Micaly'ssia'nuruodo, also known as Calyssia, was the eldest child of the Nuruodo Family and was assigned to be a diplomat between the Chiss and the galaxy.  She had arrived at Coruscant and stepped off the ship, greeted by a man. The human man bowed his head in respect, smiling a little as she walked up to him. "Ma'am, it is a pleasure to finally meet you. I am Kyro Mardock and I will be your personal guard, assigned by the empire," he said, looking at the blue women in front of him. 

She nodded then replied. "That is very kind but I have my own guards," she stated, gesturing to the male Chiss behind her. "I'm more of your tour guide and to help you learn the customs," he said with a bit of a laugh. She smiled and nodded. "Very well Mr. Mardock, lead the way," she said and followed him to an awaiting speeder to take them to the Senate building. 

Calyssia spent a lot of time on Coruscant and with Kyro, ending up becoming close friends with the man. They would travel around the planet alone together, spending a lot of time with each other. 

It had been about two years since she first arrived on Coruscant and she was back at home, heading to speak with her parents. She walked into the room they were in and was greeted before they all sat down. 

After discussing the politics her father spoke up. "Calyssia, it has been brought to our attention that you have been spending a lot of time with a human," he stated, looking her in the eye. 

"He is a friend," she replied, frowning some at his remark. 

"That is not what your guards have told us. They seem to think you two are much closer than friends." Her mother then chimed in, reaching over and placing her hand on her daughter's hand. 

"You're having the guards spy on me?" Calyssia said upset, pulling her hand away. "I am not a child!" 

"They came to us!" her father said, standing up and his hand came down on the table hard. "They were concerned your judgment was being compromised by this human." he almost spat out the last word, anger clear on his blue face.

The young women shook her head, a hand going through her hair. "No, he isn't. He has actually taught me a lot and I am very glad he is my friend," she said firmly, looking at them both. 

Her father shook his head, turning away. "I do not want you to see him anymore," he said calmly, his back to her. 

"No! I am not a child and can choose who I want to spend time with!" she protested, standing up. "I will see him whether you allow me or not." she almost threatened, glaring at her parents. 

"Calyssia, if you don't do as we say we will be forced to remove you from the office." her mother said calmly from where she sat. 

"Who would take my place? Hmm?? No one can do it as well as I can. That is why I had this job in the first place. No one on this stupid planet wants to interact with the galaxy even if it kills them!" she said very angerly. "You will cause more harm then good if you force me out of my office," she explained fiercely.

The room fell silent for a moment before her father turned back towards her. "The guards will be instructed to not allow Mr. Mardock near you no matter what you tell them," he said firmly yet spoke softly. "If they see you with him they will alert us immediately and you will be brought home as soon as possible. Even if it makes a scene." 

She was about to protest again but he raided a hand stopping her. "That is an order by the ruling family  Nuruodo."

Calyssia was dismissed and she went to her room. She later refused to come to dinner, extremely mad at her parents. 

Some time passed and she headed back to Coruscant. She had more guards with her, some female so that there is a less chance of her sneaking off. Kyro had been informed that he was no longer need and that was it.

That evening Calyssia was able to sneak out of her quarters without being seen and went to meet with Kyro. They spent a few hours together in secret before heading back, again unseen.
