Geno hid under the blankets letting out a small squeak as another crack of thunder shakes the house. His red tail wraps around his leg, his small body shaking. While Geno hid away upstairs Reaper knocked on the door awaiting an answer from his little kitten. After getting no response and being tired of the rain, Reaper walked in and looked around.

"Geno, are you home?"

Geno's PoV

I hear Reaper call from downstairs and poke my head out from underneath the blanket. Shakily I stand up and make way to the door, only to dive under the bed from another loud crack of thunder with a quiet scream. The stairs creak as Reaper makes his way upstairs and knocks on my door.

"Y-yes?"

He slowly opens the door and looks at me hiding under the bed. Quickly he comes over and scoops me up onto his lap on the bed. Another crack being louder than before comes from outside. Having Reaper's death grip around me, I nuzzle into his robe. He let's out a chuckle and rubs my ears. My ears once flat against my skull perk up a little only to tense up again after another crack of lightning. After a few minutes the storm seems to get distant, and small purrs escape my mouth as Reaper continues to play with my ears. He lays back letting me lay on his chest my face covered with a light blush. Reaper's rhythmatic soul beat in my ear and the soft petting quickly lulls me to sleep. Before I fully fall asleep I feel a soft clank and a quiet 'I love you' from Reaper. I mumble a quiet 'I love you too' before fully falling asleep.

Reaper's PoV

I look down at Geno, his ears twitching occasionally, soft purrs as I continue playing with his ears, and a light blush covering his cheeks. Quickly I pull out my phone a take a picture.

"Adorable..." I mumble, turning on my side and bringing Geno into a hug before falling asleep myself.

I kinda wanna add a bit more to this.
