Jaybird

𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
She is able to create wings, specifically blue, as she can use them to fly up in the air. Her wings aren't feathers so she has to grab a feather from any bird and can turn it into a weapon from just a touch. Her voice also plays in as it can go high pitched or dropped low, and it never dries up so she can talk for hours.

𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀
Her wings can be torn or broken but she can always summon out a new pair of blue wings. She can hold many feathers in hand and turn them into weapons. Her voice is used to throw off villains, especially in a dark alley.

𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀
Her wings do not allowed her to fly longer than an hour, as they are not created naturally on her body, it takes energy from her to be able to be summoned. If someone else touches her feather weapon turns back to a regular weapon, which doesn't help when she wants civilians to be able to use it. Her voice may seem to never be dried out, but it does and will, usually in winter or under water.

𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀:
𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- Her daughter quirk has a small detail similar to hers, weapons out of feathers. Any feather mother touches turns to weapon and is able to be used in combat.

𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- His daughter quirk has a huge advantage if being able to fly, use voice to high notes or low notes to throw off villains.

𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀
𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- Many unsimilarities are that her daughter can't use the feathers as anything else other than weapons. As well as having the feather turn back to normal

𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳- The wings on him are attached and grown since 5, but his daughter has to summon it out and have not grown wings due to having the feathers return to back, or more less, nothing.
