small gift thanking you... Please accept it....

Sanskaar smiled

Sanskaar : But I dont have anything for you!

Swara smiled in her heart and said to herself : Idiot you have given me the best memories of yourself to me and now even If I die I am happy with those memories...

Swara came out of her thoughts

Swara : you dont have to its fine...

Sanskaar took the box from her hand and opened the wrapper and removed the gift which she gave...

It was (Dream Catcher)

Swara : Actually I believe alot in these like if we put these thing in home it would prevent bad dream and only bring good dreams to you....
Put it in your home and you would only be getting good dreams....

Sanskaar smiled looking at her gift and then her like no one ever cared for him this much the way she's doing now....

Sanskaar : This would be the best gift of my life.....

Swara smiled by listening those words from him...
Her happiness had no bounds😍😍😍

Swara : Let's practice then....

Sanskaar : Hmm yeah

And they started practicing....

The day came which Swara waited for...

But today Sanskaar prepared something...
He was actually going to confess to Swara that he has started loving her....💘

Yes Finally His heart accepted that he loved her
He knew the consequences could be anything after that but he prepared himself that he'll confess as soon as this drama ends.....💝

The programme Started different types of activities were conducted....

Then it was only 5 minutes for their drama....

Sanskaar and Swara were standing behind the curtains

And Swara was rubbing her hands as tension was clearly seen on her face....

Sanskaar saw this and holded her hands and entangled their fingers❤

Swara felt ticklish in her stomach by his this act....
She saw him and he calmed her down....

Sanskaar : Everything will be fine dont worry...

He assured her through his eyes and she held his hand more tightly
(As for her it was the last time she is so much close to him)

Swara nodded...

The drama started

Swasan did their great job while playing Romeo and Juleit...

And when It was end part

The Romeo (Sanskaar) assumes juliet (Swara) to be dead

So he drinks the poison which was in
his hand and dies on her tomb....

While Juliet(Swara) got up as she was pretending to be dead she saw her love dead....

Juliet (Swara) cried by taking Romeo ( Sanskaar) in her arms....

And drank the leftover posion from his bottle

Swara was getting dizzy because of her head pain...

And then suddenly she falled unconsuies....

The others beleived she is acting of dying scene of Juliet....

The mourning song was played for Romeo and Juliet

While Sanskaar got up and he tapped Swara's shoulders

Sanskaar : Hey Swara the drama ended get up...

But there was no response ....

Sanskaar got worried he tapped her face and He was shocked to see blood coming from her nose.....

Sanskaar : Swara Hey Swara

He tapped her cheeks but she was unconsuies....

Sanskaar now got totally worried his mind gone blank...
He didn't knew what to do...

The curtains fell again and Sanskaar picked her up in his arms and went hurriedly to dressing room....

This was seen by every member who was present backstage including Ragini.....

They all went behind him...

Sanskaar has gone totally mad by now...

Sanskaar : Swara wake up please... Swara....

He sat down while still having her in his arms and saw people have came

Sanskaar : Call cab right now we have to take her to hospital....

He roared but his inner self was full of fear....

Ragini was seeing all of these

Ragini : See I told before only don't allow her now see her state...

Sanakaar shouted like anything : WILL YOU SHUT UP!!!!!

Ragini was taken aback by his response....

Everyone present in room got scared seeing Sanskaar's this shade because this man never got possessive over something but now he's something else right now....

Laksh came with water

Laksh : Sanskaar pour some water on her face she might get up...

Sanskaar took bottle from his hand and sprinkled on her face....

Her lashes moved and she was moving her eyes....

He hugged her and tears started falling from his eyes....

The people got shocked like SANSKAAR WAS LITERALLY CRYING

Sanskaar whispered in her ears

Sanskaar : I love you Swara I won't be able to live without you.... Thank you for getting up....

And he cried taking her in his arms....

Swara who was now awake heard everything which he said and saw him crying for her.....

Her inner feelings got mixed for a second she was the happiest woman on Earth by hearing those words that He too loves her,
But then other second she was the saddest woman on Earth as This moment came when she never expected this to happen...
Because today she's there with him but what about tomorrow when he has to be alone without her....

She feared of that moment and didn't hugged him back....

Sanskaar after calming himself wiped his tears and broke the hug...

Sanskaar : You fine Swara? Shall we go to hospital?

Swara wiped her face of water and said

Swara in mind: stop saying those words Sanskaar stop caring for me please....

Swara : yup I am ....How was the drama?

