-Same night-

Yuki's dream

All I saw was an everlasting darkness surrounding my body.   Lingering in the dark I hugged myself, feeling a sad loneliness coming over me like it had after my father died.   Being alone in the dark was a scary thought to have when anything could come out at me.   The darkness had already devoured me into its shadows, but suddenly I felt a warm sensation through my body.   I noticed that something was glowing. I looked in the direction of the glowing and the area where my necklace was glowing brightly.  I picked up my stone and gazed at it.  It made me feel safe and warm.  It embraced me in its glow. Protecting me from the darkness.  I took my time and looked over ever face of it.   The beautiful shine that came from it was breathtaking especially in this darkness. 

"So you're the one who possess what I'm after..." I turned around in the direction of the voice but no one was there.

"You won't be safe from me little girl, that stone will be mine and this world is on my list also."

I floated there.  I was frightened and I had no idea who the voice belonged too.  A turquoise color began shredding through the darkness forming a circle and in the strange round object was a figure. I couldn't tell if it was a woman or man. 

"Who are you?" I asked the strange person.

"I have no need to tell you who I am.  Soon enough, you will die along with the rest of these pathetic creatures!" Enjoy your freedom while you have it.  I will send you to the fiery pits of hell where you all will rot as I rule your planet!"

 The voice broke out into an abrupt laughter, all I wanted to do was flee, but I was frozen hearing the sinister sound of the laughter ringing in my ears.   I used my hands to block out the noise but it was still clear.    As the laughter continued, I was getting more scared.  I repeated the words that the mysterious figure spoken a moment ago then lifted my head up toward it.  When I lifted my head I noticed a hand reached out only inches away from my chest aiming at the stone securely tied around my neck.

"Don't touch that!" 

I covered the stone with my hand holding it tightly against myself.  Then I was engulfed in a light

My eyes snapped open and my body shot up into a sitting position.  Beads of sweat are dripping down my face, and I was panting heavily due to the nightmare I just had.  I wiped off the sweat and rubbed my eyes.  I got up heading to the bathroom, and splashed cold water on my face a couple times.

'What did that dream mean?  Is this the alien's next move?'

 I leaned over the sink letting the drips of water fall off all over portions of my face into the drain of the sink.  I let out a sigh relaxing my muscles.   I looked outside seeing night had turned to day. I went downstairs and made myself some breakfast.  I realized that Ace never came over to work on our project.  I dried my face off and got myself ready for school.

'I'll have to ask why. I didn't get a call or text message.'

I got on my school uniform and walked off to school.

-School-

I exchanged my shoes and walked to my class meeting Ace by the door.

"Hey Ace."

"Hi Yuki." He greeted smiling.

"You didn't come over yesterday."

"Oh, I knew I was forgetting something!" He groaned face palming his forehead.

"It's alright, I wasn't feeling very well yesterday anyways."

"Do you feel fine now?"

"Yes, thanks for asking."

He opened the door for me, walked inside, and sat in our regular seats.

"I'll come over today alright?"

"That will be fine."

"Alright then."

-After school-

The day ended quickly, after I got my shoes on Ace walked over using one arm to hold up his bag he had slung over his shoulder.

"Ready to go?"  I asked him when he got into hearing distance.

"Yup, lead the way."

Both of us walked out of the building and headed down the direction to my house.

"So do you have any siblings?" Ace asked.

"I have two actually."

"Both older?"

"My older siblings I my brother Ichiru and my younger one is my sister Yui."

"Her name is pretty close to yours, do people ever get it mixed up?"

"Not usually."

We kept asking each other questions back and forth about our lives as we walked down the sidewalk leading to my house.

~Kisshu's pov~

I flied above the city buildings looking for something entertaining to do.

"I have three options; find my snowflake and have my personal fun, find blue aqua, or create some chaos with the other mews.  Hm..which one....I choose find my snowflake!"

I grinned and teleported near her home. I peeked inside the window of her bedroom but she wasn't in there.

"Do you work?"

"Yeah I work at mew café."

