Background:

Much if RC's past is unknown, except that he enlisted into the Russian Naval Infantry at the age of 17. He went on to serve in Afghanistan and rose the ranks from there. His ingenuity led to "giving the enemy the taste of their own medicine" tactics. RC used remote controlled toy cars and turned them into mobile IEDs.

He became to be known as a terrorist to his own enemies due to his terrifying gadgets. His RC cars would catch his enemies off guard before they were eliminated. A dramatic drop in cars used for suicide bombings because RC would rig them to explode first. No one expects a children's toy to be extremely deadly, therefore giving RC a reputation among his enemies and his allies.

His superiors saw RC's superb engineering and transferred him to where he could do more damage. The Spetsnaz. He was assigned to the special forces division, and served with the familiar Fuze operative. Since the two are explosive enthusiasts, their chemistry on the field was excellent.

Combined with his speed, ingenuity, and terrifying skills. Team Rainbow welcomes him to join the fight.

Psychological Profile:
- First impressions are sadistic and reckless. However, further evaluation shows high intellect and reserved nature. Despite the passion for "blowing things up" patient shows restraint on doing so for very specific situations. A past that the patient refuses to discuss may contribute to the restlessness when discussing the restraint in certain situations. Overall, the patient will show a precise and calculated nature on the field, but acts polar opposite when in the civilian setting.
