It was now morning as the sun's bright light shined over Beacon Academy where the first years were located in the ballroom, a majority of them still sleeping except for one energetic girl named Nora Valkyrie, whose voice was loud and very cheerful and now starting to wake up her quiet childhood friend named Lie Ren who was now starting to wake up.

"Wake up lazy butt!" Nora exclaimed.

Ren opened his eyes and was now aware of his surroundings as he sighed at the antics of Nora as she energetically dashed around the room.

"It's morning~ It's morning~ It's morning!" Nora sung loudly as she appeared multiple places around Ren.

Not far from them was Y/N, who was currently asleep, but started to wake up from the loud noise.

Y/N then slowly sat up as he opened his eyes with a grouchy expression on his face as he now took in his surroundings.

"Who the hell is making all this noise this early in the morning?" Y/N asked as he wanted to punch something when he was rudely awoken from his sleep, then he looked to the right and saw a ginger haired girl surrounding a boy with black hair and a magenta streak on the left side of his hair.

Y/N was annoyed that he was awoken from his sleep but got over it since he couldn't go back to sleep now. Y/N then got up and made his way past the pair ignoring them both as he went out the ballroom, and went to the washroom to brush his teeth.

Nora who seen Y/N walk by was surprised at the guys physique, he was probably far more muscular than any guy she'd ever seen in their age range.

"Hey Ren, look at that guy, he looks pretty strong!" Nora said as she pointed at Y/N.

Ren managed to get a glance at Y/N before he left the ballroom, and also managed to take notice of his muscle structure which is very toned for his age. Ren wondered what kind of training did he have to do in order to get a body like that.

"Yes he does appear to give off an aura of strength." Ren said.

"Ooohhh let's go meet him Ren!" Nora suggested, as she wanted to challenge the boy to a fight to see how strong he is.

"Not now Nora, we have to get our things and prepare for initiation today." Ren said, not letting Nora go off on her own.

"Awwwww, fine whatever." Nora pouted as she and Ren started to gather their things and leave.

Meanwhile Y/N was in the bathroom as he was about to put on his hero suit but stopped and look at it for a second.

The more Y/N looked at it, the more it reminded him of his Sensei Saitama, and would always remember when his Sensei first gave it to him.

(Flashback)

Y/N and Saitama were currently walking outside City Z and heading toward the mountain landscapes, with Saitama wearing his usual yellow Jumpsuit and Y/N wearing his (T/C Tracksuit Color) Tracksuit, where Saitama was leading Y/N to do a final test he had for him.

Y/N thought about what the final test could be that his Sensei had planned for him. Y/N then thought back to all the training and fighting he did at the beginning of it, as all he had to do was his usual training routine Saitama had told him to do and to never stop doing it for 3 years no matter how hard it is, because it took him three years to get that strong. When Saitama told him the training, Y/N thought it was complete bull-crap and there was no way that he can achieve that kind of strength with just a simple method, but his Sensei said it's the truth and that's all he ever did which made Y/N looked shocked at that. Y/N knew his Sensei wasn't the type to just lie about things like that so he decided to take it seriously and started his Sensei's routine.

A very long time had passed by since Y/N had started with his Sensei's training routine as he ate three meals a day, and a banana in the morning. The consistent exercise made his legs crack, and his arms almost shattering. He cough out blood on a day to day basis with no A/C on either to cool him down when he was finished. He was about to lose his sanity at times, but his Sensei encouraged him to keep going and told him he believed in him.

After that some of the tests Saitama had for Y/N were to fight monsters ranging from (Wolf, Tiger, Demon, and Even Dragon.) All of those fights were the hardest he's ever had in his life with different kind of emotions running through him like fear, doubt, and anger. Above all that what he felt the most was excitement in his heart that he was fighting enemies that can match him, or was much stronger than him. No matter how much he was getting beaten up, he always got back up with a determined smile on his face which made him love fighting so much. It was until one day Y/N got too strong to the point to where he was one punching his opponents now, which made his excitement go down every time he defeated a seemingly strong opponent in one punch.