She tried to divert the topic

Her other team mate said : It was brilliant you really did good job but are you fine? What happened suddenly

Swara : Am sorry for making you'll worry These are just sideeffects of my tumor..... Can anyone Call the cab I wanna go home....

Sanskaar : I will drop you come

Swara : Sanskaar I'll be fine dont worry...

Vaidehi ( Swara's friend) : Swara I have my car I'll drop you...

Swara nodded and started moving slowly and by this she left Sanskaar's Hands too which he was holding from before....

Swara just went without looking towards Sanskaar....

And Sanskaar stood there as he didn't thought he would confess under these circumstances....
And Swara would go like these....

Swara in the night cried alot because She waited for years for this to happen and now it has happened she can't accept it....

For the first time she hated herself for having brain tumor and leaving Sanskaar like that....
For the first time she wished to live longer so she could have hugged him back that moment........💔
She wasn't able to do anything because she can't destroy his life so she decided she'll break every contact with him....

The coming days were hell for both Swara and Sanskaar...

Sanskaar tried contacting with her by every means but couldn't reached her....

He left calls messages but no response....

He was coming daily to college for the sake of Swara if she could have showed up?

But everyday he got dissatisfaction....

Like this 4 days went....

Swara has closed herself in her room...

She just remember her and Sanskaar's memories and don't talk with anyone else....

Sanskaar's state was no less...
He imagined her every now and then...
She wasn't leaving his brain for even a second

He wasn't able to concentrate on anything

And then finally he decided he'll go to her home,

In an afternoon He gathered courage and went to her house,

He rang the doorbell of her home and a man in his mids 20's opened the door....

The man : You must be Sanskaar?

Sanskaar was confused : Yes How do you know?

The man : Swara don't wanna meet you... so you can leave...

He was about to shut the door but Sanskaar kept his hand in between....

Sanskaar : Let me speak to her for once ...

He said in a authroative voice....

Karan : I said My sister won't speak to you.... And if I see you again here I'll make sure to break your bones so get out....

He shut the door on Sanskaar's face....

And there Sanskaar was standing there in totally frustration...

The anger has started to build in him😬

He rang again the door bell but no response...

He rang twice thrice and in a sudden the door got open and he received a punch on his face...

Sanskaar was about to fell but he held the gate tightly...

Karan : Didn't I said not to come again

While he was punching Swara saw this scene from her window and she hurriedly came running outside the house....

She holded Karan's hand

Sanskaar who was on his knees by continuous beating heard her voice and his heart got peace....

He looked towards her and his eyes formed tears....
While swara too had an emotional eyelock....

Karan : I have told him to go silently but he wanted to meet you... And you who didn't came outside of your room from 4 days just because of him I know because of this man you are sad so shouldn't I beat him?

Swara bowed her head down while Sanskaar got up by listening all of that....

Swara : Let him say what he wanted to say!

Swara looked towards Sanskaar
Swara : Come inside....

Swara's parents were sitting in hall Sanskaar gave his greetings to them and followed Swara to her room....

Swara bolted the door and looked towards him with anger filled eyes

Swara : What is it? Why you came till here and got all that insult just for what??

Sanskaar : TO SEE YOU.... I thought I would die if I won't see you... But I just got relieved by seeing you....

He smiled with blood on his lips and swollen cheeks...

Sanskaar : But Why were you ignoring me?

Swara : I am not liable for your answers!

Sanskaar pushed Swara on the wall

Sanskaar : You are! There must be a reason of your ignorance I want to hear that just say me Why you ignored my calls messages infact avoided coming to college....

Swara crossed her arms...

Swara : Its just I didn't felt like to response to your calls and Coming to college or not is my matter you don't have to interfere....

Sanskaar : I Love You Swara!!!

As soon as these words left his mouth Swara saw in his eyes and they were showing sincerity of his love.....

He use to smile often use to dress according to Swara
Inshort he made himself the way Swara wanted...

And they gave their final exams together and like this 1 month passed to their relationship.....

Swara use to come to his apartment often and they use to spend time together....

And once they were dancing in evening in his apartment...

Swara was holding him from shoulders and Sanskaar holded her from waist....

The love was clearly witnessed in their eyes..
The fear to loose eachother was also seen in their eyes...

They knew the fact that things won't turn in their favour but they wanted this moments to make memorable for lifetime....

Swara broke the hug

Swara : Please don't fool yourself Sanskaar You know the reality then

she was cut off as he kept his fingers on her mouth

Sanskaar : I know reality But I trust my God don't loose hope Swara Dont say all those rubbish things please.... I am preparing myself don't break me like this please....

