Doflamingo | The favourite
(Y/n) was on her way to the library certain that she would not meet anyone to disturb her.
Rarely had she come across the other girls in a place where they couldn't spend their time flaunting how thin and beautiful they were.
Sometimes she was surprised at how stupid they could appear to be, basing their system on trivial concerns.
She was also surprised at Master's lack of taste, she couldn't understand how he could surround himself with ignorant chickens.
Perhaps he did it to distract himself from his busy schedule?
She was so absorbed in her thoughts that she forgot that hens can peck, and quite violently.
One moment she was crossing the threshold of the library, the next she felt the floor beneath her.
A chorus of laughter arose not far from her.
The girl shuddered.
"If Doflamingo saw you like this he would stop spending all his time with you!"
(Y/n) tried to get up, but was taken aback by a dull pain in her lower abdomen.
Her breath caught in her throat.
"Let's aim for her legs so she can't use them as bait anymore."
She felt two more blows to her legs, but tried not to scream. She was certain that doing so would only make the situation even worse.
If they had decided to reduce her to that state, there was little she could do to change their minds.
She saw one of them take a large tome from the bookcase.
What? You're telling me she can read? Unbelievable.
But she didn't dare to say the words out loud. Not least because she feared she had guessed the purpose of the book.
She swallowed, hoping it wouldn't cause her permanent damage.
That would have been very unpleasant.
She raised her hands to defend herself, but one of them held her down while the other hurled the volume right at her eye.
(Y/n) had to fight not to scream in pain.
"Good. Now I doubt Doflamingo would even have the courage to look you in the face!" And they walked away laughing.
The girl waited until they were gone, then let herself go on the floor, beginning to pour out an endless stream of tears.
She waited for the pain to subside and then tried to return to her room.
Fortunately it was not far from the library, but the short journey still caused her excruciating pain.
When she arrived, she made sure to lock her room as she did not want to risk any more unwanted visitors.
Finally she plucked up courage and went to look in the mirror.
Her left eye was surrounded by an uncomfortable black halo.
A lone tear fell.
The others were right.
In that state Doflamingo would have refused to look at her.
With tears in her eyes she headed for the bathroom, a little boiling water would help her calm down and take care of her wounds.
Doflamingo returned to the castle in the evening, his charming girls ready to greet him after dinner, but soon they all realised how irritated the man looked.
After almost an hour of waiting he blanched. He knew that (Y/n) was much less boisterous than the others, but where the hell had she gotten herself into?
"Where is (Y/n)?" He asked in a cutting tone.
"She still hasn't deigned to come out of her rooms. Yet she knew you would be returning from your long journey today. Don't worry about her..."
"I've had my fill of you, step aside."
And he headed for the girl's room. He had not hired her to read in his room.
He found the door locked, blocking him.
He grew impatient. He used his devil fruit to pick the lock.
He found the girl lying on the bed, still in her bathrobe.
He reassured himself.
"Were you asleep, my little one?" And he walked over to her.
(Y/n) jolted awake, instinctively turning away from the newcomer.
"Ah... Doflamingo? I..."
She widened her eyes, remembering what the others had done to her. She lowered her gaze. He was definitely going to kick her out now.
The pirate stroked her bruise. The girl recoiled, it still hurt her.
Doflamingo's eye moved to her legs, which were also strewn with bruises.
Doflamingo's extreme calm was beginning to worry (Y/n).
"I'm sorry. I didn't want you to see me like this... if you don't want me anymore I'll understand..."
Though as she said this warm tears streaked her face.
"The only thing I want now is to torture to death anyone who dared to touch you."
He laughed at the girl's astonishment.
"It was the others wasn't it? Fufufu. They thought that reducing you like this would drive me away from you. Then they must have realised how much they can never measure up to you. Don't worry (Y/n), I will make them regret being born."
"You don't have to be so violent, Doflamingo, please."
"But I love you (Y/n). And I can't move on from what happened. I'll fix it tomorrow, but tonight I'm not going to leave you alone."
And his warm lips were on (Y/n)'s. Gentle, as if he was afraid to break her.
The girl let herself go completely to the pirate, happy that her feelings were reciprocated.
