Wealth, fame, power. Gol D. Roger the king of the pirates obtained this and everything else the World had to offer. And his dying words drove countless souls to the seas. "You want my treasure? You can have it! I left everything I gathered together in one place. Now you just have to find it! " These words lured men to the grand line, pursuing dreams greater than they ever dared to imagine. This is the time known as the great pirate era.

New World Sky

In the sky of the New World, a ship was seen flying in the air.

This ship was known as the Wonder World Voyager. The Voyager continued to fly across the water of the new world. On the Voyager a man with black hair pulled back into a small messy ponytail was seen steering the ship. He wore a grey sleeveless shirt with matching grey pants that were tucked into black boots, draped around his shoulders was a tan cloak. The most notable feature of this man however was the strange belt he wore. It appeared to have three slots on it, and what appeared to be a dagger with a lightning bolt-shaped crossguard.

This man was Ramiel Mustafa, one of the members of the Wonder World Voyager as well as the navigator and ship-rite.

Ramiel: To think the Wonder Ride Books would start falling to the islands and ocean of our home. What could've possibly caused this, or who rather?

Ramiel continued to steer the ship until he heard footsteps and turned around to see a young teen that had pink hair wearing an outfit consisting of a blue jacket and pink rabbit jacket, a blue dress shirt, and a tie. He also was wearing blue jeans and striped pink and grey knee socks and polka dot shoes. Also, he was carrying a pink sword around his back and was holding a cup of tea and cookies.

This young teen was Manik Charlotte, the crew's baker and musician.

Manik: Ramiel my friend I have made you a cup of tea with a side of sugar cookies. Trust me the tea and cookies really taste great when you eat both of them together.

Ramiel: Thank Manik, however I'm still trying to figure out what could've possibly caused the Wonder Ride Books to disappear and start popping up all across the ocean. It makes no sense, the Almighty Book is safe and there hasn't been a major threat since long before we found our swords.....

Manik nodded and set down the tea and cookies and then hummed to think.

Manik: Hmmmm, maybe something caused them to scatter. Or some type of outside force caused this. I am only speculating and those are my two guesses.

Ramiel: That is all we can do at the moment I suppose. The issue is finding them, left alone their harmless, but I shudder to think what would happen if someone were to get their hands on one of them. Without proper training, the power of a Wonder Ride Book could go berserk.

Manik then shuddered at the thought of anyone with horrible intent grasping any of the Wonder Ride Books.

Manik: That would be disastrous and spell doom for all the kingdoms here.

Ramiel agreed and then both him and Manik then heard footsteps and turned around to see a man that looked like a human crossed with a manta ray. He towered over the two humans standing taller than eight feet. His skin was a light blue while his eyes were a turquoise, he wore a form-fitting sleeveless black shirt that had a high collar. He wore green pants with pouches on both hips, on his feet were a pair of sandals. Sheathed on the back of his waist was a sword that looked like its blade was removable strangely enough.

This man or fishman was Delmar, leader of the crew, captain of the Wonder World Voyager, and underwater specialist.

Manik: Delmar glad you could join us. What brings you here captain?

Delmar: I was checking in, last time I checked you've been steering the Voyager since before midnight yesterday Ramiel, it's almost noon.

Ramiel: I'm fine Delmar, we have a job to do. We've been searching for three days and still not a single possible sign of any of the lost Wonder Ride Books. I would be lying if I said that knowledge doesn't make it hard for me to sleep at night.

Delmar understood Ramiel's problem as the task they have been given has been a bit rough.

????: Patience is a virtue my friends.

Everyone on the ship looked around where the voice was coming from and then Delmar looked up to see a man on one of the roofs of the ship with blonde hair wearing a black and three white striped shirt and grey pants that had leather belts attached to a silver ring in the middle of his pants. The man also wore brown boots and green poncho as well as having goggles around his neck. Not only that he had a green sword sheathed to his hip.

This man was Naoki Ninnin, the crew's scout, information gatherer, and shinobi. Naoki then jumps down from one of the roofs and lands safely on the ground.