Every fight Y/N has been in, Saitama stood by in the sidelines and watched. When Saitama first took him in he didn't expect much from Y/N and didn't really want a student, but as soon as he got a look at Y/N's eyes, he noticed they were filled with extreme determination and passion, just like he had back then when he had saved that big chinned kid from that crab monster long ago.

Throughout Y/N's training and the tests he gave him, he was surprised to see Y/N's progress throughout the months and years. Saitama also admired his determination to never give up with fire in his eyes. He then thought that could Y/N really be the person he was looking for and maybe give him a challenge?

Saitama noticed Y/N now started to one-shot his opponents now, and be really disappointed after just like he was, which made Saitama feel.......what was it? a sense of pride in him? Saitama felt proud at how his student progressed so much. Saitama now had a tiny smirk on his face as he now thought Y/N could finally be ready, and now had a final test for him which would be very soon.

(Play One punch Man - OST- 18. Sorrow)

Saitama and Y/N finally arrived at the mountain landscapes as they stood apart from each other.

"So Sensei, what is this final test I have to do?" Y/N asked curiously.

Saitama's usual blank look changed as his face hardened, with Saitama now serious. "Y/N I've glad to see how strong you've become, I've decided that now for your final test you will have to fight me!" Saitama declared, as Y/N widened his eyes in shock.

"What I have to fight you!? But Sensei you're the most powerful person in the whole world! Do you really think I can defeat you?" Y/N asked with some sweat dropping down his head as he doubted he could defeat his Sensei, but at the same time he couldn't help but feel some excitement about the fact of fighting his Sensei.

"Y/N you may not know it, but throughout the years I've trained you your strength has grown to a point to where I could compare it to my own. Not only that but you have the heart, the attitude, determination, and the spirit of a true hero. Ever since I became this strong I lost something important to a human being and that was my emotions. Fear, excitement, sadness, I didn't feel any of those anymore." Saitama explained.

"Day after Day, I just one punch monsters without a scratch on me and go home to wash my gloves and my suit. But then you came along in my life. Ever since I started training you and seeing how much stronger you'd get each time, I would feel some emotions I had recently lost swell up in me each time I see how much you progress. Now I think your ready to face me, and I know that you can give me the fight I've always wanted to have!" Saitama stated passionately.

Y/N was simply stunned at his Sensei's declaration. He never heard or saw his Sensei act like this before as he was always expressionless, but now his Sensei's stating with so much confidence and Belief that he is the one to actually give him a challenge. It was enough to almost make him shed a few tears at his Sensei's words.

Y/N was silent for a few moments with his hair shadowing over his eyes, as he then looked up at his Sensei with a confident smirk.

"I'm proud to be your student Sensei, if this is my final test and you think I have what it takes to defeat you then Bring it on! I won't lose!" Y/N declared raising his fist.

Saitama returned the smirk Y/N had, "Don't hold back on me now Y/N! Give me everything you've got and show me what you've learned." Saitama said.

"The same goes for you Sensei! Now maybe I can see your true power!" Y/N said.

(Play DBS- Goku Tests Jiren)

Both Y/N and Saitama then jumped a huge distance away from each other as they both stared each other down. The both of them looked at each other blankly, but they can both tell that this fight was gonna get extremely brutal.

Neither Y/N or Saitama made the first move just yet, both waiting to see who would do the first move.

It's been 20 seconds since then and both of them didn't move a muscle. The pressure and the atmosphere was so thick, that if anyone were to see this fight they would probably collapse because of it.

