Hugo began to shiver and his eyes started to water with anger while looking at his sister and his surprised lover.

He clenched his fist tightly, "Get off him, Havina" he command.

His sister faced him and gave him her evil smirk, "your boyfriend got the softest lips i've ever kissed" the woman let out a moan and bit her own lips, "i'm craving for more... can I have more of him?" she playfully smiled and lay beside his lover.

"definitely not," Vito said and jump off his bed and held his forehead like he suddenly feel dizzy.

"Yeah? But you kissed me back" she giggled.

Vito groaned, "because I thought it was your brother!"

His sister let out a laugh, "luckily its me!" Havina exclaimed and laugh again.

Both guys remained silent not until Hugo spoke, "please get out" Hugo said and swift his gaze to his lover.

Vito look frighten, in a matter of second his expression was replace by pain.

"Babe..." Vito uttered and tried to step forward but he move away.

"please, go home. We need a rest. What happened this past few days and what happened today drained me..." he said in low tone.

"please don't tell me that you're currently breaking up with me..." Vito begged and started to weep.

A faint smile formed on his lips, "Break up is not necessary. We just need a rest... cool off will do" Hugo whispered.

"Babe..."  Vito plead while shaking his head, disagreeing.

"We need this, we need a rest. A break but not break up" he explained. Hoping that Vito will understand.

"No, babe. Please, I can't. We can't..."  Vito dropped both of his knee on the floor that made Hugo gasped.

"Please don't, babe... I didn't kissed her, I mean. I slept on your bed because I got tipsy then all I know is a lips claimed mine. I thought it was you... not until I heard you scream and, and... saw you looking at me with anger in your eyes. Babe! I didn't mean to... please babe don't leave me. Please, i'm begging you not to" he blubber.

"Ahh, how nice it is to sight a scenario like this. The youngest magnate bachelor of the country was on his knees, begging someone not to abandon him" Havina let out a laugh and  sighed after, "sadly, I wasn't able to record it. I enjoyed watching you guys--"

"shut up," Hugo ordered.

Havina chuckled but she didn't utter a word after that.

He swift his gaze back to Vito who's still on his knees.

"You couldn't change my mind, Tesoro mio. We need a rest. Sa ngayon, ako naman ang intindihin mo" nakikiusap na wika ni Hugo.

"But why?" Vito asked.

"Because we need it, you're busy and I understand that. Maniwala ka man o sa hindi, naiintindihan kita. Iniintindi kita hanggang sa umabot na ako sa puntong sobrang pagintindi ko sa 'yo... naubos ako." Hugo lowered his head.

"Babe..." It was Vito.

"Sa ngayon, sana ako naman ang intindihin mo... magpahinga muna tayo" Pakiusap ni Hugo.

Nilukob ng katahimikan ang loob ng silid ni Hugo hanggang sa muling magsalita ang kaniyang kasintahan.

"How long? One day? Two, three or five? How long will it last?" A hint of pain can be heard in Vito's voice.

"A week or two maybe?" Hugo replied.

"That feels like eternity," Vito murmured.

Hugo didn't spoke but he agreed about Vito's statement. A day without him feels like a lifetime torture.

"I understand..." Vito said.

"great, now stand up. Its getting late, you should go home" Hugo forced a smile.

Vito stood and remained staring at him for a few seconds before looking away.
"Can you at least walk me out?" Vito asked.

"Sure," he replied.

A faint smile appeared on Vito's face before stepping out of his room. He followed. Every step they'll make are heartbreaking. He stopped when Vito turned and pull him for a hug.

"I love you, babe. I really do" Vito whispered.

"Then why did you cry on your ex-girlfriend's wedding?" He asked.

Vito was stunned for a second and spoke after, "I am happy for her. Believe me or not, I really am to the point that it made me cry. I guess i'm a perfect boyfriend in my own way to let her go and let her be with her happiness" he replied.

He nod and burred his face in the hollow of Vito's neck. They remained embracing each other like that for a short period of time before Vito release him.

"I think I should go now before I could change my mind and stay here with you" His lover let out a chuckle that made him smile.

"I guess you really should" he agreed.

Hugo stopped and held the knob before twisting it to open the door. Vito stepped out and face him.

"hihintayin kita," Vito uttered, a lone tear escaped from his lovers eyes.

"tss, 'wag ka ngang umiyak" saway niya sa kasintahan.

"Hindi ko mapigilan, nasasaktan ako kahit hindi naman tayo maghihiwalay" Vito dried his tears with his hands.

Hugo sighed and handed a handkerchief to his lover.

"Wipe those tears away," he said.

"Can I take this with me?"  Vito asked.

"of course," he replied.

"okay, thanks. Bye" He step forward and planted a kiss on his forehead before walking away from him.

He watch him slowly disappeared before closing the door and went back inside his room.

"Did you had fun?" He sarcastically asked when he saw his sister smirking at him.

"Oh I had, more than you expected" she replied.

"You win, you hurt me. Well played," he said.

"I win?" She laugh, "palagi mo'ng sinasabi 'yan, why is that? We're not in a competition, dear brother"

"yeah? All my life, I live like i'm always in a competition. I always got compared, they always end up siding the best, the better. So you can't blame me. I see us like that" he replied.

Havina wasn't able to utter a word after that, "you can sleep here if you want" Hugo said, grabbing his car keys before stepping out of his condo.
