i had a strange definition of a compliment as in i love you is not one that's different but whatever. idk here's a few.

1. one of my friends has told me i'm like the "best person she's ever met" and i really don't know how but it's a nice compliment for sure.

2. one time i was doing a mock trial in history (taught by my favorite teacher of all time) and i was cross examining some witness and freezing them up and i look up to see my teacher in the back of the room straight up like pumping his fists and that was the best silent compliment ever.

3. at the studio i danced with for a session a year ago, there were these two absolute sweethearts who were probably thirteen, and first they told me i was an amazing dancer, and then we had a worship time before the recitals and they heard me singing and told me i had the voice of a goddess. so long story short those girls were my favorite.

4. i am verrrrry involved in children's ministry at my church and one morning it was the day of the christmas program so i was in dance teacher mode and not worried about how i looked whatsoever... and wearing a hoodie and glasses (i usually wear contacts and none of the kids had seen me wear glasses before). so then this first grader fynn walks up to me and is like, "miss gracie, you look really pretty in your glasses." and like my freakin heart.

my favorite youth leader, caleb. my best friends, rachel and eric. my favorite dance teachers, becky and tiffany.