Y/N looked at his Sensei and saw him still not moving. He probably wanted him to make the first move, or he was probably testing him to see what he would do. Even though Y/N was excited he couldn't help but start to sweat a little. The sweat from Y/N's head then dropped down to the ground and that's when Saitama made his move. He was behind Y/N in less than a millisecond and tried to chop his neck, but Y/N quickly turned around and caught his hand before it connected. The ground beneath them cracked massively because of the power the both of them were admitting as Y/N then retaliated and threw a fist at Saitama's stomach. Saitama dodged it and threw a fist a Y/N's face too fast to which he couldn't counter as it connected, and made Y/N go through a couple of mountains as destroyed remains of it all fell down to the ground.

Saitama stood there with his arms crossed because he knew Y/N was still alive and that was not enough to defeat him. The remains in where Y/N landed started to rumble as it shook intensely, as Y/N jumped out of the remains and speed towards Saitama at inhuman speeds. Saitama sped towards Y/N as well as both of them started to exchange punches at speeds in the air that even the S-class heroes wouldn't follow, as they both destroyed the environment around them with sonic booms coming from their fists.

Y/N and Saitama both tried to overpower the other with their punches as they appeared to be blurs in the air, as they disappeared and reappeared. Y/N then managed to slip behind Saitama and use one of his moves.

"Consecutive Normal Punches!" Y/N said as he unleashed massive fury of punches from his fist at Saitama, who cross his arms to block it but he could surprisingly feel pain even if he's blocking it. He then flew back and crashed in the ground with a massive hole coming out of it.

Y/N landed on the ground with half of his tracksuit torn as he breathed somewhat heavily. He knew his Sensei wasn't defeated by an attack like that and would come out shortly. Y/N could now feel the punches that his Sensei gives to his enemy's, and now understood why he was so strong and he wasn't even serious yet. He could tell.

Y/N then heard rumbling below him as he jumped away. The ground from beneath him had exploded from pure power alone, and out came Saitama who landed just a couple of feet away from Y/N. Y/N was stunned when he saw blood for the first time coming from his Sensei.

"That..... hurt." Saitama said as his eyes were shadowed.

Y/N was shocked that he actually managed to hurt his Sensei and even inflict blood on him, but the look his Sensei gave him told him this battle is just the beginning.

Saitama then looked up and smirked wildly at Y/N, "That actually hurt! I'm impressed Y/N, but you're still not getting serious enough in this fight are you?" Saitama asked.

Y/N's eyes widened in shock at how quickly his Sensei figured that out.

"In order for you to take this fight as seriously as you can-

"Huh?" Y/N said.

Saitama then stuck his hands deep into the ground, and had it in a tight grip.

"What's he about to do? I can sense something big is coming, I need to be ready to counter whatever it is." Y/N said.

"SUPER MOVE: SERIOUS SERIES SERIOUS TABLE FLIP." Saitama said as he flipped up an enormous amount of debris at Y/N at speeds to fast for him to dodge, as the last thing he saw was a wall of black.

Y/N opened his eyes and saw that he was surrounded by nothing but debris, and couldn't see anything else around him. It was only a massive trail of rocks and rubble around him.

('Sensei must be trying to obscure my vision and keep himself hidden, so he can attack me from whatever side I'm vulnerable at. I have to destroy all of this debris now!) Y/N thought.

Y/N then started punching all the debris that surrounded him, but a few seconds later Y/N then noticing his feet wasn't in the ground as he looked down.

('I'm not on the ground? Did Sensei threw me in the air? How long have I been in the air?) Y/N thought.

Y/N then felt a presence behind him as Saitama was there, he then unleashed a fury of punches of his own onto Y/N.

"Normal Punch Combo!" Saitama said as Y/N tried to block the onslaught, but some of them connected which made Y/N spill out blood. Y/N then sped away from Saitama as he jumped from debris to debris in the air, as he then charged back at Saitama.

"Consecutive Double-Handed Punches!" Y/N yelled as he launch his blur of fists at Saitama.

"Two Handed Normal Punch Combo!" Saitama yelled, as he retaliated with his fists clashing with Y/N's. The debris around them exploded and massive winds in the air acted like a tornado from their battle.

