You enjoyed being in Storybook – it was a small town but everyone knew everyone, and that was a good thing because it meant that there would always be someone to be there for you, however when someone new came into town...it changed things.

You worked at Granny's, you were Ruby's cousin and you were the less reckless one in the family.

The shift that you were working at Granny's ended around lunch time, so that you were able to go and annoy but love your fiancé on his lunch break.

You were finishing up cleaning the counter, and Ruby came to stand by you "Hey Cous" she greeted you and you laughed.

Ruby quickly took the cloth out of your hand and continued what you were doing, "What are you doing?" you quizzed, leaning back against the counter.

She smiled innocently at you, "Your shift ended ten minutes ago" she stated and you just rolled your eyes "So go! You worked the night shift Y/N/N, you are shattered and Granny said you can go home after you go to the station" she explained to you.

You sighed before beginning to untie the apron from your waist, which caused your cousin to smile triumphantly "Thanks Rubes" you told her as your grabbed your jacket, "Oh and tell Granny I'll see her tomorrow" you started to walk out of the diner as you spoke.

Ruby lifted her hand up to you and waved, before you left and shut the door.

You wrapped your jacket tighter around you as you walked, it was winter so the weather wasn't exactly forgiving.

Winter had always been a season that you loved – the build up to Christmas, the snow and the crisp and cold mornings.

You pushed the door to the sheriff station open, and walked through to corridor to see Graham sat in his office.

You walked in, and he looked up when he saw you "Hey Honey" he greeted you, and you smiled.

He moved out of his chair, and motioned for you to sit down "Thanks" you told him as you curled up in the chair after having taken your jacket off.

He leaned back against his desk "Are you going back to work?" he asked and you shook your head, which caused him to smile "Good, you've been shattered lately" he stated and you rolled your eyes.

"Why does everyone keep telling me that?" you groaned and threw your head back as you spoke.

Graham laughed and you jokingly glared at him "Honey instead of spending my lunch break with me, which I am very happy about, why don't you go home and get some sleep? I won't be home late tonight" he suggested but you shook your head in protest.

"No, I will stay here and sleep – your chair is comfy" you told him which made him chuckle.

He picked you up, and moved you to the sofa that was just to the side of his office "If you want to sleep here, then I prefer you do it here" he explained whilst grabbing his jacket and draping it over you.

"I have my own jacket y'know" you told him, still cuddling up into his jacket as it was much larger than yours.

He leaned down to kiss you, before going back to his desk and sitting down "I know, but you can't sleep unless you're hugging me or hugging something that smells like me" he spoke in a soft tone.

You laughed "Looks like all I need is this jacket then" you said before you closed your eyes.

Graham looked over at you and smiled, "All I need is you"
