Jimmy's Perspective-

Jimmy smiled and took the cup of hot chocolate from his boyfriend.

"Thanks Tango." Jimmy said, blowing on the drink before taking a sip.

"Sure thing!" Tango said, kissing Jimmy's forehead before sitting down next to him.

Jimmy grabbed a blanket and cuddled with Tango under it.

"You getting warmer? You're wearing a sweater in front of a fire and are under a blanket."

Jimmy giggled, "Yeah, I'm getting warm. Thanks."

"You don't have to keep thanking me!"

"Too bad! You bought me this sweater, invited me into your home to stay the night with you in front of your fireplace, and made me this drink!"

Tango chuckled.

"You do look really cute in that sweater."

Jimmy smiled and blushed.

"Thanks."

Tango smiled and kissing Jimmy's forehead.

"Of course."

They sat and watched the fire, cuddled in one another's arms.

Jimmy looked out the window which was next to the fireplace.

The snowflakes fell softly from the sky, more and more in an instance.

It reminded him of a time when he was younger, lying on the floor in front of his fireplace, trying to warm up.

He and Grian had spent the whole day running around and making snowmen and sliding down hills on their sleds.

"I sometimes wish I was still a kid." Jimmy suddenly said.

"Hm?" Tango asked, snapping back.

Jimmy repeated what he had said earlier.

"I guess I could see why you would want that, but don't you like being 20?"

Jimmy shrugged.

Tango smiled softly and kissed Jimmy's cheek.

"Well I am."

"Why? You don't get to play tag or any of that anymore and now you have to work."

"True, but I also get to live with my amazing boyfriend." Tango said, lightly bumping into Jimmy, who blushed.

"But...you don't get to just be a kid."

Tango hummed.

"What I've learned is that everyone wants what they don't have. When we were kids, all we wanted was to get older. And now that we're old, we want to be kids."

Jimmy nodded.

"But we have to learn to love what we have before it's gone."

Jimmy smiled at his boyfriend before leaning in and kissing him.

Tango smiled as he kissed back.

"Thanks, Tango." Jimmy said as they broke apart.

Tango smiled and kissed Jimmy's forehead, "Of course."