Saitama eventually won the trade off as his fists overpowered Y/N's as Y/N flew back, and crashed into one of the rocks in the air. Y/N then got of it and was already speeding away from Saitama before he overwhelmed him.

Saitama was already on his tail as he appeared in front of Y/N and punched him in the stomach, and followed up with a punch in the chin as well making Y/N grunt in pain as he crashed into one of the rocks in the air.

('Wait a minute I thought we were in the air? This enormous pile of rubble must be messing with my senses as well and making Sensei take advantage of that.') Y/N thought as he was in massive pain.

Saitama then appeared right behind Y/N with his face expressionless, as he grabbed Y/N's leg and threw him out of the crater he was in. Saitama then started to disappear and reappear punching Y/N all over, with Y/N trying his best to block all of the attacks.

Y/N then grit his teeth as each punch Saitama threw felt like his body was about to brake in half. Y/N then waited for the right moment, and managed to grab both of his Sensei's fist which made Saitama widen in shock as Y/N Kneed Saitama in the chin making him go flying back. Y/N then appeared in front of him and started his own offense of lighting fast punches and kicks all over Saitama, as Saitama had trouble blocking all the attacks.

As Saitama was blocking Y/N's barrage of attacks, Saitama's face then darkened as he suddenly disappeared out of sight of Y/N making him stop his barrage. The massive rubble in the air stopped as he landed on the ground.

"What the? I'm on the ground now, but where did Sensei go? I had him on the defense just a moment ago." Y/N said as he look around for his Sensei but couldn't find him. Y/N could only see the destroyed mountains, and the massive craters both he and his Sensei created from their fight.

"Wow we really destroyed this place huh?" Y/N said, as he observed the area.

(Play One Punch Man Ost- Death Punch)

Y/N then gasped as he felt a massive pressure behind him, Y/N turned around and saw his Sensei right behind him. Y/N quickly tried to do a roundhouse to his head, but Saitama dodge it with speeds faster than before and appeared right behind Y/N.

DEATH

"KILLER MOVE: SERIOUS SERIES SERIOUS PUNCH." Saitama said as he launched one of his strongest punches towards Y/N.

The punch was so massive that the earth itself felt like it was shaking, Cracks were forming on the ground everywhere. The wind was also blowing massively that it was hard for Y/N to stand on two feet.

Y/N was too late to dodge as the punch connected right to his face. Y/N flew back from the punch, and crashed through multiple mountains before the noise finally stopped. their was nothing but silence, and a massive hole in the mountains that Saitama created with smoke now coming from his fist.

Saitama then ran to where Y/N crash landed and saw him with his eyes closed and unconscious, now down for the count.

(Play One Punch Man- Sad Theme)

Saitama then stood a few feet away from Y/N with half his Jumpsuit now torn, while also having some blood coming down his head and lips as he smiled sadly at Y/N.

"Y/N nice fight, you did good. As of now you are the strongest opponent I've ever fought, and you actually made me try too which I'm proud of. Even though you didn't manage to beat me, It's was by far the most fun I've ever had in a fight, which made me regain some emotions I haven't felt in a long time." Saitama explained.

"One day Y/N I know you'll manage to beat me, and then I can finally feel what defeat is like again. Come on Y/N let's go home." Saitama said as he went to go pick up Y/N, but stopped as he saw Y/N shakily get up to his feet with his hair covering his eyes.

('He's up!? I thought for sure that punch would've knocked him out.') Saitama thought as he looked at Y/N in shock.

('That punch.....I've never felt pain like this before in my whole life. So this is Sensei's power when he's serious, amazing just incredible. My body hurts all over, I can barely even move. Can I even win against Sensei?) Y/N thought as his heart started to race but not of fear but out of....................excitement.

('No I won't just give up! This is finally what I wanted, I want to be strong! I want a fight where I can push myself to my limits, so I won't be weak anymore, not like what happened back at that DAY.') Y/N thought as he looked up at Saitama with fire in his eyes.

