I try to pull away, letting go of this amazing moment. But he doesn't let go. Instead, he pulls me even closer, if that's possible.

'Jack...' I pull me out the kiss, but he doesn't let me go. He's resting his head on my shoulder, still hugging me tightly. 'W-what-'

'Let's stay for this for a while...' he whispers against my neck. I can't help, but have shivers run down my neck. I notice that a few things didn't change about Jack. He always hugged me, when we had a relationship..

'Jack, this is the ladies restroom. Soon or later someone will come here.' I say. I feel safe in his arms.

'There's another restroom in the other side of the building. They can go there.' He says. I gasped when he starts to kiss my neck. 'I can't stop myself anymore. I'm so jealous.'

'W-what?Why should you b-be j-j-jealous?' I stutter. His lips are distracting me.

'Corbyn.' He mutters, before he presses his lips on mine again. Corbyn? Why would he be jealous on him? He didn't do anything.. 'I was watching you in silence, if you hadn't noticed that yet. He's getting a little to touchy with you. I don't like it.' He says as he pulled away from the kiss.

'Why does it matter to you?' I ask.

'I know Corbyn.' Jack says. 'He can fall in love quickly.'

'He has Christina.' I say. 'For me he's just a big brother I've never had.'

'Good.' He says, making me look at his face. 'I don't like seeing you with other boys, only with me.'

When he says that, he pushes his lips back onto mine. Butterflies are flying through my stomach.

You're making me fall in love even more, Jack Avery.

I hope it's just me. I can take it if it's just me.

We're laying on the sofa in the corner of the living room. We're in Jack's house. Yesterday we made it official again, I'm his girlfriend. I'm still a little insecure about my decision. Because, I don't have long left, I know that, but I will hurt Jack again. Again really bad. But on the other side, I want to be with him again.
I'm laying in his arms while we're watching our favorite serie. It didn't changed tho. Still shadowhunters.

'Can I tell you a secret?' He asks while he's playing with my hair.

'Hm?'

'You are really beautiful.' He whispers in my ear. I giggle. 'Hey! Since when do you have a piercing?' He asks while he looks to my ear. 'You have a piercing in your helix! Since when? You didn't had it last time.'

'I have had it since I was fifteen.' I say. 'I can ask you the same thing, since when do you have a piercing and tattoos?' Jack chuckles.

'Okay, I have my piercing since I was seventeen, and my first tattoo, -this one.-' he points to a tattoo he has with his mother. 'Since August last year.'

'Wow, specific.' I say. 'And you didn't had a piercing when you were seventeen!'

'I did, but you were already gone.'

'Ah, that explains a lot.' I say. 'I like it. It's you.' Jack smiles.

'I like yours.' He says.

'Why?'

'Cause it's different. I like different. And I like you, of course.'

'Cheesy...'

'Oh, shut up.' I giggle and look to the tv again. Jack smiles and turns a tuft of hair around his finger. He places a kiss on my forehead. I smile and look to the tv. When Jack's ringtone sounds, I grab him and give it to him. 'Thank you.' He says. I shake my head. Jack turns his phone on and looks at the messages. It are from the boys.

Can you guys all come to the baseball field?

DISCLAIMER! I'm damn bad in baseball.

Jack sighs.

'What's wrong?' I ask.

'Are you good at baseball?'

'Oh my god...'

'Oh, by the way, you're going to meet the girlfriends of the others to.' Jack says.

'I already met Christina.'

'But you didn't met Jamie, Indy and Kim.'

'True.'

'Oh, and can you please do something for me?' He asks when he stops.

'Depends on the favor.' I say.

'Stay one meter away from Corbyn.' He says. I start to laugh. I couldn't help it. 'What?'

'Nothing.' I laugh. 'It's just that..- eh..-' I look at Jack. When I see his face I start to laugh harder. 'I will stay one meter away from Corbyn.'

'Thank you.' Jack says. He steps out his car and we walk to the group who's a few meter away from us.

'You are here!' Christina yells. 'We can start! Boys vs girls!'

'Ha! You girls are going to lose!' Corbyn laughs.

'I wouldn't be so sure about that..' Daniel says.

'Come on!' Corbyn says. 'We have Jack, Jonah and me.'

'Is it a good thing that you have me?' Jack asks surprisingly. 'Wow, that's new.'

'They have Indy, Jamie and Christina.' Jonah says. 'We're so gonna win.'

'We have no idea how good Nina is, just a reminder.' Jack says. I look to the three unknown girls.

'Ladies, this is Nina. Nina, This is Kim.' Christina says and she points at the girl who's next to Jonah. She waves to me. 'That child right there is Jamie.' The girl next to Daniel smiles. 'And that right there is Indy.'

'Wow, thank you.' the girl next to Zach says. 'That was so rude.'

'Ah, rude!' Jamie says. Everyone starts to laugh.

'Let's start!' Zach yells.

'We start in the field.' Kim says.

'Oh, gosh..' Jamie sighs.

'Do we have to?' Indy says.

