"Nothing, Squid head is going nuts looking for him" Error replied agitated, but then again the Destroyer was usually agitated.

"Stars darn it," Nightmare snarled, Error looked at him thoughtfully feeling eh wasn't being told something.

Nightmare twitched, but finally broke down.

"Technically we may have grabbed him and put him in a cage, it was a giant bird cage and Horror was going to use him to taste test food. He escaped while we we're moving bases, simple as that" Nightmare admitted.

"A.. bird cage?" Error said clearly amused.

"Look, Dream was following us around and pestering us. It was when Ink got distracted for a month so you went on vacation" Nightmare told him, Error had definitely needed that Vacation. No one had known where Ink was, and the darker Sanses had celebrated Inkstains missing in action state.

"But.. a bird cage?" Error said, then actually giggled.

"It was this or a closet, there wasn't any other places to shove him into due to all the boxes" Nightmare said a blush on his face "I was getting frustrated, as he was doing his I will save you brother speech"

"So you had the golden canary in a birdcage, and he escaped" Error sniggered.

"Your not letting this go are you?" Nightmare asked dryly.

"No, not till Inky does something funnier"

At that moment Horror walked in, Errors mismatched eyes stared at the tiny songbird on Horrors shoulder who was nibbling on sunflower seeds the horrortale resident was feeding it. There was a tiny split on its wing, one of many reasons it wasn't flying away.

"Boss.. dinner" Horror said.

"I'll be right there" Nightmare responded "You staying?"

Error stared at the tiny bird a grin growing, Nightmare swore the bird was starting to panic.

"Sure, I have the time" he said, the bird looked closer to fainting.

"Error, stop teasing Horrors new pet Floof" Nightmare said giving him a look.

"Floof huh" Error said, he was definitely going to enjoy teasing Floof.

Floof would have sweated if birds could sweat.

He had no idea how he turned into a bird while escaping, but fell and broke one of his new wings as he'd never flown before.

Somehow Error knew.

Well, at least Dream had learned to like sunflower seeds.