"I WON'T GIVE UP! I WILL WIN!!!!!!!" Y/N shouted as he launched at Saitama at even faster speeds than before as it shocked Saitama, and before he can react Y/N punched him straight in the face making blood coming out of Saitama's mouth. He then followed up with a kick to the chin which made Saitama fly up in the air, as Y/N was already behind Saitama and Sledgehammered him back to the ground.

Y/N wasn't done as he picked up Saitama from off the ground and started to spin him around extremely fast, and threw him to the mountains making Saitama crash into it.

A few seconds later, A explosion came out of the mountain as Saitama jumped out of it and crash landed a few feet away from Y/N, as Saitama was breathing a little heavily.

(Play Theme Of One Punch Man- Seigi Shikkou)

Saitama then smirked, "That's more like it Y/N! I thought you were down for the count, but it looks like I was wrong. let's continue this fight!" Saitama said as he sped at Y/N with Y/N doing the same.

As soon as Y/N and Saitama reached each other they both started to exchange fists faster than ever before with some connecting to Saitama, and some connecting to Y/N. The area around them started shaking massively because of the punches they were throwing.

Y/N then managed to overpowered Saitama in their exchanges of punches which was a shock for him, since no-one ever overpowered him in punches before. Y/N then punched Saitama in the stomach as he flew back, but Y/N was immediately behind him as he attacked all around Saitama with him unable to counter.

('This feeling that's coming over me.....this wild throbbing in my heart.') Saitama thought as Y/N attacked him wildly.

('This rush..........This sensation!') Saitama thought as he pushed Y/N off of him, and punched him in the stomach. Y/N flew back but was immediately on Saitama again as the two traded blows again.

('I've long since forgotten it now but I can feel it!') Saitama thought as the two simultaneously punched each other in the face.

('THE EXHILARATION OF A REAL FIGHT!') Saitama thought as both Y/N's and Saitama's punches towards each other became faster, and more harder the more they fought as Saitama then kicked Y/N to the ground. Saitama's heart then finally beated in excitement.

Y/N and Saitama both looked at each other with massive grins on their face as they both then made a war cry, they dashed at each other with their fists cocked back putting all of their strength into this attack.

Both Y/N and Saitama yelled as their fists clashed as they created a huge explosion that almost lit up a continent. The ground beneath them cracked in half and almost going for miles, the earth's atmosphere was also split in half from the power alone.

(Play One Punch Man- Sad Theme)

The explosion died down and begin to fade. Y/N and Saitama were both seen barely standing, and heavily breathing as blood was all over their body and their faces.

Y/N and Saitama both looked at each other with smiles on their faces as Y/N eyes then drooped, as he was slowly about to lose consciousness.

"Did....I.....Pass....The....Test...Sense-" Y/N started to say but stopped as he then lost consciousness and was about to fall to the ground, but Saitama caught him before he hit the ground.

"You Passed Y/N, that was an amazing fight you've given me. I've finally had a real fight that made me feel excitement from it, and I'm glad that it was you who gave that to me. I'm proud to call you my student Y/N, Thank you." Saitama said as he smiled at Y/N as he was about to lose consciousness as well, but quickly shook it off as he carried Y/N back home.

It was about a day after Y/N and Saitama's fight occurred as Y/N then woke up on the couch the next day.

"Huh.... I'm home? What happened? Did I managed to pass the test and give a challenge to Sensei?" Y/N said as he noticed his Sensei in his casual clothes on the floor watching T.V.

"Sensei?" Y/N called out.

Saitama turned around gave a small smile to Y/N when he saw he was awake, "Oh good, you're awake." Saitama said as he walked over to Y/N.

"Sensei what happened? Did I manage to pass the test? The last thing I remember is blacking out in our fight." Y/N asked.

"You've passed Y/N, you managed to give me a challenge no-one has given me so far ever since I became this strong. I'm proud of you Y/N." Saitama said as he patted Y/N on the shoulder.