'Yes we do.' Christina says. 'Let's get started!' I walk with the girls to the field. Indy stands by the boys, because she's the rear catcher.

'Are you good in baseball?' Kim asks me.

'I have no idea.' I say. 'I never played it.'

'Oh, this is gonna be fun!' Jamie says. 'We're gonna lose so badly!'

'No, we're going to win!' Christina says.

'Since when do you have the confidence to win this?' Kim asks. Christina shrugs her shoulders.

'I have actually no idea.' she laughs.

'Ladies, are you ready?!' Jonah yells.

'We have no idea!' Kim yells back. All the boys start to laugh. 'let's get started!'

Jamie had already predicted it. We lost this round. But Kim Is a really good thrower.

'You have work to do, Jonah!' Kim laughs.

'Oh, shut up!' Jonah laughs. Kim laughs and walks to the start.

'Who wants first?' She asks.

'You can go.' Indy says.

'You know us, we can't do this.' Jamie says. Kim sighs.

'Hey Corbyn, how are you?' She asks while she walks to her place. Corbyn laughs and shakes his head. Kim turns the baseball bat around and looks to Jonah.

'Yea? You ready?' He asks.

'Let's start.' Kim holds the bat up. Jonah throws the ball to her. Kim gives a swing to the bat and hits the ball well.

Suddenly, I got a headache. I put my hand on my forehead and close my eyes for a while. Voices are overlapping each other.

'Nina! It's your turn!' I open my eyes and look around. Everything in front of me is turning. I shake my head and look around.

'Nina, are you okay?' Corbyn's voice sounds next to me. I look at him in shock. I didn't expect him to stand beside me all of a sudden. But I looked a little too fast. My balance is completely lost and I wobble a bit. Corbyn grabs my arm quickly before I fall backwards.
'Nina?'

'I'm fine.' I say. I close my eyes and shake my head again. Slowly everything stops turning. 'Y-yes, of course. I'm fine. Why wouldn't I?' Corbyn still looks a little worried.

'Nina, it's your turn!' Kim yells to me.

'I can go if you want.' Christina says.

'No, I'll go.' I say. I take a deep and quick breath and grab the bat from the ground. I look to Jonah. He waits a seconds before I'm ready.

'You ready?' He asks.

'Yea, Yea, sure.' I say. I hold the bat up. Jonah throws the ball at me. I wait a second and swing with the bat. To my great surprise I hit him as well. He flies away, Jonah, Daniel, Corbyn, Zach and Jack look at me in amazement and no longer pay attention to the ball that flies away. But Kim is overjoyed. 

'Nina, run!' I drop the bat and run to the first home. Kim, Indy and Jamie are running to, who are all on the other homes. Zach is the first and runs after the ball. Kim runs in, Indy and Jamie. I decide to walk, because the ball is way to far for the boys to win. Jack looks at me with a "are-you-kidding-me?" face. 

'Couldn't you just warn me that you're damn good in baseball?' he asks. 

'I had to warn myself.' I laugh. We both start to laugh. I walk to the home and walk to Kim.

'You are so good!' she says. 'You have to do this a lot more.'

'I'm not really good at sports.' I say. 'And If i do, I rather dance.'

'Then you have to come with us!' Jamie says. 'Kim, Christina and I are dancing in one of the highest groups of our dance school. you have to come once.' 

'Seems fun.' I say. 'When are you going?' 

'In a few days.' Christina says. 'I'll text you the details.'

'Thanks.'

'Today was amazing.' I say while Jack walks with me to my apartment. 'It was really funny.'

'Yea, you also discovered a new superpower; you can play baseball damn good.' Jack says. I laugh.

'It was just beginners luck.' I say. The dizziness, which I had the whole day since the headache, I getting worse.

'Yea sure.' he laughs. 'Oh, and..- Can you please do me a favor?'

'Again? What now?' I ask.

'Please take good care of yourself.' he says. 'Get enough rest, eat enough, drink enough. I'm sorry to say, but you look thinner and paler then normal.'

'Yea, I hear that almost everyday.' I say.

'I'm worried about you, Nina.' he says. 'Please. Take good care of yourself, okay?' I nod. He wraps his arms around me and hugs me tightly. We just stand there for a while. My head is tapping. I hear an irritating and bad tone through my head. He needs to go.

'You should go. I'll be fine.' I say, pulling away from the hug.

'You promise?' he asks. I nod. 'Well, okay.' He steps into the elevator and I watch him disappear when the door closes. When he's gone, I lean against the cold wall. I slide down slowly, sitting down on the floor. I feel so weak and tired. I guess playing baseball is not a good idea. It overwhelms my already fragile body.

A ring comes out my pocket. I weakly open my pocket and take out my phone. Someone is calling me. It's Corbyn.

'He-hello?' I say, my voice barely audible.

'Hello? Nina?' he asks.

'Corbyn.' I try to speak louder. But my body is giving in to the darkness already.

'Nina, are you okay? You don't sound good.' He says. I hear that he stands up.

'Corbyn, I-I-' I'm not able to finish what I want to say, because I get swallowed by darkness.
