Kisshu's pov

"Why are we here if there isn't anything?" I asked in annoyance.

"How are you sure none is here? We haven't looked that much."

"It has been about an hour or two."

"Let's go look in another area." Ace suggested.

"Fine."

He began flying ahead when I heard a voice that stopped me in my tracks.

"I'm going to die...Kisshu...Kisshu save me...I don't want to die."

'Yuki?! Yuki where are you?!'

'A cliff. Near a forest...I-I am not too sure. I feel cold and weak. It's a strain just communicating with you like this...'

'I'm coming hang on!'

"Hey aren't you coming?" Ace said.

I began flying in the opposite direction as fast as I could. Suddenly I had a sword up to my neck and my other arm was pressed into my back.

"What are you doing?!" I shouted.

"I should be asking you that. Where exactly are you going?"

"I need to do something!" I snarled.

"Oh does it involve your mew?"

"N-no!" I lied.

"Sure it doesn't~ I mean it's not like she's going to die anytime soon right? Why the rush?"

"Let me go!"

"What did you do?!"

"Who me? I did nothing besides plan this out."

"I knew you had a part in this."

"Of course I did. Pai is in idiot. Smarter out of the three of you, but I am more superior that is why came up with this plan. That girl is standing in our way. She has a powerful gem and she's a mew. Getting rid of her will make things better."

"Where are the other two at?!"

"Taking care of the business."

"Tch! I will kill you once I get her!"

"You realize by the time you get there she will be long gone. Her body cold and lifeless. So please continue this lovely chat with me."

"Tch! I won't let it happen!"

I summoned my dragon sais and flipped it around my hand of the arm that was twisted and pushed into my back. I pushed back forcing it to pierce him. I slipped out of his grasp. I teleported away near the location she told me about.  Upon arrival I saw Pai throwing something over the cliff. I squinted my eyes and saw it was a mew pendant. Taruto was looking away at the ground rubbing his arm.  I flew over and held Pai by the shirt.

"What did you do?!" I growled.

"Took care of business." He said emotionless.

I gripped his shirt tighter grinding my teeth in fury. I threw him aside and ran over to the cliff. About 30 feet down I saw her body falling at a great speed.

"Yuki!"

"If you save her you will become a traitor to Deep Blue and your species! Next time we meet we will be enemies." Pai informed.

I looked back at him and glared.

'I haven't found out enough from him...but Yuki will die if I don't save her.'

"So be it!"

I jumped off and flew toward her. 

"Yuki!"

Yuki's pov

"Yuki! I'm here! Open your eyes!  Don't you die on me dammit!"

'Kisshu..? Wait. He can't be here. I must be dead.'

"Open your eyes now!"

'Fine...Stop being so bossy then.'

I struggled to summon the strength but managed to open my eyes.  I didn't see anything but the sky above me.

"He's not there...Must have been an illusion."

I closed my eyes and accepted my fate.  I can't fly and the rainbow stone can't make me either.  Suddenly I stopped moving.  My head feeling light it leaned to the side against something warm.  I opened my eyes and looked up tilting my head up slowly looking into those familiar golden eyes. 

"Kisshu..you came?" I barley spoke out.

"It's okay I'm here. Rest."

I felt my body go limp at the sound of rest and my eyes got heavy. I had lost consciousness again.

Kisshu's pov

'She needs some kind of help...the rainbow stone maybe able to heal, but I'm not sure at what pace.'

I had no choice. I had to go to either the mews or her brother so she can get the medical aid she desperately needed.  I teleported inside the cafe and looked around to see no one at the tables.  My ears picked up a high pitched noise.

"Alien! Alien!"

I turned my head to the noises of many footsteps coming closer and closer.  In the direction, the footsteps were coming from the door swung open and the mews appeared out in front of the doorway. 

"Kisshu! Why are you here?!" Ichigo shouted.

"Yuki Onee-chan!" Pudding screeched in terror.

"Kisshu what did you do to her?!" Zakuro shouted at me.

"You got it all wrong! I didn't do this!" I said in defense.

"Oh sure, why should we trust you?!" Ichigo commented.

"I didn't! Why would I bring her here if I did! She could be dying! You have to help her!" I begged.

"I'm already calling an ambulance. Shirogane, mews lets see what we can do for now." The brown haired man tied in a ponytail mentioned.

"Ichigo, Zakuro go get some towels and get them wet." The blonde haired male demanded.

They both nodded and ran off into the back of the cafe.

"Pudding go get a glass of water and pain medicine." Lettuce suggested.

"Hai!" Pudding said and ran up the stairs. 

"Follow me. There is a bed upstairs." The blonde haired male said.

