Her is my three characters, sorry for the late late arrival. Um Yeah sorry, wanted to put on a new page.

Delilah Kēko-
She was just a local pro hero before dying at the age of 31, five years after giving birth to Karuma. Her quirk hacks into other quirks as long as it it technical or has a source of electricity. She can hack into quirks and manipulate it for herself. Issue is that she can get very Ill or get out of control and snaps an electrical current all over the place making her surrounding dangerous.

Jun Kēko- (Techno)
Ranked 3rd as a pro hero at China and 2nd top rank technology buisness thanks to his quirk. His quirk is making everything he touch be a form of technology, which has access to electricity. He can touch a bike and turn it into new technology and can use it however he wants. Though, he prefers to build stuff himself. He likes to spend time with his daughter but work interferes or Oralyn since he had accidentally killed his wife when they were arguing. Back when Karuma was younger, he made sure Karuma can defend herself with harsh training, thus creating hatred in said daughter.

Oralyn Lin Kēko-
Jun remarried 5 years after the incident. This individuals quirk is luck charm, where she can touch something or someone and make them lucky but it can also make one see something that isn't true as luck can be a desire as well. She doesnt truly love the man or the girl but rather wants the money. Acts nice and sweet unless angered. Truly is bad when alone with the girl but an angel in others eyes.

6. What's their quirk?
Quirk Description: User touches their  opponets that they want to "play" with, and that person along with the user are sent to a technology of the users choice. From there, it's like a video game. Where the attacks takes off your hp, there are also health blocks and weapons in the game. She can also create blocks and other game stuff in real life if she wishes to not enter in the phone.

Quirk Drawbacks: The "game" can be interrupted if someone from the outside world gets hold of the technology and breaks it or exits from the "tab" that game was loaded in. If used for a long period of time, user will be glitching for a good amount of time making her feel nauseous and weaken, not being able to concentrate. The glitch can also ruin her body system if she gets a major glitch and that can ruin her train of thought. She prefers to use blocks, force fields or other fame stuff in real life since it's less stamina to waste but if she and opponent go into the technology of her choice, she loses stamina quickly as she has limited time.

7. Are they a hero or villian? Reason.
Hero- Despite wanting to be a singer like how her mother always dreamed about, she went for Hero. Wanting to save kids who still have a family and save them from danger. She wants every kid to feel secure on the awful world. Though, Karuma isn't good with kids as she is socially awkward and cant give a motherly act, considering with her own mother.

8. How was your OC accepted in UA?
As much as Karuma want to do the entrance exam, she was doing the recommendation exam thanks to her good old pops. She feels like that was a cheat way in and not necessarily her strong suit in.

9. Hows their relationship with the cannon characters?
Shoto Todoroki- Their father are friends so Karuma and Shoto met since they were around 8. At first they never got along but then opened up. When entering UA, both were in separate classes but didnt even know the other was in the school to begin with.

Yosetsu Awase- Both became friends first day of school, oddly enough he was quiet yet talkative as Karuma was just a listener and Awase never judged her by first impressions.

ltsuka Kendo- Karuma and her aren't friends but they help another as classmates. Seeing both girls get along it helped Karuma a bit more with her classmates.

Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu- Karuma finds him annoying but not as much as Monoma. She sees him as a stubborn boy trying to be friends with her but it never happened since Karuma awkwardly leaves.

Neito Monoma- Karuma wishes to kick him out the windows finding him annoying. And she sees him as a villain since he always lowers her self-esteem, making her feel horrible about herself.

Ibara Shiozaki- Gentle soul touched Karuma's heart, she sees Shiozaki as a motherly friend. And always rely on her for hugs and other motherly stuff. Friends instantly after a week or two of school.

10. Their relationship with my characters?
Depends

For Hitomi Kiseki, sees Kiseki as just a classmate and nothing more. Karuma always distant as she wanted to become friend with Kiseki but feels as if she will be rejected so keeps her distance.

Einar Theodore- Sees him ever so little considering different classes. But sees the boy as a energetic bean which she wishes had his energy and the way of making friends.

Nope

12. How far did they rank in Sport's festival? (Not all OC's will make it to the tournament)
Up to the second round, getting a team with no teamwork, didnt achieve that far. Since she was exploded away from her team.

13. Whom did your OC do the internships with? What did they learn from it?
Jun Kēko (Techno), learned to concentrate and create technology inside her games as well as creating much smaller force fields and bigger blocks. As well as advancing her hacking skills.

14. Was your OC involved in Hosu Incident?
They were nearby and saw bits but didn't get involved at all. Didnt want to interfere heroes work but her father had gone to help.

15. Did your OC pass the Final Exam? Who were they paired up with and against?
Yep they passed merely. They were paired up with Monoma against Vlad King. And with the lack of teamwork and all the effort Karuma did to make her not be one to take the extra like Monoma.

16. Was OC a target in the Summer Camp Attack? (The max.no of targets will be three, so don't all say 'YES!', ya'll gotta me a good reason for that.)
Probably not, unless its needed to but seeing that she isnt much use other then hacking and being a student.

