Chapter 12
Lilly's POV: Soon I got up and stopped laughing. I said good bye to Stella and went to my room. I got my bag and did my homework.
"What is the easiest spell to change your hair color?"
I was reading aloud to myself. Maybe this all was an illusion and I was just losing my mind. I really hope it's real. It looks pretty real.
Ok.
Focus Lilly. I had to answer the questions.
I put down my answer and went to the common room.
Bloom was still there.
"Hey. I thought you were doing your homework?"
"I'm too tired!"
I tripped and fell onto the couch.
"Wow you really are tired. The homework isn't due until Monday but tomorrow we have a party and Sunday we have the school dance."
I looked up.
"A school dance when?!"
"Tomorrow. Mathew will be there and I expect he will ask you."
I groaned in annoyance.
"Bloom!"
"Ok. Ok. I promise not to interfere."
She let out a small smirk. Before I could do anything she went to her and Flora's room.
I laid down on the couch again.
Should I call Mathew? He hasn't called me yet. What if he doesn't wanna take me? What if-
Ok. Lilly, he said he really likes you. Why was I worrying? He probably was just waiting. I went to my room.
I finished my homework and wrote a paragraph on what a typical day of school was like. I put my homework back in my backpack, went to my purse and grabbed my phone. I looked at the screen.
Nothing. I-


RING!


Mathew! I answered the call.


"Hello?"
"Hey sweetie!"


I wasn't expecting a call from my earth mom. Wow this phone can make calls to other dimensions?! Awesome!
"Hi mom."
"So how's Alfea?"
"Ummm..good."
What should I tell her? I can imagine what a stupid person would say. 'Oh yeah mom I have another magical family, no biggie.' What should I say.
"Honey?"
"Oh sorry mom I guess I'm sort of tired. You know. Jet lag."
"Ok. Anyway is Alfea nice?"
"Yeah it's great. Mom..er..I have something to tell you."
"What is it sweetie?"
"Umm.. You know how you adopte me?"
"Yeah?"
"Well it turns out that I'm actually from a planet in the magic dimension called Sparks."
"Ok. Honey your father and I don't care we just are happy you are our daughter. It doesn't matter where you come from."
"Mom you didn't let me finish. Bloom, that girl who told me I'm a fairy, is my sister. I met my other sister and my birth parents and stayed with them for a week before Alfea started."
The other line was silent. Then my mom spoke again.
"Honey as long as you are happy I am happy."
She sounded sad, like I was never gonna see her again.
"Mom. I'm still gonna see you it's not like I'm leaving you and dad for my birth parents. Umm..hold on one sec."


I put my phone down and ran into Bloom and Flora's room.
"Hey Lilly what's up?"
"Hey Bloom can I invite my earth parents to the party tomorrow?"
"Of course Lilly it's not like they are gonna be thrown in the dungeons for being non-magical people"
"Ok thanks Bloom."
I ran back into my room and picked up my phone.


"Mom?"
"Yes."
"Ok hi. Umm..do you want to come to my sister Daphne's welcome home party?"
"Of course Lilly. That would be wonderful and maybe we could meet your sisters and birth parents. How do we get there?"
"I'll send some people there to pick you and dad up. Oh you are going to love the palace it-"
My mom cut me off.
"Wait. Palace?"
"Oh yeah. I guess you should know that my dad is the king and my mother is the queen. My sisters and I are princesses."
"Oh great. How do I compete with royalty?"
"Mom I told you that I'm not leaving you for them. I'm still you're daughter. And it's not a competition. I love both my earth parents and my magical parents."
"Ok Lilly. I'll see you tomorrow. Love you."
"Love you too mom."


I hung up. Maybe it was time for bed. I was too tired to do anything else. I changed into my pajamas and went to bed.
"Goodnight Pearl" I said as I felt Pearl hop on the bed.