Y/N then got out of the couch and screamed loudly, "YES! I've passed the test!" Y/N yelled as he held his fist up in the air.

"Since you passed Y/N, I got a gift for you when I got up this morning." Saitama said.

Y/N's eyes widened, "A gift for me? What is it!?" Y/N asked in excitement.

Saitama then smiled, "Hold on, I'll be back." Saitama said as he went into his room, and came out a few seconds later with a wrapped up present box and gave it to Y/N.

Y/N then opened it and gasped when he saw it was an exact replica of his Sensei's hero suit, but in his size. Y/N then had small tears in his eyes as he got up and put on the hero suit.

"Thank you Sensei, I appreciate the gift." Y/N said.

"No problem Y/N." Saitama said as they both then fist bumped each other.

"So who won the fight Sensei?" Y/N asked.

Saitama put one of his hands on his chin in a thinking position, "Hmm.......I don't know, a tie maybe?" Saitama said.

"A tie?.............huh." Y/N said plainly.

(Flashback End)

Y/N then smiled as he put on his hero suit proudly.

('I promise I'll find a way back to you Sensei and you too Genos, I promise.') Y/N thought.

As Y/N exited the bathroom he decided to go walk around Beacon for a bit before Initiation started, as Y/N was walking around he was eventually at the locker rooms where he saw Ruby and her sister Yang, and also that magenta boy along with that girl who woke him up this morning as they passed by.

Y/N who saw Ruby decided to say hi, "Hey Ruby." Y/N said.

Ruby who turned around from her locker saw Y/N and she smiled brightly as she sped up to him and hugged him, "Hi Y/N!" Ruby said as her eyes then widened again as she realized she hugged Y/N without warning again, and quickly let go of him.

"Sorry Y/N I keep doing that while forgetting to warn you about it." Ruby said as she laughed nervously.

Y/N then waved his hand off, "It's fine, like I said don't worry about it." Y/N said as he lightly patted Ruby's head which made her blush a little.

Yang who saw the exchange between the two had smirked as she saw good teasing material against Ruby, "Awww, would you look at that, my sister has her first crush on a boy, that's so cute!" Yang said trying not to laugh.

Ruby's head then snapped towards Yang,"Yanggg! I told you Y/N's just a friend, It's not like that!" Ruby fumed as Yang laughed out loud.

"Relax sis, I'm just teasing you." Yang said as she then looked at Y/N.

"Hey hot stuff, had a good nights sleep yesterday?" Yang asked as she looked seductively at Y/N.

"Uh yeah I did, I slept good yesterday." Y/N said plainly as he turned to Yang.

"I can make your night feel even more good~ if your interested?" Yang asked Y/N.

"No thanks." Y/N said.

Yang's jaw then dropped as she got rejected like that without a second thought.

('This has never happened to me before, I never encountered a guy that didn't even blush once or even refuse to my advances. This is totally unexpected'.) Yang thought.

"O-oh well, that's fine then." Yang said awkwardly as Ruby was silently chuckling at her sisters expense.

"So Ruby, you all set for this Initiation thing?" Y/N asked.

"Yep! No more awkward small talk or getting to know you stuff, today I get to let my sweetheart do the talking." Ruby said as she rubbed her closed up weapon.

"Well remember Ruby, you're not the only one going through Initiation. If you want to grow up you're gonna have to meet new people and learn to work together." Yang explained.

"Ugh, you sound like dad! Ok, first of all what does meeting people have to do with fighting? And secondly, I don't need people to help me grow up. I drink milk!" Ruby said confidently.

('Drinking Milk doesn't really guarantee that you know?') Y/N thought.

"But what about when we form teams?" Yang asked.

"Uhm, I don't know, I-I'll just be on your team, or Y/N's, right Y/N?" Ruby asked.

"Sure I don't mind." Y/N said as he shrugged his shoulders.