My ears picked up two voices having a conversation.  I turned my head in the direction of the voices.  My snowflake was walking with a human boy that was colored in black and red clothing that matched his hair.

'He seems familiar...I probably seen him somewhere like at this school that humans go too.'

"Never mind about that! Why is he near my snowflake! Three is a crowd and I don't share my toys!"

I summoned my sais and teleported in front of them.

"So koneko-chan, why are you with another man? Did you forget you're mine!"

Yuki's pov

I stopped after hearing a familiar voice shouting in front of us. I looked up and Kisshu was floating right In front of us holding his weapons up.

"Who are you?" Ace asked.

"That is none of your concern human. Why are you with my toy?"  Kisshu said in an annoyed tone.

"Your...toy? Are you calling her your toy?" Ace questioned.

I face palmed feeling slightly embarrassed.

"I'm not your toy for the last time!" I shouted at him.

"Oh silly koneko-chan of course you are. I claimed you just the other day."

"You slept with him?" Ace asked looking at me.

"No! I did nothing of the sort!"

"It'll happen soon~.  Now step aside from my toy or I will kill you." Kisshu said.

"She said she wasn't yours anyways. Besides why should I take orders from you?"

"I have the weapons remember."

"And?"

"I'll show you."

Kisshu tried stabbing at Ace with his Sais and Ace managed to avoid each hit.

"Leave him alone!"

"The males on this world will not have you. I declared you mine and you are mine."

"You're controlling!"  I shouted.

"I make sure I have what I want and keep it mine."

"Controlling asshole aren't you" Ace snickered.

"Shut up mere human!"  Kisshu shouted back anger boiling in every word.

"I get under your skin don't I" Ace smirked.

'Two men are fighting over me..well one of them I don't like and the other is my friend but still! I haven't had this happen before.'

I shook my head and pulled on Kisshu's arm as he tried to swing the Sai at Ace when he lost his footing.

"Stop attacking him!"

"He either stays away from you or you come with me."

"I choose neither! You can't control my life!"

"I'm stronger than you. I can do what I want. Stay out of my way koneko."

Kisshu flung me aside like I was nothing and I hit the fence in front of someone's home.

"I see that all the ladies love you." Ace said in sarcasm.

"I've heard just about enough from you."

I lifted my head and Kisshu flew at Ace both Sais ready to strike.  I had to do something otherwise Ace would get seriously hurt and I couldn't live with that.

'I can't transform...what can I do..I can't sit here and do nothing. Get up and fight! Fight!'

Before I knew it my body had risen up suddenly and I ran at a fast pace. I stood in front between Ace and Kisshu. I grabbed both of his Sais gripping them tightly and managed to stop him.

'How have I become so strong?'

~Ace's pov~

In the blink of an eye Yuki stood in front of me holding the guy's Sais.  She managed to stop him in place and her whole body glowed a mixture of different colors the same as a rainbow.  A cat tail emerged from under her skirt and two cat ears pooped out from on top of her head.

'Things are definitely getting interesting.'

~Kisshu's pov~

'How is she holding me back? She's glowing the same as that stone that's around her neck.  I wonder if she can possibly use the stone to her advantage, or maybe her feelings are reaching the stone and giving her more strength.'

"You can't control my life, and you can't control who I call my friends! You will leave immediately."

I looked into her eyes to see her pupils had dilated like a cats and her voice had a bit of growl to it.

"My feisty koneko-chan has gotten stronger~ I would love to see how you are in bed. I'll leave for now."

I floated back yanking my Sais out of her hands, and teleported away.

~Yuki's pov~

I watched Kisshu teleport away and my body went limp falling to the ground.

"Yuki are you okay?"

I looked back at Ace who was still sitting on the ground.

"Uh yeah..I'm just tired."

I slowly began to stand up but my body gave out and I fell back to the ground.

"Here I'll help to your house just tell me where it is."

Ace picked me up bridal style and I couldn't help but lean my head against his chest and closed my eyes.

"It's..just ten houses down."

"Just take nap and I'll carry you there."

"I don't need to sle-"

Without finishing my sentence I passed out my body going completely.