I woke to a wonderful Saturday. The birds outside, reminded me of home. Not my earth home, but my home on Sparks. I missed my parents, but at least I had Bloom here. Speaking of Bloom...
She ran into my room dressed in a ball gown.
"Come on Lilly get up!"
She dragged me out of bed and pulled Stella in the room.
"Bloom! It's 5 in the morning on a Saturday! This better be important!"
Wow. Someone was grumpy.
"Stella! Daphne's party is today! Lilly needs a ball gown."
Stella's face lit up. She walked to me. One wave of her hand and I was in a ball gown.
I have really had enough of ball gowns.
"I'm going back to bed now and if anyone wakes me I will spell you!"
Wow. If anyone tries to wake Stella I hope they duck because she is having serious issues this morning.
For an hour Bloom and I talked about how last year Daphne was kidnapped by a monster called Tritanus. Bloom told me how Daphne was a spirit without a body but, when the winx lifted the curse on Sirenix she became human again.
"Ok Lilly let's go!"
We took transportation station to Sparks. Our parents were having breakfast.
"Mom! Dad!" I went to hug my parents.
"Hey mom. Hi dad." said Bloom.
"Where's Daphne?" I asked.
"I believe she's in her room."
My father answered happily.
Bloom and I ran up to Daphne's room. She was standing on her balcony watching the sunrise.
"Daphne!" I yelled hugging her.
When she turned she looked sad but put on a fake smile and hugged me.
"Hello Lilly, hey Bloom."
Bloom looked worried.
"Lilly can you give us a minute?"
I agreed but stood behind a curtain so I could listen.
"Daphne I'm your sister and I love you, tell me what happened."
"I-I thing I've lost my powers Bloom!"
"Daphne you haven't lost your powers. You just need to have confidence in yourself."
"Bloom I am the nymph of Sparks! If something happens it is my duty to protect the kingdom."
"And nothing will happen. Now go get dressed and let's party!"
I went to sit on the bed pretending I hadn't heard anything.
"So what did you talk about?"
"Oh nothing."
Daphne got dressed and we went down to the courtyard. A giant hovercraft was parked in the grass clearing.
All the winx girls came off.
"Hey!" I waved
"Hi! Timmy dropped us off in the hovercraft."
Stella was certainly in a better mood than this morning.
We all walked into the grand hall. It was decorated in banners, streamers and balloons.
The winx club band was gonna play.
"Ok," said Aisa. "Let's do a sound check. And we need to teach our new singer the words."
Everyone turned to me.
"What?"
Was there something in my teeth? Did Stella spell me this morning without me noticing.
"The new lead singer is you Lilly!"
"What? Bloom I-!"
She dragged me to my room.
"Ok let's begin!"
...
We had finished practicing in my room and were headed down to the party.
We waited with everyone else.
Soon my parents came out.
My father spoke.
"Your majesties and people of Sparks, please welcome Princess Daphne!"
Daphne came out in a beautiful ball gown, probably designed by Stell. Eatery one cheered but stopped when a shadow was cast over us.
I turned around and saw the trix.
"Hahaha!," they laughed.
All the people ran into the castle.
My mother was screaming and trying to look for her daughters but my father pulled her inside.
"Winx tran-"
"Sorry Bloom we can't let you and your friends transform! BY THE POWERS OF DARK SIRENIX WE STEAL YOUR POWERS!"
The girls all fell to the floor. Oh no.
The monster grabbed Bloom.
"Stop!" screamed Daphne.
She transformed.
"Put her down beast!"
The beast let go of Bloom and Daphne placed her back on the floor. I ran to them.
"Are they gonna be ok?"
"Lilly," said Daphne. "Their powers are gone I need to get them back. Stay here."
She flew back into the air. Oh no the trix were invisible!
Suddenly they appeared.
"Hey there Daphne."
Daphne shot a spell at them and the winx started to wake.
"Ugh! You will pay for that nymph!"
They combined spells and hit Daphne. She fell to the ground and lay there unconscious.
"No," said Bloom.
She tried to stand but fell back to the ground.
"Ha! You may have your powers back but you need to recover. That takes only a few minutes but by then we will be gone and you will be powerless!"
She cast a spell at abloom and Bloom floated up to them.
"Stop!" I screamed. I couldn't do anything about it. The trix were going to hurt Bloom.
"Too late fairy."
"No it's not to late you witch!," I closed my eyes. "I hope this works. Winx transform! SIRENIX!"

Suddenly I'm soaring through the sea

"LILLY FAIRY OF THE DRAGON FLAME!"


"ICY! How did she get Sirenix?!"
"Does it look like I know Stormy?!"
"Who cares we will beat her anyway!"
They laughed and turned to me.
"Me first," said Stormy. "Twister of terror!"
A dark tornado swirled toward me.
"Dragon kick!"
The twister wet toward Stormy and she was down.
"Me next," said Darcy. "Shadowing darkness!"
I went blind.
"Light of the flame!"
I got my sight back. Darcy looked shocked.
"You both are morons! Leave it to me." said Icy. "Ice cage."
I was trapped in a ball of ice.
"Fire melt!"
The ice was gone.
I really didn't know any spells but they seemed to work.
"How did she do that?! That's my best spell!" Icy was astonished. "Ugh! Altogether sisters!"
They were together. "DARK SIRENIX CONVERSIONS!"
A massive force of darkness was hurtling toward me. Was this the end for me? No! My parents from earth and my parents from Sparks. My sisters are to weak to fight and I am the only one to protect them.
"FULL DRAGON FURRY!"
A gigantic dragon came out of nowhere and went for the trix. It hit them all in one pounce. They fell to the floor and the dragon flew around me 3 times.
One for me.
One for my family.
And one for 'goodbye trix!'
Bloom and the winx got up and helped Daphne. I turned and flew to them.
"Lilly! You got your powers!"
"I know aren't the wings amazing?"
"Totally! I-LOOK OUT!"
I turned and a spell hit me. I fell the the ground.
"Lilly are you ok? Come on winx we have our powers back! Winx transform! SIRENIX!"
They flew up to the trix. Daphne ran to me, still in fairy form.
"Lilly we need to help them!"
We flew up with the winx.
"We need to brake their shields!"
"That's impossible," yelled Techna. "You can't brake Sirenix shields!"
"We need to try! There are 8 of us and 3 of them! Let's try!"
"Ok!"
"FLOWER OF SIRENIX!"
"WAVE OF SIRENIX!"
"ORA OF SIRENIX!"
"VOICE OF SIRENIX!"
"LIGHT OF SIRENIX!"
"FLAME OF SIRENIX!"
"NYMPH OF SIRENIX!"
"FLAME OF SIRENIX!"
The trix shields cracked and they flew through a portal.
"You win this time winx!"
"Yeah! Awesome!"
We all hugged and laughed.
"Winx club on three," said Aisa. "1...2...3."
We all yelled "Winx club forever!"
