"Are you sure about this Chat," Queen Bee asked as she dropped the fake Cat Noir ring in his hand, "Hawkmoth and Myura have gotten smarter."

"I've considered everything," Adrien looked at the ring knowing what might happen, "even that."

"Mirage," Rena yelled making multiples of all the heroes still standing, Queen Bee, Cat Noir, Ryuko, and Bunnix.

"I need you to do something," Cat Noir said as he landed next to the real Bunnix, "I need you to look 30 minutes into the future, I need to know if my plan works."

"Burrow," Alix called out as a white portal opened, she walked into it and came out a few seconds later, "I only got a glimps but Paris isn't in ruins so I assume whatever plan you have works."

"Dark Charm," Dark Lady called out and caught a replica of Cat Noir's staff, she smirked, extended it, and swung it around, knocking back Cat Noir and Bunnix, dissipating the illusions. She approached the retreating Rena Rouge, spinning her yo-yo in one hand and the staff in the other.

A green turtle shell came flying at Dark Lady from behind, knocking the staff out of her hand, causing it to slide towards Rena. She growled at the weak Carapace, who had just gotten back on his feet, and ran at him.

"Protect," he called out as her yo-yo flew at him. Carapase collapsed from the hits on the protective, green shell that formed around him that Dark Lady was enforcing.

"Mari, no!" Alya cryed as she detransformed, and saw Nino's weakened state, "please don't hurt him."

"Alya," Cat Noir pulled her out of Dark Lady's way, "you need to stay safe, I'll make everything right."

"But we need Ladybug to do that," Alya struggled to get free of his grip as the shield around Carapace shattered, "No!"

"Stop," Cat Noir said tucking the fake ring in his pocket and getting between Dark Lady and Carapace, "I'll give you my miraculous if you return Viperion's."

They all waited for an agonising second before she tossed the snake miraculous to Queen Bee, "Deal."

"Trust me," Cat Noir yelled as Dark Lady dragged off by the tail, but he was able to grab the item created by Dark Lady's dark charm.

"I have an idea. Pollen, buzz off," Chloe said, handing Luka back his miraculous, "Cat Noir just took a big risk for us. Both him and Ladybug always have risked their lives countless times for Paris. Now it's time we do the same. Luka I need you to find the Guardian of the miraculous, I'll pretend to do the same to keep Myura off your tail. Everyone else recharge your miraculous, the public already knows too many of our identities. After find where Dark Lady took Cat Noir."

"Are you sure about this," Luka asked, "I mean what do you plan to do with the other miraculous?"

"You could always combine two miraculous," Sass suggested, "Ladybug did that when she lost her miraculous to kwami buster."

"Good idea, Luka, since Ladybug trusted you, I trust you to select the right miraculous," Chloe nodded before running off in a random direction.

~~~Hawkmoth's Lair~~~

"You know as big time villian like you I expected a bigger evil lair," Cat Noir joked.

"We had a deal Cat Noir," Hawkmoth held out his hand, "your miraculous, now."

"And you'll release Ladybug if I do," Cat Noir asked.

"After I have your miraculous I'll have no need for the girl," Hawkmoth smiled, "you have my word."

Adrien slipped the fake ring into the hand that didn't have his miraculous, "Plagg, claws in."

As the green light faded from the room Adrien slipped his miraculous into a hidden pocket and put the fake one on his finger.

"Adrien," Gabriel said in disbelief.

"So what you know I'm Cat Noir," He threw the ring at Hawkmoth, "release Ladybug."

"As you wish, son," Gabriel muttered as he picked up the fake ring.

"What," Adrien froze as he moved to put his miraculous on, and the akuma left Marinette's earing.

Realizing what had just happened Adrien quickly slipped the ring on and called his transformation.

"What happened," Marinette as Ladybug asked, "Cat Noir, Hawkmoth."

"It's alright M'lady, you're okay now, but you need to purify the akuma," Cat Noir helped her up, sighing in relief that Hawkmoth wouldn't find out who Ladybug was, or so he thought. Ladybug nodded in response as he handed her the replica of his staff that had returned to the normal coloring of a Lucky Charm item.

"Time to devilize," she called, collecting the akuma, and purifying it, she then threw the Lucky Charm in the air, "miraculous ladybug."

"You have no where to run, Hawkmoth," Chloe burst in with the Bee miraculous combined with the Mouse miraculous, and Luka with the Snake and Monkey. But he was gone.

"You tried," Rena put her hand on Queen Mouse's shoulder, "and we were all ready to follow you."

"I assume you need the miraculous back," Luka gave Ladybug his miraculous and Chloe moved to do the same.

"No," Ladybug said holding up her hand, "you deserve it Chloe, you too Rena and Carapace."

"Thank you, Ladybug," Chloe smiled, handing back the Mouse miraculous.