He hugged her possessively as she won't see his tears while Swara started being in fear to see him like that.....

Swara : Let's go to temple tomorrow!

Sanskaar : Why suddenly?

Swara : Just am feeling like to go...

And Sanskaar dropped Swara home...

The whole night sleep was far away from both by the fear....

The next morning Sanskaar brought Swara to temple....

And as Swasan were climbing stairs of it Swara was feeling dizzyness and in second she slipped also because of that but Sanskaar caught her

Sanskaar : Swara what happened are you fine?

Swara calmed him : Are my leg slipped am fine dont worry

She lied because today she felt something's bad gonna happen so she wanted to Pray.....

Sanskaar : Hmm

Sanskaar supported her and they came to temple

Sanskaar and Swara both sat on knees and joined their hands while asking the wishes....

Sanskaar In his mind : I always accepted your wishes You took my mom I accepted that fact... My dad stayed away from me I didn't complained to you I always thanked you for what you have given But today I came to ask for just one wish
Please Give my Swara her life please make this operation successful....
I know things are difficult but you are God you can do anything just Allow her to stay in my life then I wont ask for anything....
Give her healthy life make her fine after her operation please....

I just lost hope of living after I got to know of my brain tumor but now I want to live for him....

Sanskaar at the nick of moment caught her head which was about to hit on floor....

Sanskaar touched her she was cold and blood was oozing from her nose....

But she was lying lifeless

Sanskaar's state was like someone snatched his breath....

He took her in his arms and ran towards the cab with the face of total fear....

Sanskaar took her to hospital as instructed by Karan on phone....

Some doctor who knew Swara's history took her to examine leaving Sanskaar behind....

He was hell worried as she was fine and happy in the morning and now she was like this....

After some time Karan and Swara's parents too showed up

Swara's Mom : Sanskaar beta what happened? Where's Swara?

Sanskaar narrated them the incident and she started crying listening about her daughter....

Karan came and kept his hand on Sanskaar's shoulder

Karan : She'll be fine dont worry!

Sanskaar nodded but all were worried....

It took hours for doctors to examine...

After 2 hours a doctor came with reports....

The four of them just rushed to him

Sanskaar : How's Swara doctor?

Doctor : She is not fine!

And this words were enough to make Sanskaar's heart beat faster....

Karan : What do you mean by that doctor?

Doctor : The tumor of Swara has gone worse She need immediate operation...
Maximum in 5 days Operation needs to be done.....

All got worried

Sanskaar : Doctor Swara will be fine na?

Doctor : To be honest there are only less chances of survival We will only know the position after doing operation
Anything can happen like She could loose all her memory
Or sense of thinking...
She could be just fine too but it happens very rare....

Swara's dad : We are ready for the operation Just please make our daughter fine...

Doctor : Come then will talk about next procedures...

Swara's dad and karan went with Doctor

Swara's mom started praying in the corner while Sanskaar sat on chair palming his face in his hands as The worst situation which he was delaying came infront of him like this......

Swara didn't regained consuiess
Because of heavy doses of medicines given....

Sanskaar was sitting outside the hospital just when his dad call came....

Sanskaar picked the call but didn't said anything...

His dad on the other side
Sanskaar's dad : Hello Sanskaar Can you hear me?

Sanskaar : hmmm

Sanskaar's dad (Ram) : Hey Son what happened? Why are you sounding low?

And Sanskaar was on verge to cry by hearing his dad's voice

Ram : Beta What happened are you fine?

Sanskaar : She is not well dad... She is going to leave me....

And by saying this he burst out crying😢😢

Ram got highly worried on the other end because Sanskaar never cried since his mother died...

Ram : Sanskaar stop crying Who are you talking about beta?

Sanskaar : Dad I love her Dad I love Swara She is having her operation dad of brain tumor and doctors say her chances of survival are very less dad.... What should I do dad? I will die without her

There Ram understood the story

Ram : Sanskaar Everything will be fine beta Stay strong She needs you this moment she'll be fine dont worry....

Sanskaar : Dad please come tomorrow I am not able to handle this please come dad

He said in between his sobs

Ram : Sure beta I'll come by taking next flight I'll reach there in morning txt me address where to come....

Sanskaar : I will txt you dad I need you....

Ram felt utterly sad because he haven't seen his son being this helpless in his entire life....

Sanskaar cutted the call and txted him his address..

Just when Karan came and called him...
He immediately wiped his tears and looked behind....

Sanskaar : Yes?

Karan : Swara is now consiuess and she's been asking for you...

