Thea was sitting on the shore of the Lake when there was a bright light from the heavens.

"Thea!" shouted Annabeth

"What?" asked Thea coldly

"They're here" 

"I know"

"Aren't you coming?"

"Why would I? Its not like my parents are coming, Zeus saw to that"

"I'm sorry"

"Go see your mom, I'll be fine"

"Are you sure?"

"Go see Athena, spend as much time with her as you can"

Annabeth stood up and left Thea alone on the edge of the Lake, she decided to speak to her father.

"Hey dad, well its that time of year again, gods day and yet again you and mom are the only gods not here, I know its the law but sometimes the law sucks. I would give anything to see you again, even for a day. You have no idea how much it hurts to see everyone else talking to their parents while I sit here alone or maybe you do, anyway I miss you and I love you and mom" said Thea into the air with tears poring down her face.

"Are you gonna stand there all day?"

Zeus came and sat next to his niece.

"How are you Thea?"

"Well lets see I am sitting here alone while everyone else has the time of their lives with their parents, so I'm peachy" said Thea sarcastically 

"I'm sorry"

"No your not....what did I ever do to you?"

"You did nothing"

"Then why in all of Olympus was I ripped from my fathers arms when I was eight years old?"

"Because you were born after I passed the law"

"You passed that law because you wanted every other god to feel your pain, You lost Talia so you made everyone else as miserable as you"

"This has nothing to do with her"

"That's bullshit and you know it"

Zeus went silent

"I haven't seen my father in over ten years because you can't face the fact that Talia is gone, so I don't see why your punishing me because you can't get through your own grief"

Zeus knew in his heart that Thea was right. Thea got up and walked away leaving Zeus sitting on the edge of the lake. Thea made her way down to the beach were there was a boat which she had enchanted to take her to and from the island in the middle of the lake where she had built her cabin.

Thea sat on the islands dock and cried, she missed her parents terribly, even if Persephone was only her step-mother, she was still more of a mother than the human who gave birth to her. She hated her self for giving birth to the daughter of Hades so she gave her up to him. He and Persephone raised Thea for eight years before she was taken from them by Zeus.

"Are you aright young one?"

Thea turned round to see her aunt Hera.

"I'm fine aunt Hera"

"A girl who cries is not alright" she said as she sat down next to Thea

"I miss them okay" snapped Thea

"I understand, I never for one moment agreed with what Zeus did, ripping you from them, It wasn't right"

"I know he misses Talia, but why am I suffering, why are we all suffering because of it?"

"I don't know, losing Talia changed him a great deal"

"I mean I know my fathers banishment still stands but why hasn't my mom come to see me?"

"You don't know?"

"Know what?"

"Persephone is with child"

"WHAT?!"

Suddenly there was an explosion in the camp. Thea and Hera got up and ran to the boat, they headed straight for the camp. When they reached the shore they got off the boat and ran to the fire pit where everyone was supposed to be having fun with the gods.

Thea and Hera walked up to the fire it where two familiar figures stood with their backs to Hera and Thea.

Hades and Persephone turned round to see Thea standing there with tears in her eyes and her hand over her mouth.

"Thea?" questioned Hades

Thea looked at Zeus, he had an apologetic look on his face and Thea knew he had brought them here.

Thea ran up to Hades and hugged him and Persephone. For the first time in ten years she had her family back in one piece. 

They hugged for what seemed like hours, when they pulled away from each other they sat on one of the benches next to the fire pit.

"I don't understand"

"It seems you were very persuasive with Zeus" answered Persephone

Thea looked at her uncle who was speaking with Hera, he looked at her and smiled. She mouthed 'thank you' and smiled back.

"I can't believe how much you've grown" said Persephone

"Last time I saw you, you were barely eight"

"I remember that day like it was yesterday, worst day of my life"

"I tried to convince Zeus to let you stay but you know how he gets"

"I know dad, I know you would've gone to the end of the earth"

"I did"

"Hera said your having a baby"

"We are, but in no way are we trying to replace you, I need you to understand that"

"I understand mom, I'm going to be a sister"

Hours later everyone was sitting having dinner, Thea, Hades and Persephone were sitting at the Hades table. Every god had set tables where all their off-spring would eat and set Cabins were they would live. 

When dinner was over Hades and Thea were sitting on the rocks at the shore of the lake.

"Its going to be a long time before I see you again...isn't it?"

"I hope not, I hated not being able to see you Thea, I felt I had failed you"

"You can see each other whenever you wish" said a voice from behind them.

They both turned round to see Zeus and the other gods standing there.

"Brother my..."

"You banishment is lifted Brother and so is the law"

"Zeus what are you saying?" asked Hera

"You were right Thea, I was making everyone else suffer because of my grief and it stops now, the gods may see their children whenever they wish...and that includes you Brother"

The gods and the demi-gods standing behind Zeus erupted in cheers and applause.

"Wait does this mean I can go home to the underworld?" Thea asked Zeus and Hades

"If that is what you wish" answered Zeus

Hades hugged Thea and whispered into her ear 'Welcome home'

Thea pulled away and walked up to Zeus

"I know it took a lot for you to say that and I just want to say Thank you" Thea hugged her uncle.

"I never should've taken you from them, I am sorry and I hope one day you can forgive me"

Thea was ready to return to the underworld after over ten years. She was truly happy for the first time in a long time and was even about to become a big sister, her life was about to change for the better and she could not be happier.