Naoki: Ramiel I feel the same sentiment with the Wonder Rider Books out on the one who knows what could happen. The best we can do is wait and be patient. Though that comes from me being hypocritical.

Manik: You can say that again Naoki remember the time you got mad at Delmar for pulling out of your meditating state?

Naoki gets a bit angry but takes a deep breath to calm himself down.

Naoki: I am still trying to fix that.

Ramiel: Honestly the last thing I want to hear about is patience, I'd rather find the books before the power of one starts leveling an island.

Everyone all agreed as it was best to find the books while no one was in possession of one.

Manik: So Captain, any idea where we should go next?

Delmar: It is hard to set an exact location as we still have no idea as to a possible location of one of the books. Landing and setting sail to an island would be mostly pointless as no one here is aware of the Wonder Ride Books. Ramiel, where are we currently located?

Ramiel: In the early parts of the Grand Line Captain. The Paradise region to be more exact, so the first half of the Grand Line.

Naoki: A long way to go then well I will head back to my living quarters to practice my meditation.

Manik: Good luck with that Naoki because you need a lot of practice.

Naoki was annoyed and looked at Manik wanting to say something but stopped himself as Manik was the only person who can make Taiyaki.

Ramiel: If you're not going to help around the ship just go meditate already!

Naoki jumped a bit from Ramiel's yell and started leaping on the roofs.

Delmar: I think your lack of sleep is starting to affect you Ramiel, alongside the stress of our mission. Maybe you should go rest for an hour or two? I can take the wheel for the time being.

Ramiel: I'm fine, honestly there's only four of us on this massive vessel and I'm the only one who knows how to navigate and keep it in working condition.

Manik: You sure Ramiel? You look like you are tired and grumpy but if you are sure you can keep going I won't stop you.

Ramiel: Tell me Manik, how long do you think it would take you to hit the ocean if you went overboard from our current height?

Manik: Uhh, oh dear my biscuits are burning I have to go!

Manik then runs back to the kitchen leaving just Ramiel and Delmar.

Ramiel: Okay, maybe I am a little overworked, but what other choice do we have? Honestly we haven't even docked at a single island, so far I feel like we're on a fool's errand!

Delmar: Ramiel, you act as if you need to take full responsibility for the Wonder Ride Books falling into our world. Go get some rest, let your captain take over.

Delmar rested a hand on Ramiel's shoulder, who wobbled slightly, but remained standing.

Ramiel: Alright, but come get me immediately if anything goes wrong captain.

Delmar nodded and Ramiel shakily walked towards the living quarters so he could get some sleep in his bedroom. Delmar then grabs the wheel of the ship and starts flying the Wonder World Voyager.

Delmar: We have been stuck up in the skies on the Voyager these last three days, hopefully we find something soon.

3 hours later

It has been 3 hours on the Voyager and so far nothing has occurred, Delmar was seen drinking a cup of tea to relax. Manik was seen practicing on his guitar to get better while Naoki was in a deep meditative state. As for Ramiel he was out cold and snoring in his room.

Delmar: It appears we will go another day without finding anything. Perhaps it would be a good idea to find an island and start searching at this point.

Delmar then pulled out a map and started checking for islands to land on. So far the choices were Drum Island, Kyuka Island, Jaya, and Arabasta.

Delmar: Drum Island is rather small if I remember correctly, Jaya would require us to fly higher into the sky, Kyuka is a simple vacation spot. Any of them could potentially hold a Wonder Ride Book, possibly multiple. However Arabasta is easily the largest of the islands and would take the longest to search. I'm not exactly fond of deserts, but it would be in our best interest to start there. At the very least Ramiel will get to see his home again after being gone for four years.

Delmar then put back the map in his pocket and started flying toward Arabasta.

Delmar: Once the island comes into sight I will land the voyager in the ocean and sail the rest of the way, that's at least how Ramiel said it should be done.