~~~Next day~~~

Marinette had tried not go to school the next day, but both Tikki and her parents had insisted. She was very surprised to see Alya sitting next to Nino and the usually on time Adrien missing, as was Chloe and Lila.

Mari sat in her usual seat in the front, next to her was a note.

Mari did her best not to cry when reading it, why was Alya so mad at her all of the sudden? Then there was a tap on her shoulder.

"Do you mind if I sit here today," the person asking was the last person she'd expect, Chloe.

"Yeah, guess I'll move to the back," Marinette sighed, starting to get up.

"No, no, no, with you," Chloe sat down in Alya's seat, "I just wanted to make sure you're okay after yesterday."

"I don't get why Alya's suddenly so mad at me," Marinette sighed, "I also can't believe you're the one comforting me."

"I totally forgot that when you're akumatized you don't have any memory of what happened," Chloe looked down, "and now it's my fault the whole class knows you're Ladybug."

"Even Adrien," Marinette said in shock, "I was akumatized into an evil Ladybug, wasn't I."

"Adrien was gone by the time you were akumatized, so I don't think so. But he has other things to worry about."

"Like what, is his father not letting him come to school again?"

"No, he didn't want to come. He came to the hotel last night with a suitcase saying, he needed to be away from his father for a while. Hey, maybe you could come over later, he might talk to you."

"Thanks for the offer Chloe, I'll think about it."

"It's the least I can do."

"After you completely exposed her secret, why would she ever take up an offer from you," Lila laughed as she leaned on their desk.

"Back off you lier," Chloe spat, "Adrien and Marinette weren't the only ones who saw through your lies, now you're exposed and have no friends."

"It's better than having my biggest secret exposed to my class and having my best friend ignore me," Lila smirked before flipping her hair back and walking off to her seat.

~~~After School~~~

"Tikki, I'm a terrible Ladybug," Marinette cried to her kwami around the back of her school, "and now everyone knows who I am, Alya's mad at me, and everything's falling apart."

"At least Chloe's being nice to you," the kwami tried to bring up Marinette's spirts as she took off the earings, "Mari, please no."

"I don't deserve these," Marinette said as Tikki went back in the earings, and placed them in the box Master Fu gave her, "I shouldn't be Ladybug."

"But then where would Cat Noir be without his Lady," Adrien asked as he sat next to her, "don't blame yourself for having emotions."

"What do you care," Marinette asked holding her legs to her chest.

"Chloe told me about Alya univiting you, so I'm here to both make sure I don't lose my crime fighting partner, and to ask you to come as my date to the Valentine's dance," Adrien said with a smile and while rubbing his neck.

"You-you're Cat- Cat Noir," Marinette pointed at Adrien in disbelief, "and you are asking me to be your plus one, your date. Eep!"

"We were going to find out eventually, M'lady, I just wish it wasn't like this," Adrien chuckled, "also I need something to distract me and the dance seemed right."

"Chloe told me you had come to the hotel last night, what happened?"

"I don't want to talk about it, cause I still can't believe it's true."

"What happened while I was akumatized, is it the same reason why Alya's mad at me?"

"I honestly don't know why she's mad at you, and no. You remember when you took my father's book to Master Fu," Marinette nodded, "and said Hawkmoth was my father? You were right, and he knows I'm Cat Noir."

"I'm so sorry Adrien, I had hoped it wasn't true before. I wish there was something I could do."

"Well remaining Ladybug would help a lot," Adrien held out the box he had seen her put them in, as Chloe ran towards them.

"There you two are, Adrien do you mind if I talk to Marinette for a few," Adrien smiled as he walked away from the girls, "great news Mari, can I call you that, Master Fu said you can keep your miraculous, and I can keep mine if you'll let me."

"That's great Chloe, how'd you do it? And of course you can keep the Bee miraculous, you earned it," Marinette hugged her much to Chloe's surprise, "I'm glad to call you my friend now."

"I went around to our whole class and made them all promise not to tell your secret," Chloe smiled, "except I wasn't able to convince Lila, so she's still going to be a problem."

"That is the least of my worries right now. Thank you again."