Sanskaar as soon as heard those words he didn't waited for anything and just ran towards her....

He when reached her room he saw Swara was lying with machines and wires around her and injections in her body....

And thin tube in her nose giving her oxygen...

His body got weak by seeing that scene...

He never imagined to see Swara in this state never....

His heart started beating faster and his hands became cold....

Tears form in his eyes but didn't fall because she'll see it....

Swara sensed Sanskaar came she opened her eyes and gestured him through her hands to come closer...

Sanskaar made his way slowly towards her and sat beside her....

Swara being in so much of pain hided in a smile

Swara : Hey
She said in soft voice

Sanskaar took ger hands in his and smiled through tears

Sanskaar : Hiii

Swara : This all machines are so irritating infact this tube too

She gestured to her tube....

Sanskaar : Is it paining?

Swara : Nah

Of course she lied

Sanskaar : You got to know that your operation is being held in 4 days?

Swara : Yeah bhai told me... I didn't thought this would happen so suddenly... I wanted to enjoy this 2 months also with you....

Sanskaar smiled

Sanskaar : Its ok we have whole life to enjoy just be fine after operation then will get marry soon And I promise we will explore every place you wanna see...
Then after that will have kids and get settled...

Swara smiled in tears....

Swara : But Boys change after marraige what if you change?

Sanskaar wiped the corner of his eyes where the tear was about to come

Sanskaar : I won't and if I chamge just beat me and make me again normal...

Both laugh lightly...

Swara : And We will have 2 kids one boy and one girl

Sanskaar : I was thinking of both should be girls beautiful like my Swara...

Swara smiled : And what you will name them?

Sanskaar : (Swara) You will be my wife Swara and she will be my junior Swara....

But you will handle kids in night whenever they would woke up

He said while kissing her hands and that's when their tears fell...

Swara started crying

Swara : Sanskaar Don't spoil your life for me please.... Don't do this....

Sanskaar wiped her tears

He said with tears in his eyes...

Swara : Promise me You will be happy without me Sanskaar please... You won't destroy your life please... You have a life ahead of you My life was short but you have a big life dont spoil it...

Sanskaar by the time started breaking and hugged her lightly and cried

Sanskaar : I can't Swara! How could I live happily without you!

And he cried like a baby

Sanskaar : Don't leave me please ...

Swara also cried and just wished if she could be with him forver....

Swara : You have to Sanskaar for me... Please for me you will live happily please.... Promise me please

Sanskaar broke the hug and promised her still tears falling from his eyes

And she hugged him

And she only bursted crying after that....

The night went by their promises and cryings....

Swara slept while crying and Sanskaar kissed her forhead and went to his apartment as Karan told him there would be only one family member who can stay in the night.....

The next day Sanskaar got up late coz of heavy crying and late sleeping last night....

He immediately changed his clothes and rushed to hospital...

But When he reached hospital He came to know Swara has been discharged and she wasn't in hospital...

He called on her number but it was switched off
He was confused plus worried at what's happening...

As he was moving out of hospital Karan appeared infront of Sanskaar....

Sanskaar : Oh Karan Thank god you came
Where's Swara? They are telling she has been discharged...

Karan : She's in Delhi

Sanskaar got confused

Sanskaar : Delhi? But why?

Karan : She wanted Her operation to be done there and she had reached safely there...

Sanskaar got little anger too

Sanskaar : But Why didn't she discussed it with me? And you are telling me now let's go then to Delhi

Karan stopped him

Karan : She went because of you Sanskaar

Sanskaar stopped on his way and looked at him

Sanskaar : For me?

Karan : She decided it as soon as she came to know about her operation
We discussed with her doctor and he only went with her and my parents...
She didn't wanted you to see her in this state...
She knows you won't be able to handle it...

Karan : She needs your prayers Sanskaar stay strong... After 3 days her operation is going to be held and whatever the results will be I'll say trust me....
And yeah this....

He gave her some thing wrapped in gift paper

Karan : Swara wrote this letters for you.... And bro I must tell you She loved you alot And remember she did all of that only because of you.. So don't be angry at all read this you will understand everything....

And he hugged him

He also had tears

And same was with Sanskaar

Sanskaar : Take care of her please and say every detail of her to me....

Karan departed himself and went...

Sanskaar clutched the papers in his hands and went to his home....

Sanskaar opened the wrapper at home and found 3 page letter of Swara....

