Scott's Perspective-

"How about this, if you kill Tango and leave me, then I'll let you kill me." Scott said, folding his arms.

He and Jimmy were chatting on the Bread Bridge.

Jimmy bit his lip, thinking hard.

"Come on, Jim. It's not that hard. It's either your husband or your friend."

Jimmy took a deep breath and grabbed his sword.

My eyes widened as I saw it in his hand.

"Scott, I'm gonna give you 30 seconds to run and go somewhere else."

"I- what?"

"30 seconds for you to run."

"You're seriously picking your friend over your husband?"

"30 seconds." Jimmy repeated with a stone-cold expression.

I sighed and turned around, starting to walk away.

I glanced at him over my shoulder.

"I love you." I whispered.

Jimmy glared at me.

"30 seconds."

"Say 'I love you' back."

Jimmy stood there, saying nothing.

Tears formed in my eyes.

"S-say 'I love you' back." My voice cracked.

Jimmy looked down to the side and my heart broke.

"Your- your Rancher really means that much to you, huh? What about the Pufferish of Peace?"

"I- I lost that. I don't know where it is."

"I see." I sniffed, "Well then..." I took off the ring on my finger and threw it off the bridge, "It's over."

I sobbed on my bed, wanting to be left alone as I grieved over the loss of Jimmy after everything.

Martyn peeked into their base and he looked concerned.

"Hey, Scott." He said gently.

Scott sniffed and looked up at Martyn, his eyes red.

"Hey.." His voice cracked a bit.

Martyn smiled softly and sat down next to Scott.

"What happened? I thought you were going to talk to Jimmy." Martyn said, rubbing Scott's back.

"I did."

"Then what's wrong?"

"He doesn't love me."

"What?"

Scott nods and leans on Martyn.

"Well hey, it doesn't matter because I care about you."

Scott sniffs, "You do?"

Martyn nods and smiles as he wipes the tears from Scott's eyes.

"Yeah, I do."

Scott smiles and Martyn softly kisses his forehead.

Scott giggles and blushes.
