Lux was sitting on a building in the city looking down on a couple. She loved watching them kiss and love each other. She sighed, wishing to the stars that she could find her soulmate. The one that was bound to her. Then she saw a blue-haired girl. She couldn't keep her eyes off of her, but something was pulling her in. She wanted to go down to her She started talking to him and then it clicked that this was her special one and her special one was now flirting with the boy. The boy seemed to like it, and his girlfriend was going crazy over this. The blue-haired girl then just goes without doing anything else. The boy was watching her leave, staring at her ass. This bothered Lux so much that she wanted to slap him in the face like his girlfriend did. She decided to let her wings appear and follow the girl to the park. She was landing, looking around her until she heard a voice behind her. 
"Interesting, thought my soulmate had died already."
She said while Lux turned to her. She looked at the black wings, the horns, and the pink eyes. Everything points out to her that her soulmate is a fallen angel.
"You are," she said, and couldn't finish her sentence. It makes sense that an angel can only be a soulmate to another angel. It makes no difference whether or not the fall occurred to them.
"What a fallen one? You want to kill me for what I did or something? You want revenge or something?" she said, nearly yelling at her. 
"No, I just wanted to see my soulmate." The blonde one put her hands up defensively. 
"Oh please, an angel would rather kill their soulmate instead of accepting that they are a fallen angel." She screamed at her and looked at Lux. It's true that most of them would rather kill their partner because they can't accept that they love a traitor. It's a big pain and you feel like you are missing something of your soul, but it's better to cut off the broken pieces and save what you can save. Sometimes your own family does it before you are even able to find the other angel that belongs to you. Lux could see in her eyes that people hurt her, so she asked 
"Why did you fall?"
"Because they are all worse than the demons in hell." They at least treat me like I'm something worthwhile. My father, who took care of me after my fall, loved me without wanting anything in return. The polar opposite of heaven, who only loves you if you follow the rules blindly, no matter how wrong they are". 
Lux understands that the demons brainwashed her, but she is right. Once fallen, you cannot be saved anymore. 
"What if I want to be with you? No matter if you fall or not. ", she dared to risk. She wanted to have her. She feels that a piece she missed is now back. She sees in her eyes that she feels the same. She would never hurt her and she wanted to make this work for the both of them. 
"What are you going to say?" Lux inquired again, reaching out a hand to Jinx.
Jinx looks at the and reaches out to take it. "Okay, I want to try it."
So Lux pulled her soulmate in and kissed her to seal the deal she always wanted. She swears she is going to protect this little thing with her life.
