Epilogue

(??? POV):
"Following the events of the international terrorist attack from the White Masks, all countries that had their nuclear programs hacked declared a cease fire."
"The situation reveals that Alistair Garrison, the leader of the White Masks and infiltrator among many military systems, was responsible for this near catastrophe. He has been planning a world wide armageddon due to a personal vendetta against established military systems."
"Alistair's body was recovered in the Atlantic with a single gunshot wound to the dead. Confirmed dead from the gunshot wound, drowning, and loss of blood. After the confirmation, any nearby military personal were sent in to clear out any remaining hostile threat at the White Mask base."
"With the White Mask disbanded, Rainbow was disbanded as well. Due to the fact that their failure to investigate and eliminate their primary task. However, a new Rainbow system has been established under the management of a man named: Harry."
"I hear many former Rainbow operators are returning to their prior establishments, while some are joining Rainbow once again, or decided to move on to other parts."
"I hear Operator Zofia has decided to return to GROM. She wanted to remain closer to her family, while still performing her duties."
"Operator Ela and Operator Valkyrie are transferring to the new Rainbow organization. They were very adamant on remaining as a fighting duo."
Ela and Valkyrie stood before Hereford Base, the new Rainbow base location. The two had a bag in opposite hands. While the other were held together.
"Operators: Twitch, Vigil, Dokkaebi, and Echo have also chosen to remain in Rainbow. Although paralyzed for the moment, Dokkaebi and Echo are contributing greatly in the tech department."
A Korean female and Japanese male, both on wheelchairs, were slapping at each other in their own fits of rage over an arguement about superior gaming platforms. Meanwhile, Vigil and Twitch just sighed tiredly at their respective partner's spat.
"Operators Mira, Thatcher, Capitao, and Mute have been transported home to their final resting place. Their national government have prepared memorials to be built for their heroism and bravery."
"I also heard former Operators Ying and Rogue have retired. They are currently spending some time together out in Hawaii after the big proposal."
"Former Operators Hibana and Thermite have been medically discharged and will participate in the upcoming disabled Olympics."
"Operator Caveira has decided to retire and pursue a missionary life."
Caveira passed out bowls of soup and water to the hundreds in line. They were impoverished and in despair, but the Brazilian had a warm smile. She continued to help out the neglected people with a locket around her neck. Inside: a picture of her and a certain British male.
"Operators Frost and Kapkan remained with Rainbow. As for the other JTF2 operator, I'm unsure of what has become of him."
Buck sat in a worn sofa chair. Around his feet are cans of beer and bowls of various junk food. In front of the male was the television playing the current hockey game. Suddenly, the Canadian jumped for joy as his team of choice won their championship.
"Operators Finka and Tachanka have returned back to Russia to their Spetznaz positions. As for the other Russians. Glaz has retired to become an internationally renowned painter and artist. For Fuze, I heard he now runs a children's orphanage and therapy center."
"Several other operators left Rainbow as well. Jackal has returned to GEO to continue his comrade's legacy. Castle and Pulse have returned to FBI too. Lastly, Doc and Montagne returned to GIGN. They said their days at Rainbow have come to an end."
"Although many left, many did stay. Rook and Blitz have decided to stay with rainbow to aid internationally. As well as Sledge and Smoke."
Sledge and Smoke were pacing around the recruits on their ground. Both were shouting orders for the recruits to push farther in their training. Taking after their former elder.
"As for the rest of the operators, they've went their separate ways without any announcements."
Lesion climbed down the ladder and pulled on the white banner covering the sign. It revealed to be his own Chinese restaurant he sought to build as a child. Suddenly, a crashing noise came from his right. He looked to see two others pulling down opening banners of their own. Blackbeard had a steakhouse, while Bandit opened a bakery. Each one began bickering over customers. Except for the German, for he was snorting either sugar or flour.
Lion, with his nursing outfit disheveled, sat exhausted on a bean bag while several children slept around him on mats. Toys and cartons of milk needed to be cleaned up, but the mothers picking up the children from the doctor's office waiting area were too busy taking pictures of the scene.
Jager flew over the mountain tops in his biplane. At one of the pillar windows was a photo. He reached out and touched it with care. The German promised one day he would relocate his prized firearm attachment and flew into the sunset.
???:"Agent Cohen!" The loud voice snapped me out of my rant. I looked up to see disinterested and annoyed military and governmental officials. It was one of the UN representatives that called out to me.
UN Rep:"We don't need to know what happened with the rest of the Rainbow members. We only need to know what happened to Operator Reaper/Phoenix. Or as you may know him: (Y/n) (L/n)." He demanded impatiently. That name, it sparked multiple images in my head. Many of which were painful. I took a deep breath and spoke.
"His body was found several miles away from Alistair's satellite wreckage..." I trailed off.
UN Rep:"And?" He urged on. I paused before continuing.
"He was confirmed dead. Multiple gunshot wounds, blood loss, head trauma, infections, and multiple organ failures. His body was cremated and buried in an undisclosed location." I answered before being met with a scoff from another UN representative.
UN Rep 2:"Why did a terrorist get a burial after the stunt he pulled?" She questioned with malice. I bit my tongue to refrain myself from speaking with haste. The main interviewer hushed the outburst before returning his attention to be.
UN Rep:"There's not much we can do if he's dead. What's done is done. Now...agent Cohen, do you have anything you would like to say on your behalf regarding all of this? Presumably about your supposed betrayal?" He questioned calmly. I looked down at the ground not wanting to discuss this topic. However, I was before an international court.
