Jinx stood by the side of the party, as she does every year when the planets align. She was dressed in a blue vest with a long skirt that was open at the front and flowed to the ground like the starry sky itself. Underneath, she wore dark blue suit pants. You could see the hidden doodles on the inside of her skirt. Caitlyn didn't want her to see them outside. Jinx didn't like it. The shirt she wore underneath was a very light powder blue, with the sleeves cut off, so her tattoos could be seen. She watches her sister dance with Caitlyn. She was always jealous of the two and tried to break them up. Not only that, but she didn't think it was fair that they had the constellation of lovers. while Jinx could only watch their love from afar. Then Lux, the sun, appeared in person. She appears in a long white dress and more gold than any mortal would ever see. The gold flatters her beautiful hair, which was pinned up. And her blue eyes searched the place. Many who were single immediately stopped what they were doing and stared at Lux. Who can blame them? Everyone loves the sun, no matter what they are. It shines and takes the night away. Humans love her and adore her, but don’t like the moon, which brings the night. The only thing that always wants to be close to a jinx is water. All who are here are embodiments of something. And most of the time, leaving their place is forbidden unless you manage to make your planet disappear for a moment. Jinx talks to Silco, who controls the water on Earth most nights. Jinx always got along better with Silco, even when she was a little star. She was upgraded when her mother died, the original moon. She fell in love with a human back then and got Vi and then, a few years later, Jinx. Her name was Powder, but she blames herself. If she hadn't been born, maybe the relationship with the human would never have come to light. Because if you love someone who is mortal, you will die. Stars are never replaced if they don't play an important role, but planets and pictures do. It's cruel. For the first time, the moon heard the sun's voice speaking to her.
She shakes her head hard to agree and takes the hand that looks to hold her. So she starts dancing around the room. For Jinx, it felt like it was just the two of them. No one else seems to matter. After the dance ends, she and Lux stare at each other.
Is it strange that I have always wanted to do that? I always wanted to talk to you. "Dance like this and get to know you".
"I feel the same," Jinx said, and Lux laughed.
So they sat down in the corner and talked about everything.
For Jinx, it was a dream come true. Talking to her and just being with her Sadly, in the end, she had to wait another time to see her. Then a couple of years went by. When they finally met again, Lux wanted to meet Jinx in private, and she agreed with her.
"You know I love you, Jinx," Lux says after she heard a footstep behind. 
"That is cute, Lux, but maybe you should tell my sister," said a voice behind her. 
Lux turned red and turned around to find Vi standing there with a big grin and Caitlyn holding her laughing. 
"I thought you were Jinx," said Lux, and then she saw Jinx appear behind Vi. 
"What is with me?" asked Jinx. 
"Nothing we go", says Caitlyn, while she grabs her wife and goes.
Jinx looked confused after them and then back to Lux, "What happened?". 
"Nothing," Lux said, with a high pitch. So Jinx, I wanted to tell you I love you and want to be with you. 
Jinx had a big smile and said, "Same goes for me."
And that was the first time they kissed, and like every stupid couple and magical creature, they had three little star children that basically worked as a mobile. 
"But mama, that was boring," said the little girl who had dark blue-purple hair and the brightest blue eyes. She was holding her 2-year-old pink-haired baby sister, who looked too much like her sister. And next to her, a girl with pale blue hair. That is like the sky on her sunniest day, with the same gray blue eyes as her mama. 
"Jessica, you wanted to hear the story of me and your mother," said Jinx, looking down at her four kids. She can see in her face so many things about her beloved wife. Like Jessica's eyes and chin, meanwhile 8, Or her 6-year-old twins, Jane and Lilith, who have Lux's nose and eye shape. Her youngest daughter, Mia, mostly resembled someone who had copied and pasted her mother's face. I put Jinx's eyes and her eye shape on her little face. grow into or if Jane would finally grow out of her pretty princess glitter outfits. All of her dresses have to be fancy and pastel. while her older sister just wears what is in the closet and mostly in a tomboy style. While Lilith loves to dress like her Mama Jinx, she still has the same hairstyle as her sister. Open under the hair but the top layer, pigtails on both sides. They had both bangs, while Jane was clean-cut and lay very clean there. Lilith made little spikes out of her bangs after seeing a TV character do it, so she copied it.
"Yeah, but you could just say it's boring and save us all the time," says Jessica. 
I thought it was romantic. "Like Mom waited to be noticed but never thought she could, but then boom, mutual feelings," says Jane while she throws herself back on their back. 
Mia seems to be the only one to not care, since she is biting her plush snake. 
"I'm glad that our story is easy," says a voice behind her. Jinx smiled brightly. 
When she says "Mommy," her children rush to her. Lux picked up Mia and Jane. While Lilith just decided to jump on her back, Jessica hugged her waist and laid her head on her belly. Jinx gets up and kisses her wife. "Hey love". 
"Mama, that is disgusting," says Lilith, making it up to see over her mother's shoulder. 
Jinx laughed and was happy with her life as the moon. No matter if people fear the night, the sun will always shine on the moon so every person on earth can see the beauty of the moon as the sun sees it.
