He didn't have a mentor. Owlman didn't even know how many people survived the crash... Tim was left staring at the bodies around him for hours before he was dug out.. And even then no one was there.  From day one he was self taught.

He uses multiple types of ammunition. Rubber Bullets, armor piercing, incendiary,  hollow point....

He knows his infamous dopplegangers and used an opportunity on their earth to get what he wanted.

People question why have his alias, be his own last name and find it funny that he's named after a duck... He was oblivious to how harmless they are on other earths.

He doesn't hold back, even in training and enjoys an excuse for his actions.

If he wanted to he could make an easy living with designs, patents with his mind. If he directed at least a few weeks he could help his city become a better place