"(Y/n)'s a hero. If anyone's guilty, I am." I stated firmly. The room was silent. Everyone stared at me intensely before the interviewer sighed and pointed to my boss.
UN Rep:"I think we're done here. You can handle her. The matters on the White Masks and (Y/n) are closed." He said to my boss. My boss looked down at me and began to speak.
FBI Director:"Agent Cohen, you are hereby discharged for medical reasons and undisclosed matters. Please turn over your shield and firearm." He ordered. Another agent walked over to me and extended his hand. I forked over my badge and issued handgun. However, I kept the one given to me by (Y/n).
FBI:"Dismissed." He dismissed me, and I saluted before exiting the court. A familiar male stood up from the audience chairs and walked over to me.
Foley:"You alright?" He asked with concern. I nodded and the two of us exited the courthouse before entering an awaiting vehicle. We drove to the airport where a private plane was waiting for me. I stepped out of the vehicle and turned to Foley.
Foley:"I hope I never have to see you or her again." He wished. I nodded in agreement.
"Likewise." I replied sternly. He nodded and opened the door. Before Foley entered the vehicle he spoke.
Foley:"Take care of yourselves." He wished farewell before leaving. I entered the plane and began my long trip away. Where was I going? It was home. To the people I loved.

(Third Person POV):
It was a breezy afternoon. The grass and trees swayed to the wind, while the birds and insects sang. The sun shined through the windows of a two story home. Inside was a simple layout. Three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, and bathrooms. Sprawled around the house were toys and clothes. Clearly chores placed after playtime in the priorities department.
In the living room was laughter. It belonged to a blonde German female and a male toddler with blonde hair, (s/c) skin, and (e/c) eyes. The two were chasing and tickling each other. Suddenly, their banter was interrupted by the front door being unlocked.
IQ:"I wonder who that could be?" She asked playfully while hugging the child. The boy giggled before waving at the door. The door opened to reveal Ash with a smile.
Ash:"I'm back! Did you miss me Michael?" She asked kindly. The toddler nodded.
Michael:"I missed you, Auntie!" He replied honestly. IQ pouted and looked at Ash.
IQ:"My own son misses his Auntie more than his mommy." She complained and let go Michael before standing up. Ash rolled her eyes and stood beside the two.
Ash:"That's because I'm cooler. You force him to eat nasty yams!" She teased. IQ rolled her eyes this time before giving a concerned look.
IQ:"How'd it go?" She asked with worry and curiosity. Ash sighed tiredly before shaking her head.
Ash:"As well as any official political/military meeting would go." She answered. IQ hissed at the thought of the pain.
IQ:"Ouch." Ash waved her off before smiling.
Ash:"Anyways, I've got some good news." She changed the topic. IQ looked at the redhead with curiosity.
IQ:"What is it?" She asked. Ash smiled and rubbed circles around her belly. IQ's eyes widened in awe before embracing Ash. The two screamed for joy and hugged each other.
Ash:"I'm pregnant! I'm going to be a mom!" She yelled for joy. The two let go and began discussing future plans. Like what to name the child, and what gender the child will be. Unbeknownst to them, a certain boy left the room. He ran up the stairs in the house to a bedroom.
Michael opened the door quietly and snuck inside. He gently closed the door before approaching the bed. Michael navigated around the various machines and wires on the floor and around the room. The toddler slowly reached out and rested his hand on another.
Michael:"Dad, I'm going to be a big brother!" He whispered happily at the person on the bed. Suddenly, Michael's name was called from downstairs. He wished the sleeping person farewell before sneaking out.
As the door closed to continue to let the person in a coma rest, where Michael held the male's hand. The heartbeat monitor ticked oddly and the scarred (s/c) twitched.
THE END
A/n:
Dear readers,
So...it's finally done. My biggest project yet has come to an end. It has been quite a ride I'll have to tell you all. Through all the struggles and work, I'm proud of how this book turned out.
I wanted to write a book that people could enjoy. When I started, not many Rainbow Six Siege fanfics were out there. I thought: "This would be pretty cool." Little did I know, this book would explode to become one of the most popular R6S books. I never wrote for the views or the follows, but I still got a lot of them. For that, I am truly thankful for that.
Reaper was a character that I thought would be edgy, powerful, and cool enough for a protagonist. When writing about Reaper, I saw him as someone to strive for, yet understand. It can be great to achieve all this greatness, but is it great if you're devoid of the small things in life? Spending time with family or just shopping with friends. I don't want to take things for granted despite anyone's level of talent. Hopefully you all can gain something from that.
Thank you readers and thank you fellow authors who've helped me and allowed me to borrow their characters. Without this community, this project would have never flourished the way it did. After all, it was you guys and gals that stuck along after that six month haitus.
I'm happy to see people are still reading, but I don't expect my book to still remain one of the greats. Many more Rainbow fanfics have spawned after the creation of this book. To anyone reading this, read those books. I am one amateur author among many greats. My work is no longer in the spotlight, but you all will forever remain the greatest to me.
Once again, it is sad to see something great to end, but it's time to end it. I plan on working on other projects. Due to some circumstances, I don't plan on any other Rainbow Six Siege fanfics to be written. Sorry. However, I don't plan on stopping when it comes to writing.
If you have any more questions, just personal message me or comment them.
I guess to close my comments once and for all, I'll end it with this. (Y/n)/Reaper/Phoenix got his happy ending despite all odds. I got to finish this book despite all setbacks. What I'm trying to say is that, just keep going. This book shows me that I can do something great. There are amazing readers like you all awaiting me or anyone else for talent to be shared. No matter the challenge, keep at what you strive for. Without further ado, this is the closing of One Bullet by Ninjamain.