We both walked into a bedroom and I laid her on the bed.

"Let's try and do as much as we can until the paramedics get here." The brown haired guy said.

"So if you didn't do this as you said. Who did."  Shirogane asked in a suspicious tone.

I tried my hardest not to glare at him so I looked away. I clenched my fists and then released them.  I explained the situation that had happened and how it was planned out by the mastermind Ace.

"So there is another alien...this is troublesome." The brown haired man said.

"Kei we should have known. How did he come without us noticing?"

"I'm not sure."

"Thing is he was able to disguise himself as a human using the blue aqua."

"Interesting. I didn't think you could do such a thing with that." Kei said.

"Well he did it to get close to her, and take the stone."

"Another question.  Why did you chose to save her? I thought that all you wanted was the stone around her neck so why? Mews and aliens are enemies after all." Shirogane explained.

I looked at Yuki  and closed my eyes.

"I'll say what she told me.  It's basically similar to Romeo and Juliet."

The other mews had already returned moments ago to hear what I said.  The room was silent after I said that.  I let out a sigh and scratched my head in frustration waiting for someone to say something.

"Well this is certainly a surprise." Zakuro commented.

"She betrayed us basically and kept it a secret!" Minto said.

"How could she tell you without all of you saying that?!  We have a connection I feel it.  She deserves to be happy.  She never gave any secrets away.  She was even weary of it because she didn't want to feel like she was betraying you all!"

"There is another issue as well." Shirogane said.

"What would that be?"

"The whole point of you being near us. How do we know you aren't some kind of spy and just making all this up?"

I punched the wall in frustration making a few of them jump. 

"Why the hell would I be a spy?! I betrayed Deep Blue to save her. If I didn't she would have died.  I followed my heart. I know I didn't betray my species because she said with the help of the rainbow stone she can save our planets. I believe her with every ounce of my soul.  Yuki has a kind heart...she puts others before herself.  She's suffered and yet is able to put on a smile! I never asked for her help to save my planet...She offered! I would have doubted her but the look in her eyes said it all.  If any of you have any doubts about what I'm saying then screw you. Just like you humans we aliens have feelings as well. We can feel happy, sad, anger, love, jealously and so on. I love her and will do anything to protect her."

The room was silent and the brown haired male walked out along with shirogane.

Yuki's pov

'I feel warm and uneasy. I can hear people talking. Is it the mews? Why did Kisshu bring me here? He's gonna get killed.'

"Kisshu. You've done so many unthinkable things that are unforgivable. How should we trust you? You want to wipe us out. We should just get rid of you now that way if you are lying you won't stand in our way." Ichigo spoke out.

'Get rid of him?! They can't do that!'

I slowly opened my eyes. Looking to my right without moving my head Ichigo stood next to me. I seemed to be laying in a bed.  No one had noticed I was awake. I noticed that everyone's eyes was on Kisshu. He stood there his hands clenched and not moving. He stared all 5 down. 

"You'll just add more issues if you stay here with us. It you stay near Yuki you'll cause her more problems as well. Do us all a favor and just leave." Minto said.

Raising my hand slowly I reached toward Ichigo and gripped the edge of her skirt tightly.  I felt tears form at the corner of my eyes.  My hand began to shake slightly.  She turned to me.

"Yuki you're awake."

"Don't...I know I kept this a secret...I know I betrayed you all...don't harm him. I beg you...I know you don't trust him...but he saved my life. I enjoy being with him...I trust him. Disown me from the group...I don't care...I will still be with him...I will help save both planets...even without your guys help...My feelings won't change for him...if I have to fight you to protect him I will."

I glared at her my tears falling down my face.

"Yuki..." I heard Kisshu mumble.

My eyes shifted to the door as I saw Kei and Shirogane walk in. Shirogane pushed Kisshu into the closet and after paramedics came in with a stretcher.  The paramedics put me on the stretcher and I was taken to the hospital. I had lost consciousness once they put the face mask on me.

Kisshu's pov

After being pushed into a dark place the door opened. The blonde man stood there in the way then stepped aside. I walked out and didn't see Yuki on the bed.

"Where is she?!" I shouted.

"Cool it. She went to a hospital to get the help she needed. That is why you brought her to us right?" He asked.

The tension in my body relaxed.

"So what do you plan on doing with me." I said folding my arms.

"That will be decided after Yuki is better." The brown haired man decided.

"I already called her brother and he will be meeting us at the hospital. So Kisshu what are you going to do now?" Shirogane asked.

"See her of course." I answered.

"Oh really?" He said.

"Yeah. Ace isn't the only one who can change his appearance."