Arabasta

After flying the skies for another 2 hours the Wonder World Voyager has made it to Arabasta. Delmar then called the others and all three of them came.

Manik: So Captain what is it you need?

Ramiel: Did something break down? Now that I've actually gotten some sleep I should be able to fix the problem in half an hour max.

Naoki: I just hope it's nothing bad.

Delmar: No, I simply wish to inform you that we will be landing in the ocean soon, we will be starting our Island search on Arabasta considering it is the largest of the islands in the Paradise Region.

When Delmar said that Ramiel looked shocked as he was coming home after being gone for 4 years.

Ramiel: Give me the wheel, I'll sail us to the port closest to the capital city of Alubarna, unless all of you want to spend hours traversing the desert.

Manik: No thank you!

Naoki: Please take the wheel.

Ramiel smiled and Delmar gave the wheel to him and he started to fly them to Alubarna. As Ramiel landed the Voyager in the ocean. Delmar, Manik, and Naoki looked at the ocean and took in the sea air.

Naoki: Ahhh, the smell of sea salt is calming.

Manik: Very peaceful and relaxing.

Delmar: It will be nice to start searching the oceans again, it has been awhile since I've swam in the oceans of our world.

Ramiel continued to sail the ship to Alubarna as he was excited to see his home.

Alubarna

After 20 minutes of sailing Ramiel lands the Voyager into the port but as they do people start to look at the ship as they have never seen a ship that big and felt very uneasy. The Voyager then drops anchor and Ramiel, Delmar, Naoki, and Manik get off the ship.

Manik: So this Alubarna, Ramiel I have to say it's quite beautiful.

Ramiel: The land around our cities and villages might be treacherous, but our homes are rather pleasant. Now hopefully I will be able to calm things down before they get out of hand.

Naoki: Uhhh, not to alarm anyone but it seems our ship has gained attention from the locals.

Everyone then sees the people looking at their ship and them with a bit of hostility.

Manik: Captain, you think our ship may be mistaken for a pirate ship?

Ramiel lowered the walkway down to the dock before stepping down it and looking at the people at the docks of Alubarna.

Ramiel: People of Alubarna, remain calm, we are not a band of pirates.

Alubarna Citizen: Lies, there is no way that ship is not a pirate ship! We will not surrender to pirates again!

Ramiel: You believe a member of the Mustafa family would lie to the citizens of Alubarna?

When Ramiel said Mustafa family the citizens became silent and started murmuring with one another as they haven't heard about the Mustafa family in a long time.

Alubarna Citizen: If you are from the Mustafa family what is your name?

Ramiel: Ramiel Mustafa, child of Lord and Lady Mustafa, I have been absent for four years due to undertaking important training, I have now returned if only temporarily.

When Alubarna Citizens heard his name they were all surprised.

Alubarna Citizen: Princess Vivi's fiance has returned!

This caused the people to be shocked as they haven't seen him in years. The Alubarna citizens bowed before Ramiel which made Delmar, Manik, and Naoki look at their friend.

Naoki: So your fiance is a Princess?

Manik: Huh, who would have a guessed.

Delmar: Ramiel did mention he was nobility, perhaps he forgot to mention how high his rank truly was?

Ramiel: If you three are done talking about me behind my back, would you kindly follow me to the palace? Now that I've revealed my return, it won't be long before news spreads like wildfire. I would like to make it out of the public eye before things get out of hand.

The three looked at Ramiel and nodded and followed him to the palace.

Alubarna Palace

After walking through the city of Alubarna Ramiel, Manik, Delmar, and Naoki were now in front of the palace door where guards then appeared before him.

Palace guards: Who are you four? State your business for coming to the palace.

Ramiel: At ease men, Ramiel Mustafa has returned. I seek an audience with King Nefertari.

The Palace guards were shocked to hear that name but still kept guard.

Palace guard: If you are truly him then you would know the secret words that King gave to you. What is it?

Ramiel: If you will not go on this journey for Arabasta's sake, go on it for the world's sake.

The guards looked at Ramiel, stunned, and then bowed before him.