17. Was your OC a part of the Baku Rescue Squad? (I will choose a few, not eveyone will go)
Nope, never met the man before festival but during she was exploded off from her team and to the floor disqualifying her team. 

18. Who does your OC have for a love interest?
Hmm, not that I can think off but it probably would be Yosetsu Awase. If not no one or a random dude 😅

Yep definitely but is reflecting if continuing.

Best at rescuing the people and keeping them safe from the "villain"

. Did our OC's meet after or before U.A.? If yes, then how? After UA, as classmates as the shy bean was to awkward to talk to Kiseki. And for Einar, after UA due to having different classes and she sees him sometimes during lunch time

Kiseki- If this individual is stubborn or persistent but not annoying then yes. Karuma takes a while to open up.

Einar- Yes probably. Since they have something in common. But obviously they have to meet under a circumstances.

Kiseki- Classmate type of friendship yet a sibling act towards the individual as Karuma become protective

Karuma hates spiders, snakes and frogs and will never get near them, she becomes vulnerable.

Neutral, she wouldn't change anything about her expression on him.

•Father- Tsukiko Lieo (Alive, divorced, age 40, quirk Contact Fatique: By making eye contact with an single contact and continuous keep eye contact then the opponent will lose stamina more quickly then usual the longer the eye contact the more loses) Pro Hero: Fatik

•Mother- Remi Karu (Alive, divorced, age 36, quirk Deception: Being able to deceive someone into seeing something that isn't truly there with direct eye contact) Pro Hero: Illusionaire

•Kaito Karu Lieo (Alive, age 10, quirk Lucid: When the user of the quirk covers their eyes they become invisible. But the people near him become a bit aware, too aware that it all cloges up their minds and become confused and dizzy) 

•Es-Mei Karu Lieo (Alive, age 12, quirk Seek: When the user loses something and is thinking of the said objects, she can see where it is at as its POV and can seek for it.)

•Saisho Karu Lieo (Deceased at age 14, quirk Verbatim: The user can "record" anything they hear and/or see and project it out on a wall or just the audio later for others. A effect of the Quirk is they naturally have good memory and good hearing/eyesight Downsides are that they can only store about 3 hours of "recordings" at a time before they must "delete" some to make room.)

•Firenze Karu Lieo (Alive, age 16)
Hide- where user camouflages into his surroundings. As well as morpheus into a civilian or someone to hide themselves though talking and quirk usage of the person won't work. Though, the person the user choices, they cannot see gim but others can.

6. What's their quirk?
Tag- Like the game "Tag" the user tags a person anywhere in the body, leaving them a red 'X' that stays on the skin where the user made contact. Wherever this target is at, she can teleport there, deleting the 'X' mark on the opponent.

If the target moved to another country it erases itself. And if the x is small it takes alot of concentration and energy to teleport.

In her years, yes.

Um... to mostly all shes a pro hero who loves to give advices or be a mother despite her being single and having no kids. She meets then and instantly loves them.

Heroes work basically away from this commotion

She was definitely there to judge and see who to pick for her internship at her agency

Let's say she was there but to help civilians out of the way and without her pupil who was the intern

Yep, was there to mark x on the wall sand mostly was with Sir Nighteye considering she was scared of him and always obeyed him

She was there with Ectoplasm and Hound Dog as security. Probably covered for Deku.

Depends on how they behave. A nice guy or a funny guy/gal would be instant friends. A cocky or arrogant guy/gal will be instant enemies.

Again depends. The instant friends will be like Elspeth being a mother to her friend. Instant enemy will have a very harsh cruel Elspeth

Definitely, always have been wanting to be a hero and now that she has it she is beyond happy.

Was an orphan at age 2, never met her parents. Her orphanage was called Ever Dream but Kityy had left after turning 18

6. What's their quirk?
Lust- She can use to seduce or lure in anyone she wants, works more best to men but can also function to females, her eyes glow light red. Not only that, list can turn into a card and can also be use for lust or to help heal a part as a desire to help it recover

7. Are they a hero or villian? Reason.
Villain- After leaving orphanage she thought she could live on her own but correction she couldn't for years as she grew older and was Struggling to live before being found and was about to die before she added that she be the nurse, healer or recruiter.

9. Hows their relationship with the cannon characters?
Dabi- When he first arrived, she tried to use her quirk hut it had no effect which happens if the said person has a fire quirk or simply is gay. She was furious as she acted like a child and somewhat becomes friends.

Toga- Both act too girly and when they see blood they enjoy it so much. Though they dont fight for the same blood. Friends immediately

Shigaraki- She was in the group for so long thanks to him. She is in debt and will serve him and OFA for saving her of the dumps.

10. Their relationship with my characters?
Chisuke- She always tries to use her quirk on him to make him smile or just in general to make him nicer. She finds it cute when he smiles.

11. Where was your OC in the USJ attack?
Yep, she was having fun observing from far away as she was ready to fight using her whip. But Shigaraki didnt want her to actually fight since she was the healer.

16. Was OC a target in the Summer Camp Attack?
No but she was there sneaking around and was with Nomu as she took the green haired female hero.

If allowed, Chisuke. If not allowed, Dabi.
