As being loyal to the MacKenzie clan there was plenty of battle.Soon that would what the young man would face once again.Battle and travel did not bother Jamie.It was something that one does get used to.For now, he had not been told to leave though he did assume that it would be soon.His expetations were never far off.At the moment he was in the stables, cleaning the stables and taking care of the horses.Soon he was to help little Hamish ride a horse.That wasn't until a little later.This being because that was planned later.Jamie didn't really mind.

Jamie saw a familiar woman aproach him.This person being Taylor Mchenry.This woman did come by the stables.This place bemg where they did met up from time to time.

"I brought ye some lunch.Bet ye didda have the time.So I decided to come by."Taylor said with her very adorible Scottish accent.Her voice was smooth and had a light feel to it.That voice of hers being beautiful music that soothed his heart.As it's beauty was quite hard to resist as were the other parts of her.

"That is very thoughtful of ye.I was beginn' to believe that ye wouldn' be com in' for a while.Beginn' to miss ye I was."The dark haired scot replied with a smile.

Well,he didn't lie and it would be a sin not to miss a sweet lass like her.Her kindness was like sugar that sweeter his day.Her sarcasm that made his heart heat up.Taylor was a woman that he appreciated her everything.Well, everything that he saw, which the Scottish lad was sure that he hasn't seen every part of her.Though he did very much want to.

"Oh, really.Here I thought that perhaps ye was just fine with the horses."She said with a light laugh.That laugh of hers tugged at his heart.It was he of her most attractive things.Just hearing her laugh was making hard for him not to bring her into his arms and kiss those sweet lips of hers.Even more harsh was the desire to kiss that gorgeous ivory neck of her.Perhaps mark it with a hickey so that everyone wh saw her would know that she belonged to him.Though it was pretty much common knowledge that the two were a couple.The girls looked at Taylor with looks of envy.Jamie could understand as he knew that he was a young attractive bachelor.No one was like him around here.Men should be jealous as well.Taylor was an icrediable woman.He was luky to have her.Jame counted his blessings every day, thanking the heavens for bringing them together.The only wish he coud ask for being to have her stay wih hm for enterity.A selfish desire but it was the deepest desire of his heart.He saw those looks directed at her.Jealous lades can be such a handle.The ladies did look dissapointed but him getting together with a lass was going to happen eventually.There was no need to feel bad about making them sad.

So naturally he went over and pressed his lips to hers.It was a soft and gentle kiss.Taylor didn't pull away.Naturally, it wasn't a short kiss.Because they clearly both wished a bit of a longer kiss.he warm comforting heat of her lips on his was always nice.The delicate soft feel of her lips like petals was fine as well.Her lips giving him a feeling of addictin.Well, she was like a drg in that way.Every time he saw her or touched her, he craved more.Those lips always melted of so perfectly with his.As if there were always meant to touch his.One of his hands snaked itself around her waist the other running along her beautiful brown hair.The brown hair of hers being gorgeous and silky texture to it.It being very soft and petting it made him wish that he could do so for a long time.But he knew that must only be a short time.He felt Taylor began to suck on his bottom lip, her saliva making its way upon his lip.He could feel her tongue running across his lip.But stopping as the heard someone approach.

Jamie pulled away and was dissapointed.As he could tell Taylor was just as dissapointed based on her expression.So he turned around to see who had intrupted them.

"The love birds having' a good time ar' ye?Well,I need Jamie to come with me.Hav' to go out journ' farther away.I'll give ye details, later.So ye have to wait for ye night of passion another time."Dougal explained.As it would seem now, he wouldn't get to spend more time with her.How dissapointing.

"Dougal, I can be quite helpful.If ye let me come.I can help with wounds and can protect me self if I need to."Taylor requested.Jamie did wish that Dougal's answer would be yes.But he wasn't sure at the moment.It was dangerous out there and he didn't want her getting hurt.Her safety meant more to him then anything.He would rather have her safe then anything.He understood why she wanted to go.Those reasons probably being to spend more time with him and for the adventure that she very much so craves.

"Very well, since ye probably woulda come even if I said no.But I am not responsible if anything happens to ye.Do realize that."Dougal said in response.It was true that Taylor would still go even if told not to.Jamie would just have to make sure that sh didn't get hurt.Making sure that she didn't get hurt might be harder then he thought.Though he would do it because she as so important to him.Taylor was a goddess, making his life shine.

Soon Dougal left them, well for the moment.This being so they could prepare to.go out with the others.It wasn't hard to pack what he needed for the journey.The Scottish man was so used to going on journeys that it no longer was a big thing.Of course, he didn't take much as he didn't have any need for much, not that he had much to start with.Jamie was sure that Taylor was packing as well.What she would take he didn't know.But he wasn't sure if she'd take a lot or not.He would see for himself, no that he really cared about how much she took.Even if she did take a lot and that made things harder.

Jamie finished up packing and headed over to meet the others.He saw that Taylor was already there.Luckily, he wasn't the last one there.Though with he fast he normally packs it was obvious he wouldn't.Jamie knew that by her coming so quickly she must have good packing skills and have packed little.He did see that that she didn't take much.His thoughts on packing were to take little so he now knew that she was the same way.It was always nice to learn something new about Taylor.Well, it was natural to want to know new things about someone their in a relationship with been if they are small things.

Then the people there waited till everyone showed up.This being because they shouldn't leave a man behind.This didn't take too long, which was good thing.Jamie might not mind waiting for a while but a shorter waiting time was always better.

