Story continues from when Anika found Dadi in a disheveled state outside a cafe in Delhi.

As said by the doctor, Annika and Saumya started giving Dadi a sponge bath and they observed that someone has beaten her very badly, there are many old and fresh wounds, sobs kept escaping from their mouths but they know that they have to be strong for their Dadi and for each other.

Doctor was waiting for both the girls to calm down and she finally explained after some time "It looks like she has been starving from many days. I have noticed many rope tied marks around her wrists and ankles. It seems that she was in captivity for a long time. I have also taken her blood sample, but without any test I can assume that she has high Vitamin deficiency and her HB level is extremely low. She fainted due to weakness, her BP and sugar level was also low.

SauAni cannot believe whatever they were seeing and hearing from the doctor. The matriarch of Oberoi Family, the strong willed lady who took care of the Oberoi Industries after her husband's death until her sons were ready for the responsibility, was roaming around the streets like a homeless beggar. They got more confused when they thought that why there was no news about her disappearance on any News channels because they know that she has been like this for a while.

After giving her a sponge bath they walked out of the room; outside scene warmed their heart immediately. Gauri was arranging for some fruits and Chanda was checking recipes for healthy soups and they were instructing house help to learn some healthy food recipes in upcoming days. Chanda met Dadi only once when she visited OM along with Sahil and Gauri has only heard her stories, still both girls were looking so concerned for her.

Gauri noticed SauAni and asked "Anu Di, ab kaisi hain Dadi aur unhe kya hua, dekhiye Chanda didi healthy soup k liye recipes read kar rahi hain aur main Juice k liye fruits arrange kar rahi hu" (Sister, how is Gradma now and what happened to her? Chanda is reading some recipes for healthy soups and I have arranged fruits for her)

Chanda also walked towards them "Humne socha doctor jo bolengi baad mein wo de denge" (We thought whatever doctor will suggest, we can give it to her)

Anika held their hands and looked at them gratefully "Thank you Chanda aur Gauri but tum logo ko ye sab karne ki zarurat nahi hai, Somu aur main dekh lenge sab" (Thank you Chanda and Gauri, but you don't have to worry, Somu and I will take care of everything)

Saumya also nodded in agreement "Yes Didi, it will be unnecessary problem for the both of you"

Gauri and Chanda glared at them and Gauri tugged at Chanda's hand while eyeing SauAni "Chanda Didi chaliye yahan se, humein toh koi apna manta hi nahi hai" (Chanda, let's go from here, nobody considers us as their family)

Chanda wiped her fake tears dramatically while taking a step away from them "Sahi kaha Gauri, Ye duniya ye mehfil mere kaam ki nahi" *this is an old hindi song* (You're right Gauri, This world and this gathering seems useless now *this is an old hindi song*)

Anika smacked on the back of their heads "Drama kamm karo dono, wo main bas isliye keh rahi thi ki OF ka case bahut risky ho sakta hai, they have many enemies" (Stop this melodrama, I was just saying this because OF have many enemies and this can be risky)

Gauri twisted her mouth and glared at her "Acha toh jab Singh ne mujhse batmeezi kari thi to ap kyu padi beech mein, wo bhi toh risky tha na"? (Okay, when Singh misbehaved with me then why did you interefere? That case was also risky)

Anika held her hand to stop her from walking away "Kaisi baat kar rahi hai, tu choti behen hai meri" (What are you saying, you're my little sister)

Chanda poked her arm with her index finger "Exactly, hum sisters hai aur hum log humesha ek saath har mushkil ka samna karte hain" (Exactly, we are sisters and we stand together in all circumstances)

Gauri also nodded her head and tapped her forehead "Don't use your brain too much, you will ruin it. We both are with you and we won't discuss this further, just order us and we will do it"

Anika smiled at them and pulled them in a hug and they moved apart when someone came and gave them the medicines. They were about to say something when nurse rushed out of the room "Mam, jaldi andar chaliye, aapki Dadi baar baar aapko bula rahi hain aur unko panic attack aa raha hai" (Anika, please come inside, your Grandma is calling you and she's getting a panic attack)

Anika rushed inside followed by her sisters, Dadi was shivering and continuously blabbering with half open eyes "Anni...ka putt..ar" (An...ika...D..ear)

Annika hurried towards her and she held her hand "Dadi main apki Annika Puttar," (Yes Grandma, your Anika is here now)