Palace guards: Lord Ramiel it truly is you. Forgive us for making you wait to see the king.

Ramiel smiled and chuckled a bit at the guards.

Ramiel: You were simply doing your jobs, it has been four years after all. Things have changed since then....

Palace guards: Yes, they have changed since you left. The kingdom nearly fell due to a pirate named Crocodile who orchestrated a war so that he would be in charge of the kingdom.

Ramiel: It appears I have much to discuss with King Nefertari, thank you both. My associates are no threat, they have been my company these past four years.

The guards looked at Delmar, Naoki, and Manik and turned to Ramiel and nodded, and let them all into the palace. Once inside the Delmar, Manik, and Naoki looked at how big the palace was.

Naoki: Wow, it's quite amazing, it's similar to the castle in Wonder World.

Manik: The difference is that it is more decorative.

Delmar: Perhaps we should exercise some restraint? We are meeting the king of a nation, it would be in our best interest to not anger him.

Naoki and Manik understood and the group continued to walk until they reached the throne room where they saw an older man in robes. His hair was mostly grey, but the top was still a black color. The throne he sat on doubled as a wheelchair. This was Cobra Nefertari, King of Arabasta.

The King looked at Ramiel and his friends and then back at Ramiel and spotted a familiar blade sheathed within the belt Ramiel wore around his waist.

King Cobra: So you returned to us at last Ramiel? You've grown.

Ramiel immediately bowed before King Cobra as Delmar shortly followed after him in the action. Manik and Naoki did the same but fumbled a bit but both bowed to the king.

King Cobra: On your feet Ramiel, there is no need for you to bow to this old man.

Ramiel stood up before letting a ghost of a smirk tug at his lips.

Ramiel: I have missed much, your highness, to think Arabasta was nearly thrown into ruin while I was away in Wonder World. Perhaps leaving was a mistake on my part.....

King Cobra shook his head and then strolls over to him before patting his shoulder.

King Cobra: That sword chose you for a reason Ramiel, no one is born great, people simply have greatness thrust upon them. It's whether or not you live up to that greatness that matters. If you have returned that must mean you have ascended and become a knight just like those who took you away in the first place correct?

Ramiel nodded before gently letting his hand rest on the hilt of his Seiken, still sheathed within the Swordriver around his waist.

Ramiel: That is correct, I am Espada, Swordsman of Thunder now. My associates are fellow swordsmen from the Sword of Logos.

King Cobra turned to Delmar, Manik, and Naoki.

King Cobra: You three must have been the ones to train alongside Ramiel, you have my thanks. I feared he would be alone in his training.

Manik: No need to thank us, your highness. Ramiel here has been nothing but a brother to us.

Naoki: A great friend as well my lord.

Delmar: He's proven himself time and time again, despite overworking himself to a worrying degree at times.

King Cobra then turns to look at Ramiel again before returning to his throne.

King Cobra: So your training is complete, however I get the impression this is not a simple friendly visit.

Ramiel sadly nodded and started to explain why he was back in Alubarna.

Ramiel: You are unfortunately correct, your highness, you see around a month ago Wonder Ride Books started disappearing from the Headquarters library. At first we thought they were merely misplaced, as it turns out they've fallen into the Grand Line. The Wonder Ride Books when combined with the Seiken grant incredible power, however the books on their own still boast impressive magic. If fallen into the wrong hands, the magic of the books could run wild, we have been sent to collect them as the four of us are from this world.

King Cobra stroked his beard and nodded as the idea of those books causing trouble in their world would be disastrous.

King Cobra: Of all places the Grand Line, an already unbelievably dangerous place....

Delmar: If I may be so forward, your highness, we have docked in Arabasta to begin our search for the books. Since Arabasta is the largest island in the Paradise Region and Ramiel was raised here we believed it would be a good starting point.

Manik: Hopefully, if we start searching the kingdom we may find a Wonder Ride Book without causing panic in the kingdom.

Naoki: But if someone else finds it before us. Then will be ready to stop the threat.