He carressed her writing and started reading it

If you are reading this letter you must have got news of me going Delhi....
I am sorry for doing this But I had no options I didn't wanted to see you my death...
I know Sanskaar you don't like to hear this word but it's true na We all have to die one day But I am dying just early but you know the moments I spent with you were the best moment of my life....
The way you cared for me loved me everything they were beautiful memories to me....
Thank you for loving me this much but today am gonna reveal a secret to you
What you think I started loving you when you confessed to me...
Hehe idiot I loved you from before,
The day I first Saw you in college playing basketball seriously you had my heart that day....

I always had crush on you but was afraid that you might reject me and when I came to know of my disease i didn't brought this up....

But You came like light in my dark world like from no where and lighted it when You choosed me for the role of juliet
Just think of how I hided my emotions during those time...
And when you confessed me Literally I wanted that moment to freeze so I could have said you I LOVE YOU TOOO SANSKAAR but I didn't wanted you to spoil your life for me but you were an idiot I tried so hard to keep you away but you came like magnet and didn't left my side dumbo....

And today by writing this letter I feel so pain by departing from you like this...

There on the other side Karan was crying and said something to Sanskaar

And After listening to it Sanskaar sat on his knees and tears made his way out

A man in his mids late 20's was seen wearing shirt and some little girl was calling him

Little girl : Daddy Daddy where are you?

The man was Sanskaar

He has started his small business and bought a small house too...

Sanskaar went down to hall and saw a 4 year old girl was playing with toys

Sanskaar : Princess stop playing and have breakfast....

Swara (little baby) : Daddy yes coming.... First I will Take bath then eat breakfast ok....

Sanskaar : Ok am waiting

He told his one house maid to make little Swara have bath....

And the house maid took the child

While Sanskaar looked at his mobile and he had Swara's photo on his wallpaper

Sanskaar : I miss you Swara

He became sad and left out a tear

And just then his doorbell rang

Sanskaar went and opened the door he was surprised to see the person

It was Ķaran....

And as he sees his face he remembers the flashback when he gave news of swara

Sanskaar : Yes Karan?

Karan on the other side was having tears....

Karan : Sanskaar Swara went in coma...
She told me before operation to tell you if she went in coma or losses her memory so to tell you she died...
But I wont hide this thing she survived but She went in coma

And he burst out crying

Karan : And doctors said there's no hope that she'll wake up soon.....

And After listening to it Sanskaar sat on his knees and tears made his way out

He holded his heart and dropped the phone and started crying out in pain........

Flashback ends

Sanskaar : Karan you come in na...
After 3 years you are showing your face... and didn't even contacted also... and

Karan came inside and closed Sanskaar's eyes

Karan : Ssshhhh yr how much you talk

Sanskaar : But what's all this kiddish things.... Leave
Sanskaar said while smiling

But karan hold more tightly....

Karan : She's here!!!

This words were enough to make him rooted in his place and his body has been weak and heart beated faster.....

He slowly take his hands off and Sanskaar opened his eyes to See that sight which he always wanted to see in this 3 years......

Swara was standing infront of him..
She was same like before the same smile the smile attractiveness...
The same love in her eyes for Sanskaar....

Sanskaar couldn't stopped his tears....

He palmed his face and started crying like anything....

Swara too cried seeing him....

At their cries The Junior Swara who came for breakfast came towards Sanskaar

Princess : Daddy why are you crying?

Swara and Karan were surprised seeing this....

Sanskaar bent down and hugged his princess

He wiped his tears

Swara : Sanskaar is she your child?

Swara asked and Sanskaar knew how much he was dying to hear her voice and his name from her....

Sanskaar : Yes and you said to inform me that you were no more na to karan?

Swara bowed her down

Sanskaar : So i married 2 years back and she's my child....

Princess looked confused at what Sanskaar was speaking

She holded door for her support but smiled fakely

She went to the girl

Swara was confused at first but then remember their convo at hospital that he will name their one daughter "Swara"

Swara : Am sorry Sanskaar I didn't thought I would wake up from coma but see Miracle happened I woke up a month ago and all my treatments were going on and yesterday only I came to Mumbai I went to your apartment but you weren't there and I searched then came to know you are living here....

I just wanted your happiness Sanskaar that's why I told bhai to hide my coma thing....

Sanskaar : Idiot How would I live happily when my happiness is you?
I said you before there is only one woman I will ever love which is you Swara and after you is my princess Swara....

He indicated towards the baby

Sanskaar : I adopted her last year she's was an orphan but now she's my daughter

Swara smiled and felt proud of him yet again

But Swara started beating him

While karan smiled seeing them....

And princess also smiled seeing them smiling....
