Roommates
"She's been digging for information. It's been hard to even do jobs without her following me suspiciously." I give a glare to my raven haired laugh hysterically, resisting the urge to strangle him. "What is so damn funny Bryan?"
"You my dear friend are in love with another girl that is similar to yourself." Calming down he gives me a smirk, his hazel green eyes bright with mirth. "Stubborn, hardheaded, snappy, and lovesick."
"I am not lovesick. Nor will I ever be." Flipping him off, his infuriating laugh invades my ears annoyingly. "If you think you can prove it. Do it then." Hastily leaving the idiot in the café, I feel my ears turn red as I notice a pair of golden eyes intently watching. Footsteps echo behind me as I walk away from the café, a hand grasping my wrist tightly. The exterior of a brick building digs into my back, lips on mine in a frenzy. My body responds as my eyes close, hands in my hair tugging. A moan leaves my mouth before I can stop it, eyes wide as I take in the dark brown curly hair in front of me. "What was that for?" My voice is high pitched before it returns to normal, her soft hands sliding to my neck and rubbing gentle circles into the skin.
"You have been driving me crazy since day one A. I am going to prove to you what I feel for you." Her lips steal mine, a hand softly gripping my chest as I register the words over and over through my head. I find myself unable to resist her and tell her no as we make it to our apartment bedroom, the bed softening our fall. Hands wander on their own as kisses are pressed against my neck, nipping and sucking. Through the haze filled lust, I feel a warmth enter my heart as I smile into the kiss, clothes being tossed aside as the night went on.
Rays of sunlight peaking through the curtains wake me up as the heat of another body causes me to look to the right. A heat rushes through me as Shay's naked figure cuddles into my side, arms wrapped around my middle. Last night...we ended up here and did...that. Flashed images of her body on top of mine invades my mind, her hands and lips doing wonders as I shake off my thoughts. A soft sensation makes it way up my arms to my neck, a chest pressing against my arm as I put my lips on hers. Damn bastard is going to be insufferable after this. I bitterly thought as we found ourselves in the same position as last night. Her body on top of mine with a devious glint in her eyes.
"I know who you are A. I am an assassin too in the agency. I've been waiting for you to say something." Her velvet voice is music to my ears as I run a hand through my short, black curly hair. A lingering kiss on my chest makes me breathless as I answer, "I never knew you were waiting. I should have known you were up to something at night when I wasn't. Telling you was out of the option because I didn't want you in danger. I..." Trailing off I realize I haven't said what I really feel. Damn it Bryan. "I love you Shay. I have for awhile, but didn't want to admit it."
"Good. I love you too. Now are we going to continue what we started last night or should I?" A smirk appears on my lips as I flip us over, satisfied at the loving and wanting look in her eyes. I move my lips to her neck and go down slowly. Holding her body in place by the hips, I look up at her licking my lips, "You, my love, are a siren. Allow me." I kiss her as the warmth of her body never leaves mine for the rest of the day.