"Or maybe you should try being on someone else's team?" Yang said as she stroked her hair.

"My dearest sister Yang, are you implying that you do not wish to be on the same team as me?" Ruby said as she frowned while putting her hands on her hips.

"W-what!? No! Of Course I do, I just thought... I don't know, maybe it would help you break out of your shell!" Yang explained.

"What the!? I don't need to breakout of my shell, that's absolutely-

"Ridiculous! There's no way I put my gear in locker 636 yesterday, I would've remembered to count that high! Ugh, why does this have to happen to me today!?" Jaune complained as he walked passed Yang and Ruby and Also Pyrrha and Weiss who were currently talking at the moment.

"So Pyrrha, have you given any thought to whose team you would like to be on today? I'm sure everyone must be eager to unite with such a strong individual such as yourself." Weiss asked.

"Hmm...I'm quite not sure, I was planning to let the chips fall where they may." Pyrrha said as she looked around awkwardly but her eye caught a certain individual as she noticed Y/N slowly pass by them with his long white cape flowing by.

('He is the boy that I saw in the auditorium yesterday, I don't know why but I can feel an aura of strength coming from him.') Pyrrha thought.

Weiss noticed Pyrrha's gazing as she saw that she was looking at the one called Y/N from yesterday, Weiss couldn't help but remember his well toned body from before as she started to blush but quickly shook it off.

"Pyrrha don't tell me you're thinking of teaming up with him." Weiss said.

"He does seem to give off an aura of strength around him, he could be a good teammate to have." Pyrrha said.

Weiss scoffed, "He doesn't look that strong to me, so far to me, he's only an idiot." Weiss said.

Then out of nowhere Jaune came in the conversation, between the two girls.

"Hey there ladies, I'm Jaune Arc, It's nice to meet you." Jaune said, more specifically to Weiss.

"You again?" Weiss said annoyed as she folded her arms.

"Nice to meet you Jaune!" Pyrrha said as she appeared next to Weiss, but Jaune shoved her out of the way.

('Did he just ignore me and shoved me out of the way?) Pyrrha thought.

"Yeah, Yeah. So, Weiss! Couldn't overhear your fondness of me the other day." Jaune said as he flexed his arms.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me!" Weiss said.

"Don't worry no need to be embarrassed, so been hearing rumors about teams! I was thinking you and me would make a good one. What do you say?" Jaune asked.

"Actually, I think the teams are comprised of 4 students each, so-" Pyrrha said but was interrupted by Jaune again.

"You don't say. Well, hot-stuff, play your cards right and maybe you could join up with the winning team." Jaune said as Weiss got between the both of them.

"Jaune is it? Do you have any idea who you're talking to?" Weiss asked.

"Not in the slightest Snow Angel." Jaune said.

"This is Pyrrha." Weiss gestured.

"Hello again!" Pyrrha waved.

"Pyrrha graduated top of her class at Sanctum." Weiss explained.

"Never heard of it." Jaune said.

"Ah! She's won the Mistral Regional Tournament 4 years in a row...A new record!" Weiss explained again.

"The what?" Jaune asked confused.

Weiss then got angry as she shook her arms up and down, "She's on the front of every Pumpkin Pete's Marshmallow Flakes Box!" Weiss yelled.

"*Gasps* That's you? They only do that for star athletes and cartoon characters!" Jaune said in shock.

"Yeah, it was pretty cool. Sadly, the cereal isn't very good for you." Pyrrha said.

"So, after hearing all of this, do you really think you're in a position to ask her to be on her team?" Weiss asked.

"I guess not.....Sorry." Jaune said as he slumped down.

"Actually Jaune, I think you'd make a great leader." Pyrrha said as she put one of her hands on Jaune's shoulders.

"D'oh, stop it!" Jaune said as he cheered up instantly.

"Seriously, please stop it. This kind of behavior should not be encouraged!" Weiss said.

