"Quick get him into the operating room!" Niall shouted over the cried over the people in the hospital.

Niall and Harry were doctors at the military hospital. Nothing got in their ways. They were top doctors that everyone depended on.

That is, until recently when they would throw up at the sight of blood and couldn't even go near anyone who had any deep cuts.

They both knew they were okay with blood, but it scares them to think they might have to stop working there if they couldn't take it.

Later that night, they stayed up talking about what they were going to do. They laid in their little twin bed which was in the cabin they stayed in, right outside the hospital.

"We're going to get fired if we can't get our acts together," Niall stated.

"I know but we can't help it. I hope it's just temporary," Harry agreed.

"Me too but it scares me that it might not be temporary."

"Let's just hope it-" Harry cut himself off and shot up. Niall sat up as well.

"Haz, you alright?" Niall asked.

"I don't know my stomach just hurts really really bad. It's so sudden, too." His face scrunched up and he breathed hard.

All of a sudden, there was a huge bang from outside, people screaming, and alarms going off. They were under attack.

"What the hell?" Niall asked. "Wait Harry. Did you just pee?"

"No! I don't know what that stuff is!" He cried. "Oh my god! Something is coming out of me! Niall help!"

"Okay let me see." Niall pulled off Harry's trousers and was surprised by the sight. "Harry, it's a baby! I didn't know you were pregnant!"

"Neither did I!" He yelled. Gunshots and explosions went off all around their cabin.

"We have to get out of here!"

"I can't! I have to push!" Harry argued.

"But we're- they're- okay I guess I'm delivering a baby then," he said to himself. "Push, Harry!"

"OW! Niall! Just get it out!" He screamed.

"You have to push, Harry!" Harry pushed as hard as he could, and out popped a little head. "There you! Keep going!"

Harry was about to push again, when the door flew open and someone with a huge gun pointed to them. Harry screamed and the little baby fell into Niall's arms.

Niall watched in horror as he, his boyfriend, and his new baby boy were about to be killed. Harry did the same.

Right before the trigger was pulled, there was a gunshot and the man fell to the ground. Behind him stood a man with a gun.

He ran over to the boys. "Are you guys alright?"

"Yeah we're f-" Niall was then cut off. "Ow what the fuck?"

Harry took the crying boy from his arms. "What happened?!"

"Okay this is really weird because the same things that happened to you are happening to me now."

"Okay. Here's the plan. I'll bring the baby in my jacket out to our vehicle. You two will follow. You hear?"

"Yes. But can we get your name?"

"Liam Payne. Now c'mon!" He picked up the newborn, stuck him in his jacket, and headed out. Harry picked up Niall who was crying from pain.

They ran to the big bulletproof truck that Liam drove. "Ah! Harry! Please help!"

"Okay, love. I see the head I just need you to push for me," Harry instructed. Niall bore down as hard as he could. A little head popped out a few seconds later. "There you go keep going."

"HARRY!"

"You're almost there!" He pushed one last time, and a little girl fell into Harry's arms. "Gods job, love. It's a little girl."

"I can still feel something! Make it go away! Please!" Niall begged.

"Okay just keep pushing."

"Oh my god! Get this thing out of me!"

"Here it comes. Keep pushing," Harry urged. Niall let out a scream as the second baby was born. "Good boy. It's a little boy."

"Oh thank god it's over!"

Later, Niall and Harry were rushed to the hospital along with their 3 little babies. 2 boys and a 1 girl. All perfectly healthy.