After everyone showed up they headed off n their journey.It was always nice to go on a journey.Though it didn't feel as special or amazing as it as when one first or first few journeys.But still it was a nice thing that he did very much enjoy.Everything being even better with having Taylor here with him.He could tell by looking at her that she was excited.A smile was on her face and her eyes beamed.Taylor always loved adventure.She did tell him this before and of course he remembered that fact.It was always nice to see her smile.Making her smile whenever he could was a goal he wished to accomplish.It was as deep a desire even if it wasn't as deep as the one to keep her safe or o stay by hr side forever.

The weather outside was fantastic.The grass green dew upon them probably coming from the rainfall before.The trees as well having ther leaves wet.But not overly so.The sky was a bright blue that was a rather calming color.A few clouds,swimming throughout the sky like it were a sea.Even if the clouds were moving at a slow pace as if they were relaxing on their way.The scent around then earthy and fresh, a musky earth scent.It was a nice scent that he was smelled many times before.

The others were about to mount their horses.Though they didn't have another horse for Taylor.

"Ye can ride with me."Jamie said to Taylor as he would gladly ride with her.Taylor nodded as he easily got on his horse and helped her onto he stead.Taylor was behind him, her arms then wrapping around his waist.As they rode the Scottish man felt her lean against him.Her warmth and figure being felt against him.He could smell her and it was a sweet smell of flowers and vanilla.A,nice scent that almost made him sleep, the only thing keeping him awake was the desire to ride well to make sure she didn't get hurt.That and perhaps to inpress her.Men do love to impress the woman they love and he was the same in that regard.Her form against him wasn't took small yet not too big being the perfect size.Even if he couldn't see her he knew that she was against him.The warmth, scent, and feel of her proved that.His heart was beating a bit loudly because of this and he wondered if she could hear it.The movement of the horse and the feel of her against her was a pleasant feeling.Though it would have to end at some time and that was a bit dissapointing.Though just being with her is just as pleasant.

Soon he stopped the horse.They were to take a break as it was to become night time soon.The sky showed this by the redness of the sky and the orangeness of the sunset.

One of the men got the fire wood and Jamie went with the other men to go hunt something to eat.After they got everything that was needed for them tonight.Then Jamie made the fire , which was a relief.That would warm them all from the cold air outside.Everyone had already set everything down near the campfire but not close enough to start a fire.Then they cooked some of their catch and then ate some of it.Leaving some of it for later.Jamie sat by the fire and grabbed a blanket.The sky had become dark black void.The cold air didn't freeze him due to the warmth of the fire and the blanket.He lauded on the ground the blanket covering him.He saw that Taylor was laying upon the ground as well wrapped in the blanket like a connoli.He tell it was her because he could see her face as it was facing him.

The next morning he woke up.It was around the time everyone woke up.Then he looks Taylor who was up as well.Her morning hair was not neat yet he still loved it.

"Morin' sleepy head.How ye feelin'? "Taylor asked him with a smile.She was so beautiful even in the morning.

" Pretty good.How about ye?"Jamie replied with a smile as well.

"Oh, just prefect' men give me lewd looks ,Pieces of branch are in my hair , and my back is sore."She said sarcasticly with a soft laugh.Again when he heard that laugh he wanted to kiss her.It was always so alluring when he heard her laugh.Though little he could do with men staring at them.He did however, give her a quick peck on the lips.

"Well, ye are so beautiful that is why they stare.They canna take you away so let them stare.Even with pieces of branch in ye hair and a sore back, ye are beautiful."He said as he kissed her again.

Then he heard something and the other men did as well.Red cats must be nearby.This was where they were to be.

"Wait here, lassie.I'll be right back.I donna want ye getting hurt even if that means ye get mad at me."He said protectively.

"Very well.But be careful, don't want you too beat up."She said with a smile.Taylor trusted that he would be okay, that was one of the best things about their relationship.The strength of their trust was strong.

"I wonna promise that.Though I will come back to ye alive, I am strong enough for that."He said as he went off with the others.The red coats were indeed there.It was hard to beat them.They hit them with everything they got in those guns.Jamie did get a shot in the shoulder, however this was a small wound compared to what he usually got.

They did beat the red coats in the area.The red coats retreating, which was pretty rewarding.Then they returned to camp.Taylor ran her to him and saw that he was injured.She then took him over to a secluded place.

"Take off ye shirt, that way I can get a better look at ye wound."Taylor said to him trying to work on his wound.He noticed that she had her medical supplies out ready to heal his wound.

Jamie did as she said and took off his shirt.He saw that she was glacing over his chest and the wound.She took the bullet from his wound.Then put some alcohol on his wound, spilling it on it.It stung and he hissed in pain.Though it was a little 'ouch' because this was nothing compared to the pain he felt before.He looked into her hazel eyes .They looked at him with such concern and were so gorgeous and passionate.Then she bandaged his shoulder.It still hurt but it was better then before.He saw that her eyes trailed down his chest.

"Can I look at ye back?".Taylor asked and he did turn so she could look at it.Her hands trailing down it.Her hands were so soft and warm.Feeling like fire burning his skin but it was a conforting flame.Her hands were as soft as velvet.

"Ye back may be covered in scars but ...I still find it beautiful."She said and he took a deep breatch.With everythng happening he was gettong turned on.But knew that he could not satify her or himself truely until his wound healed.Then after a few minutes she did in fact stop.He turned around and looked at her.

"I love ye, so much."He said as he kissed her.It was a short kiss.

"I love ye, too."She said in response and kissed him back.This time it was a long passionate kiss.This was an amazing kiss.This adventure was going to more and more incredible as it went on.He was sure of it.