"Sounds like Pyrrha's on board for team Jaune. Spots are filling up quick. Now I'm not supposed to do this, but, maybe I could pull some strings. Find a place for you. What do you say?" Jaune asked with his face close to Weiss.

"Alright, that's a bit too close! Pyrrha, a little help please!?" Weiss asked, as Pyrrha threw her spear at Jaune making him scream as he hung on the wall.

"I'm sorry!" Pyrrha said as the intercom came on as Glynda started to speak.

"Would all first year students please report to Beacon Cliff for Initiation? Again, all first year students report to Beacon cliff immediately." Glynda announced as the intercom turned off.

"It was nice meeting you." Pyrrha said as she pulled her spear out of Jaune's hoodie as she and Weiss passed him by.

"Likewise." Jaune said weakly.

"Having some trouble there ladykiller?" Yang asked.

"I don't understand my dad said all women look for is confidence. Where did I go wrong?" Jaune asked as Ruby helped him off the ground.

"Snow Angel probably wasn't the best start." Yang said.

"Come on Jaune, let's go." Ruby said as she lead Jaune out of the locker room.

Soon after all the first year students were on Beacon cliff standing outside with each of them on their own launch pads, as Professor Ozpin stood next to his assistant Glynda.

"For years, you have trained to become warriors, and today, your abilities will be evaluated at Beacon forest." Ozpin said.

"Now, I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of 'teams'. Well, allow us to put an end to that confusion. Each of you will be given teammates today." Glynda stated.

"What? Aww..." Ruby cried out.

"These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon, so it is in your best interest to be paired with someone with whom you work well." Ozpin said.

Ruby cried out once more as she looked at Y/N who smiled and gave her a thumbs up, which made Ruby appreciate the gesture.

"That being said, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next 4 years." Ozpin said as Ruby started to panic again but calmed down when she remembered what Y/N did.

"See? I told you!" Nora said to Ren.

"After you partnered up, make your way to the northern end of the forest. You will meet opposition along the way. Do not hesitate to destroy everything in your path, or you will die." Ozpin stated, as Jaune laughed nervously, and Nora smiled, while Y/N just raised a curious brow at his words.

"You will be monitored and graded for the duration of your Initiation. But our instructors will not intervene, you will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several relics. Each pair must choose one and return to the top of the cliff. We will regard that item, as well as your standing, and grade you appropriately. Are there any questions?" Ozpin asked as Jaune raised his hand and tried to speak but he ignored him.

"Good! now take your positions." Ozpin said as everyone took a position except for Jaune, and Y/N who just stood still. Jaune raised his hand again and Y/N surprisingly actually raised his hand as well as he had his own question.

"Ahh! Mr. Y/N what is your question?" Ozpin asked as everyone's eyes were now on him.

('What!? He ignores me but answers Y/N? How is that any fair?!') Jaune thought as he was complaining.

"Uhh....yeah do we have to use these launch-pads or whatever you call it to launch ourself in this forest or can we use our own strength to do it?" Y/N asked.

All the first years and Glynda were confused on why Y/N had asked that question and wondered what he was thinking, while Ozpin simply take a sip of his hot chocolate out of his mug.

"Of course you don't have to use the launch pads if you don't want to Mr. Y/N. What do you have in mind?" Ozpin asked.

Y/N said nothing as he smirked as he started to slightly crouch, with little cracks forming on the ground around him and launched himself high into the air, breaking the launch-pad as he was far into the distance and wasn't seen anymore.

Almost everyone had their jaws dropped except for Ozpin, who was expecting something like this as he took another sip from his hot chocolate, then he calmly turned to the first years.

"So, who's next?" Ozpin asked with a smile on his face.

A/N: Hey guys! Another chapter of this story is done! I wasn't gonna get this chapter out until a couple of days after because I wasn't feeling well at the moment, and going through some tough times right now, as I'm trying to get my motivation back and start to write again, but I got this chapter out early because you guys seem to really enjoy it and I couldn't help but thank you guys enough for that!