King Cobra nodded and then smiled at four.

King Cobra: Thank you all for your dedication, I will be happy to offer rooms within the palace while you search.

Ramiel: Thank you, your highness, we will get to work immediately.....

Before Ramiel could even move everyone heard the throne room doors open and they all saw a woman with blue hair walking in. She wore a pink dress with gold accessories, following behind her was a large yellow bird that looked similar to a duck. This was Princess Vivi Nefertari of the Arabasta Kingdom.

Princess Vivi: Papa I am back, talking with Ko-

Princess Vivi stops in her tracks as she gasps in shock seeing Ramiel, her fiance.

Ramiel: I suppose this was bound to happen, I was just hoping for a more controlled environment......

Princess Vivi just stares at Ramiel before walking toward him. Delmar, Naoki, Manik, and King Cobra see that the Princess was quite angry and prayed for Ramiel as he was going to face the fury of his fiance.

Princess Vivi: Ramiel, it has been a while.

Ramiel: Yes it has Desert Lily, four years if I remember correctly......

Princess Vivi and Ramiel just stared at one another before the Princess raised her hand which Ramiel winced as he suspected he was going to get slapped but he was wrong as Vivi pulled Ramiel into a hug and laid her head on his chest.

Princess Vivi: Ramiel I thought I would never see you again but you are here. I am so happy that I get to see you again with my own two eyes.

Ramiel: I promised to return didn't I? My training is complete, I am now a full fledged member of the Sword of Logos.

Princess Vivi looked at Ramiel and smiled.

Princess Vivi: Does that mean we can finally get married?

When Vivi said that Ramiel looks at her with a sad look.

Ramiel: Soon Desert Lily, unfortunately a new problem has come up. Wonder Ride Books have fallen into the Grand Line, my associates and I have been tasked with collecting them.

Princess Vivi: Associates?

Princess Vivi turned towards Delmar, Manik, and Naoki.

Princess Vivi: So you three are swordsmen like Ramiel?

Manik: That is correct Princess. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Manik and as for my last name I like to keep that under wraps. I am Slash, Swordsman of Sound at your service.

Naoki: My name is Naoki Ninnin. It's an honor to meet you, Princess. I am Kenzan, Swordsman of Wind, a pleasure to help.

Delmar: We wish to help protect your kingdom in any way we can. My name is Delmar, a Fishman. I am Durandal, Swordsman of Time at your service.

Princess Vivi then turns to Ramiel curious as to what his title was.

Princess Vivi: What is your title Ramiel?

Ramiel: Espada, Swordsman of Thunder.

Princess Vivi smiled and found the name fitting for her fiance.

Princess Vivi: So these Wonder Ride Books what do they look like and why are they dangerous?

Ramiel reached into his cloak before pulling out a small book that had a golden cover, it had a picture of a golden lamp that had a genie hiding within it. At the bottom were three boxes, the one on the right had a red arrow in it. There were also strange runes written on it.

Wonder Ride Book: Lamp Do Alangina!

Princess Vivi: Wow, Ramiel so that's a Wonder Ride Book?

Ramiel: Yes, while powerful in their own right, when combined with our swords they produce even great power. However even on their own they can be rather dangerous.

Ramiel then opened the Wonder Ride Book revealing a page depicting the lamp with more of the runes written on the inside of the cover.

Wonder Ride Book: There was a lamp in a foreign land with a mysterious power that had been handed down since ancient times...

Ramiel then closed the book before it started to glow gently and Ramiel held up his free hand as electricity started to crackle in the palm of his hand, forming a sphere.

Princess Vivi: Amazing, wow I mean I can see why they could pose a threat.

Manik: It is best not to have someone untrained to handle the Wonder Ride Book as the consequences are frightening.

Naoki: What you just saw Princess is a skilled swordsman who can handle the power but to the untrained well that is something you do not want to see.

Delmar: We hope to prevent any danger that could be caused by the Wonder Ride Books, hopefully our search will be successful.

Princess Vivi smiled at the four and nodded.

