I got done talking to ume & skyler. Today i almost forgot about its james's anniversary of his first sortie. Model of a su30 he flew is perfectly on my coffee table in our house in the large living room.

I took the cake out of the refrigerator. Put it on the kitchen table james was sitting watching tv. He turned to me looking at the cake then he looked at me confused.

James: hana today is not my birthday 😅

Hana: i know. Today is very important you forgot. Today marks you're anniversary of your first sortie

He looked at me in shock & facepalmed chuckled in embarrassment. I walked over wrapped my arms around his neck.

Hana: (giggled) i know a memory of war is never your guy's mindset. You can't forget. I never ignored you're pain, why you think I comfort you at times when you're having a bad day. Ume san can see it. Sen can see it too

James: so glad you're one of those people that ignore the feelings what anybody ignore the person coming home in a mess up head

Now he's enjoying the long retirement. As usual smoking weed i often beat him up for sometimes.
