Due to this quirk, she can turn small as a fairy and do much more than in human form. As a human she has limits and can do half a good job. She can fly without wings as human bit as fairy size she has wings. She has many powers a fairy would have. She is a nimble (agility/fast), healing, ilmuniate, and chlorokinesis (manipulate vegetation).

Explanatory as said in desc., she has most of all fairies powers in one as long as she is in her fairy form, for as human half those powers arent strong

𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀
As a fairy quirked, she is weak with lemon/limes as it is poisonous to fairies and herself, iron (or silver once villain) harms her body or skin (silver only if she turned evil), sugar/salts stops them from doing something to count each little grain, cream is like alchohol so she stays away from those.

𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀:
𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- The part of illumination comes from the line of women of Mosa Family. While healing comes from Nesta's grandfather.

𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- The nimble part is from his side, as he and his father along with generations of fathers of Velaris Family. While Chlorokinesis is from Nesta's grandmother.

𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀
𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- Having to take away limes and lemons as it does not harm her but her daughter.

𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- having to see his daughter mostly use his wife parts. And has to turn to a fairy size to have wings.