Dadi was twisting and turning in her bed and sobbing loudly, it looks like she was having a nightmare and then she stopped moving after saying the words which left everyone shocked "Ti..a Swet. Lana..aisa matt karo" (Ti..a...Swet...lana.. don't do it)

Annika looked at her closes eyes and yelled "DAAADIII" (GRANDMAAA) but she calmed down when doctor explained "Don't worry, I have just administered a small dose of sedative and attached a Saline bottle; her body is starting to relax"

They walked out of the room after making sure that Dadi was sleeping and Saumya asked the doctor "Kriti di, hum log Dadi ko poora sahi kaise karenge?" (Doctor, how will she get fine?)

Doctor Kriti started explaining "The way she is blabbering, mental wounds are troubling her more than the physical wounds, I would suggest lots of love, care and therapy. She seems attached to Annika and she can help her get through this journey along with therapy sessions from some experts.

Doctor showed them a bottle "I have prepared ORS in this bottle, if she opens her eyes, then try to feed her a spoon or two of this liquid. I will send a 24/7 Nurse, she will keep changing Saline bottles and inject required supplements. You can give a few spoons of some light soup or juice after 5 or 6 hours, if needed we will use a tube for food and some supplements for next two days, after that I will advice further treatment."

SauAni were listening to the instructions attnetively with a determination to cure their Dadi; bringing back her joyful side soon and punishing the culprit behind this heinous act was their only aim now.

Doctor left from there and Annika called someone "Mujhe Oberoi Industries aur Oberoi Family ki last 6 years ki har choti se choti baat ki detail chahiye, I want it till tomorrow afternoon and don't miss even the smallest detail" (I want to know every minute detail of Oberoi Family from past 6 years. Annika POV "Saumya aur maine kasam khayi thi ki kabhi Oberoi Family k bare mein kuch track nahi karungi isliye itne saal kuch pata nahi kia. I have blocked all news related to them, but Daadi ki aisi condition dekh k mujhe apni ye kasam todni hi padegi. Jisne bhi ye kia hai, wo ready ho jaye, I'm coming for you, I hope it's not Tia and Swetlana, inn dono cheapdi ka toh main game hi khatam kar dungi" (Saumya and I vowed that we will never keep track of any members from OF that's why we are not aware about anything. I have also blocked all news related to them but after seeing Grandma's condition I have to break my vow. I'm coming for the person who is responsible for this, be ready to face my wrath. I hope it's not Tia and Swetlana, I will kill that cheap girl, but I should ask Saumya if she wants to be a part of this)

Anika turned towards Saumya, she was about to say something but Saumya stopped her "Di, kuch matt bolo, mujhe pata hai ap kya poochne wale ho, par main ye karna chahti hu, I will destroy both bitches. Ab main apne tareeke se bhi pata karne ki koshish karti hu" (Sister, don't say anything, I already know what you're about to ask me. I want to do this and I will destroy both bitches. I will try to find things using my techniques)

Anika was sitting in her home office and a man walked inside "Ma'am humne kaafi saari details extract karwayi hain OF ke baare mein (Mam we have extracted many details about OF)

Annika took the report from his hand and checked the important points. She looked up after a while and slammed it on the table "Are you a PI or some god damn paparazzi, what the hell is this crap?"

PI shrieked in his place, he was sure that he will be killed if he will not choose his next words carefully. He muttered after wiping his sweat beads "Ma'am this file contains all the available details related to the family and business but there are many loopholes in the information I have gathered. There are many things going wrong in that family and nobody has made any public appearance from last 5 years, all family members have given few interviews but only on video calls."

Anika nodded and he crossed his fingers before continuing "But you don't worry, my whole team is on this case, I'll keep sending you the updates. Also, there was a word on the street that some people were trying to find that old lady near the cafe, so please be careful with her."

Annika calmed down after hearing his explanation, there's no point in getting angry if she wants to plan everything meticulously but her next words stunned the PI "That old woman is none other than Mrs Kalyani Prithviraj Singh Oberoi". She looked at him dangerously and added "If this information is leaked, you will not live to see another day. I want updates in every hour, every small detail is important for this case."

PI nodded his head frantically and scampered away like his tail was on fire, that girl surely knows how to scare the shit out of someone and he has no doubt that every extra minute wasted on this case could be dangerous for him and his team