Princess Vivi: Well before you all start why not our chefs make you a feast? After all, that travel must have made you hungry.

Ramiel: I appreciate the offer Desert Lily, but we cannot risk sitting idly by while the Wonder Ride Books are still out there.

Naoki: As much as I would love to have a nice hot meal we sadly do not have the time so apologies.

Princess Vivi looked sad but understood before hugging Ramiel again.

Princess Vivi: Stay safe my Desert Knight.

Ramiel: Who said we had to part ways so soon? Arabasta is my home, but I have been gone for four years. We could use any assistance while searching.

Vivi looks at Ramiel and nods.

Vivi: Of course allow me to help.

Vivi then pulls out a whistle and blows it really hard. Delmar, Naoki, and Manik look confused as to why she blew the whistle until the room started to shake and then the door to the throne room opens and the three see a squadron of giant ducks who then gave a salute.

Princess Vivi: Everyone say hello to the Super Spot-Billed Duck Troops.

Manik: Wow, those ducks are huge!

Naoki: Indeed, but also very fast.

Ramiel walked up to the leader of the team before smiling at the duck.

Ramiel: Karoo, old friend it is good to see you. Thank you for taking care of Vivi and his highness while I was away.

Karoo looks at Ramiel for a moment before smelling him which then makes the giant duck smile and rub his head on him.

Ramiel: I am happy to see you as well. Now we need you and the Duck Troops to assist us in finding a Wonder Ride Book. It looks similar to the book in my hand.

Ramiel held up the Wonder Ride Book as the Duck Troops studied the rather small, strange book before saluting.

Delmar: Perhaps it would be in our best interest to split into groups, that way we can all cover as much ground as possible.

Everyone agreed and started to make groups.

Princess Vivi: Before we start, allow me to introduce the other members of the Super Spot-Billed Duck Troops. The duck with the cowboy hat and sunglasses is Cowboy, then there is the duck also wearing sunglasses is Bourbon Jr, then there is the duck with his hat reversed Stomp, followed by the duck wearing a horned helmet Ivan X, then there the duck wearing a black helmet Kentauros, and last but not least is duck wearing a rice hat is Hikoichi.

The ducks then saluted the four swordsmen and everyone smiled.

Naoki: I will ride on, Cowboy.

Manik: I am going with Ivan X.

Delmar: I will partner with Stomp.

Ramiel: I will go with Hikoichi. Vivi, will you and Karoo accompany one of us? While a Wonder Ride Book is harmless on its own, I would never forgive myself if you got caught in the crosshairs of out of control magic.

Princess Vivi looks at Ramiel with an annoyed look on her face.

Princess Vivi: You've been gone for 4 years Ramiel. I am not some damsel in distress. I have been through a lot. Nearly died so I understand this is dangerous. I finally see you and you are going off again. Not this time Ramiel, I am coming with you.

The Princess looked at his fiance which made him chuckle as he saw how passionate Vivi was.

Ramiel: I suppose I cannot walk away this time, very well. I will answer any questions you have as we search. It would be an honor to have you accompany me, Desert Lily.

Vivi smiled and then hopped on Karoo.

Vivi: Well boys hop on and let us start looking for that book.

Everyone all nodded and got on their chosen duck and all of them started riding out of the palace. Once they were all gone King Cobra smiled as her daughter was with her fiance again.

King Cobra: I wish you luck Swordsmen. Once again it appears the world will experience another dramatic shift.

KLigers98: Well that was an eventful day though now I worry for the people of Alabasta. With the Wonder Ride Book out of Wonder World and in the swordsman's world things are going to be tricky. So many places those books could be and the thought of someone activating the power without any knowledge sounds disastrous. What are your thoughts on this buddy?

Tojamaru: Wonder World is separate from other worlds for a reason, a world where God Beasts, all known animals, and characters from stories all reside is a place of untold power. Hopefully the swordsmen will be able to recover the Wonder Ride Books before they accidentally end up in the hands of unsuspecting people.
