Garroth's pov

After Aphmau left I breathed a sigh of relief. "What do you think happened to Katelyn?" Laurence asked and I shrugged my shoulders. "I don't know but, she seemed really upset." I said as I looked over at the kids. I stood up and walked over to them. They were shivering and I saw the fire started to go out. I looked around for firewood but there was none in the house.

"I'll be right back." I said to Laurence and he nodded. I left the house and started to look for some firewood. "JUST STAY OUT OF IT!" I heard someone yell very loudly. It sounded like Katelyn. What was going on? I started to walk closer to the boat and saw Katelyn crying and Aphmau hugging her. Aphmau is great, she just wants to take care of everyone.

I smiled and decided to go back to search for firewood. As I looked around I didn't find any. Do I have to cut down a tree? I sighed but then found a very large cave. I looked inside and saw a door. It was hidden in the stone walls of the cave but for some reason I knew it was there. I decided to go and tell Aphmau but, not yet. An hour passed of searching but all I found was sticks.

I walked back and saw Asmund laughing at me as I walked closer to the house. "Haha, searchin' for firewood eh?" I frowned in disappointment but nodded my head. Asmund pulled out two axes and said "You can help me collect some." I nodded and took one of the axes. We walked out into the woods and I started to chop down a tree. As I swung the axe I heard someone call out.

"Garroth! I need to tell you something!" Aphmau yelled and I stopped. "Just a minute! I'll be there after I'm done." Aphmau agreed and left. I finished chopping down the tree and chopping it into firewood. It took all day but I was happy I helped. I helped Asmund carry the wood back to his house and then, I went to go talk to Aphmau. I walked into the house and saw Aphmau, Laurence, and Katelyn sitting on the couch.

"What is it?" I asked concerned. Aphmau took a deep breath and said "Sit down, I need to tell you all what happened." I sat down and waited and Aphmau began. Maybe an hour passed and I stared wide eyed at Aphmau. I couldn't speak and then she told us about her turning into that angelic thing again. Then, I remembered that door. "Aphmau, there was a door in the middle of the woods. Maybe that'll help?"

Aphmau smiled and said "Okay." Laurence stood up too along with us and so did Katelyn. We walked out the door and I saw Travis waiting. "Travis!" Aphmau called out. He turned around and was smiling but his eyes looked sad. "What are you guys doin'?" I smiled and said " We are going to search for a door I found when looking for firewood." Travis' eyes widened.

"I've been trying to get into that door for forever. How do you know you can get in?" Travis said and I shrugged my shoulders. " It's worth a shot." I said and Travis gave a slight nod. "Okay, I'll go with." Travis said with a bright smile. We were on our way and Aphmau was talking to Travis. I didn't hear the conversation but Travis seemed a little upset. Then, we made it, there was the door.
