The Bad Guy

Virgil had enough of being treated as the antagonist whenever he tried to help. He muttered to himself. "If I'm the bad guy, I might as well act like it." He felt a little guilt but soon he felt something drain his body. Depression. It was him again. Anxiety's emotions were drained from him and he was an emotionless shell. He looked at his razor and grabbed it before making cuts on his wrists. He didn't feel anything and put away the razor. His manifestor would surely feel his anxiety change but Virgil didn't care. He walked into the kitchen. His rich chocolate eyes turned into black, a void that used to show his emotions when his words couldn't was now empty. The prince, teacher, and father were in there. His eyes darted towards Roman. Grabbing the ends of the chair, he pulled the chair back enough for Virgil to sit on Roman's lap. The emotionless eyes stared into the dark chocolate ones. He studied his face before saying. "You enjoy me on your lap." His voice was monotone. Roman was taken back and before could answer Virgil grabbed his sash and had it around his neck loosely. Anxiety's arms were stretched out with a grip on his sash. He pulled the sash back quickly, choking the trait in front of him. Luckily for Prince, he had fast reflexes and Virgil was light. So easily, he picked up the smaller one and pinned his wrists above his head. Prince used this to his advantage and breathe. "Anxiety what is wrong with you?!" He shouted. No response. The smaller one only squirmed to get out of his grasp. "Fuck off. Prince." He sneered and kicked the prince in his jaw. Prince let go of his and took a step back. Anxiety quickly got up and tackled him to the floor. "You all seemed to make me the bad guy, might as well accept my fate." Depression spoke for Virgil. Virgil's hands held the taller one's neck before put as much pressure as he can on to his neck. Logan grabbed anxiety's arms and pulled him away from Princey while Patton helped Princey up and to catch his breath. "Let go of me Nerd!" Virgil shrieked as he desperately tried to escape the teacher's grip. "Anxiety calm down." He said with a stern voice before being bitten by anxiety and elbowed in the stomach. Morality had pulled Virgil into a hug. "Kiddo stop! This isn't you! Please snap out of it." Patton pleaded. Anxiety shoved his hand in his pocket before pulling out his pocket knife. He originally had it for cutting whenever he lost his razors but now Depression was going to use it to kill Patton. Virgil was fighting him internally and he shakily raised the knife, ready to plunge it inside the trait. "We love you Virgil. You're apart of our family." Anxiety broke down as he dropped the knife. He shook violently and gripped Patton's shirt. "I'm so sorry Dad. I'm an awful child." He sputtered out between hiccups and sobs. Patton rubbed his back and slowly swayed side to side. "It's okay Anxiety. Just breathe okay?" Virgil tried to calm down and Patton picked him up and walked to the commons room before he sat down on the couch. He continued to rock back and forth. Running a hand through his hair he began to calm Virgil down. He hummed a soft tune as well. Anx noticed how my energy it took out of him and closed his eyes, falling asleep in Morality's arms. Placing a kiss on the younger one's head, he carried him to his own bedroom and laid down with him before pulling up the covers over both of them and going to sleep.
