Maddison hatter

The curse was broken, Maddison knew who she was, the daughter of the mad hatter. Now all she had to do was find him. She made her way to Granny's and saw Snow and David hugging their daughter outside in the street.

"Snow?"

Snow turned around to see a familiar face.

"You're Maddison right?" asked Henry

"Yeah, how do you know me?"

"I read your story"

"You mean you read my papa's story"

"Well yeah"

Maddison turned to Snow and asked "Have you seen him?"

"I'm sorry sweetpea I haven't, but I promise we'll find him"

"SNOW!"

"Archie?"

"There's a mob heading to Regina's...they're gonna kill her"

Snow, David and Emma headed to save Regina, whilst Granny brought Henry and Maddy inside.

"Can I get you anything?" asked Red

"I'm good" 

"So sweetie who's your dad"

"Jefferson Hatter"

"I don't think I know that one, who was he back in our land?"

"The Mad Hatter" said Henry

"Oh, sorry sweetie If I knew I'd tell ya"

"I know Red"

It had been two weeks since the curse was broken and Maddison still hadn't found her dad. She had been living with David, Snow and Emma. She knew her papa was here somewhere, all she needed to do was find him. So she went to the one person who might know.

She walked into Granny's and saw him sitting at a booth, so she sat opposite him.

"What can I do for you?"

"I was hoping you could help me find my father, he used to work for you"

"Did he now, what was his name?"

"Jefferson Hatter"

"You must be Maddison"

"Yeah"

"Your father is here in town, but where, I do not know"

"Can you find him?"

"I will try, Jefferson did much business with me over the years, I suppose I owe him"

"Thank you Mr Gold"

Maddison left Granny's and headed back to the loft.

"Hey kid where you been?"

"Talking with Mr Gold"

"Why?"

"He used to do business with my father, I thought he would know where he was"

"Mr Gold is a dangerous man Maddy, be careful" said David

"I know"

The next few days were brutal for Maddison, she wanted her papa back, she had nightmares every night. She missed her father desperately, she sat in a booth at Granny's with Snow, Emma and David. The door chimed and for some weird reason Maddy turned around and there he was, her papa. At first he didn't notice her, but when he looked over at her he looked shocked.

"Maddy?"

"Papa!" Maddy ran up to him and hugged him 

"I missed you, so much"

"I missed you too papa"

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, Snow and David have been taking care of me"

Maddy dragged her father over to the table, David stood up.

"Thank you so much" 

Jefferson and Davis shook hands.

"Any time, you got a great kid"

"I know"

Maddy looked at the doorway and saw Mr Gold standing there, he had found him. He walked outside and Maddy followed him.

"Thank you" she said, he stopped in his tracks at her words "For what you did, It means everything to me"

"You are welcome"

Maddy went back inside and hugged her father again.

"Lets go home"