"What do you mean? You can do the same thing?" The brown haired man asked.

"Of course. How else could I spend time with Yuki without all of you and her brother threatening to kill me?" I said with an annoyed face.

"Uh good point." Ichigo said rubbing the back of her head.

I took out the same piece of blue aqua I had and changed into my human appearance.

"You were the new student?!" Ichigo shouted.

"Yes. I changed my appearance to spend more time with Yuki at school." I explained.

"You don't even know anything about how our rules work in school!" She said.

"So? Yuki helps me."

"Anyways, lets get going to the hospital." Shirogane said.

We all went to the building called a hospital. Walking inside I could hear coughing, crying, and looked around seeing people suffering.  It was a depressing sight to see.  Shirogane had talked to another human. I watched as the others sat down.

"Why are you all sitting?" I asked.

"We can't see her yet." Ichigo mentioned.

"Why not?!" I shouted.

"Be quiet. People are sleeping here and others aren't feeling well." Zakuro scolded.

"She is being examined to see how her condition is. There is a chance she may need surgery." Shirogane explained.

I looked away and sat down as well.

"It's all my fault. I should have gotten there sooner. I should have stayed with her."

"Don't beat yourself up. Like you said she could have died if you didn't save her." Zakuro informed.

"I know."

"With the rainbow stone with her she will be able to heal just fine." Shirogane said.

I could hear the doors open and footsteps come over to us.

"How is she?!"

I looked at the person who said that, and it was Ichiru Yuki's brother.

"She's being examined. There could be a possibility she will go into surgery."

"Damn those aliens...Once I find them I will slit all their throats...Make sure they all die."

I looked away and looked at the ground.

"Ichiru not here alright? We will discuss things later." I heard Shirogane scold him.

"Fine."

"Onii-san. Is Onee-san okay?"

I abruptly snapped my head back up and looked at Yuki's younger sister.  I couldn't believe that he brought her here. She's so young.

"Why did you bring her?" Shirogane asked.

"I had no one to watch her at last minute. Yui Yuki will be just fine. She's just getting a checkup okay?"

"Okay!" She said cheerfully.

'She can't know the truth. The others will definitely use her to get to Yuki. Dammit. Yuki will be heartbroken if something happens to her.'

It felt like days went by, but it was only a few hours.  I heard footsteps on the hard floor. I looked up to see a human male in a white, lab coat walking over toward us. Ichiru got up and walked toward him.  I watched as they talked.  Ichiru walked back and the other human stood there.

"Alright we can go see her, but must be quiet."

I stood up and along with the others we went to the room Yuki was kept in.  She was hooked up to different machines and had these weird wires in her arms. Her head was bandaged along with other parts of her body that were visible. I could hear a beeping noise coming from one of the machines that had a wire hooked into her arm.  Seeing her there made my heart ache.  It was unbearable.  I pulled up one of the chairs that was in the room and scooted it closer to the bed that she laid on. Sitting down I took her hand gently and held it.  Ichiru walked in and stood by her bed.

"So...I was told you saved her life."

"Yeah I did."

"Shirogane told me everything as well.  Tell me alien...Why do you care so much for my sister?"

"I love her...so much. I betrayed my leader to save her. I feel no regrets for doing so."

"I see. You have my thanks."

I looked up at him and I saw tears running down his face. His bangs covered his face but the tears weren't hidden.

"I..I just couldn't handle it if she died. Yui would be so heartbroken. She doesn't know our father died because she was so young.  She doesn't know about our mother walking out on us. This she would remember for her life.  You betrayed your species and risked your life to bring her to the mews to get the medical help she needed. Even though you knew they would kill you or suspect you.  Thank you..."

"I just did what would be best for her..."

"You're welcomed to stay with us. It's the least I can do."

"Wow. Uh thanks."

"You still have to follow the rules at our house that I mentioned before."

"I know I know."

"How is she?"

We both turned our heads to the door to see Ichigo peeking her head in.

"She's resting for now. The doctor said it could be a while before she wakes up since she is drugged." Ichiru informed her.

"Since it's so late me and the others are going to head home. If she wakes up let her know we will stop by tomorrow."

 "Will do." He said.

With that she shut the door quietly.

"I'm going to take Yui home. Will you be staying here the whole night?"

"Of course."

"Take care of her. If the doctors say you need to leave you do so and just come back to our house alright? We will be back first thing in the morning."

"Yeah."

Ichiru left quietly without saying anything else. I laid my head on my arm still holding Yuki's hand gently.   I sighed and closed my eyes feeling myself heading to sleep.

"Don't worry...I won't leave your side...I promise..."
