Chapter 48 - The Boys' Surprise
Chapter 48 – The Boys' Surprise
"ELLA! TINA! OVER HERE!" Daniella excitedly waved her hands like a madwoman. She was standing beside a grinning Kristopher, in front of his limousine. Today, the young celebrity had invited his friends for a short vacation at his villa, and prepared a little surprise later for the girls.
"HEEEY!" Ella yelled back as she quickened her steps. Kristina and Daniel were silently following from behind. "WE'RE COMING!!!"
Kristina glanced at her fiancé and sighed quietly. She was wearing a plain baby-pink dress with soft ruffles on the chest-area and a pair of flip-flops. Ella was wearing a baby-blue dress with soft ruffles on the chest-area and a pair of flip-flops as well. Anne was wearing the exact same thing except that it was colour pale-green. Kristina sighed once more.
"Remind me again why I'm wearing this thing?"
Daniel shrugged his shoulders. "Because Auntie Lizzy wanted you three to match outfits because it was 'cute'?"
"Right." She mumbled. She swung her large shoulder bag and grunted when the heaviness accidentally hit her leg. "That woman also repacked my things because she wanted me to wear all the dresses she bought. Didn't she ever consider the weather? It's too damn cold for summer dresses!"
Daniel grinned and shuffled her hair. "Don't worry. It's not that cold at Top's villa. In fact, it's pretty hot there."
She looked at him curiously as she continued swaying her bag in unison with her leg. "Have you been there before?"
"Yeah. A couple of times actually, when we were still fourteen I think."
"HEY YOU TWO!!!" Ella hollered from afar. She was already way ahead of them! "SAVE THE CHITCHAT LATER! EVERYONE'S WAITING!!! HURRY UP!!!"
Kristina and Daniel sighed in unison before picking up their paces. It seems like they're not as excited as their friends with this little trip. When they finally arrived, Kristopher's butler personally took their luggage and stuffed them on the trunk of the limo.
After that, Kristopher took a good look at each of the three girls. The individual reactions of the girls clearly amused him and Daniel. Daniella nervously tried to avert her gaze; Ella proudly showed-off her dress and Kristina... Kristina glared at him unknowingly. She was just irritated at the fact that her mother made her wear the dress which was making her freeze to death. "WHAT? You wanna join the club too?"
He laughed. "Sorry Tinz, I'm not a big fan of cross-dressing." Kristopher nodded his head in approval and flashed a humorous grin. "Gee, you girls look like you're gonna perform on-stage or something."
"Putting that aside," Ella waved an airy hand, ending the discussion. "Who else are we waiting for? We've already assembled. Can we go now? I can't wait to ride this thing!"
Kristopher smiled and was about to reply when Daniella elbowed his rib. He looked at her accusingly and silently asked why she did that. She shook her head. She forgot to tell her that Sean was coming along in this trip as well. Kristopher had no idea about Ella's past relationship with Sean and neither did Daniel. Only the girls were aware of that.
"Actually Ella..." Daniella forced a giggle. "We're still waiting for Sean."
Confused, she asked. "Sean? Why?"
"He's coming with us," Kristopher added obliviously. "I invited him."
Before she could even make up an expression, the speak of the devil rushed towards their direction carrying a small backpack around his left shoulder. He grinned widely when he saw the two boys. "Hey! Sorry I'm late. Had to run an errand for my sister. Man that girl won't get off my hair."
Daniel and Kristopher greeted him and motioned him to put his bag at the trunk. It seems that these three became quite close after that comic convention a few days ago. They began chatting and had already gone inside the car. Ella looked at Daniella with a horrified face but Daniella just patted her back. "Sorry Ella, Tops didn't know about you two so..."
"Don't worry Ella," Kristina patted her back as well. "If that moron dares to do anything stupid, we're here. I'll beat him up before he sees the light of day again."
They gave her a reassuring smile before hopping in the car. Ella took a deep breath and put on her best poker-face.
The interior of the limousine looked fab as seen in television. There were two long seats parallel to each other and one long seat adjacent to the two, so it looked like an extended, U-shaped couch. Black-leather practically devoured the whole interior of the car added with a dark-brown carpet floor. There was also a mini-fridge beside one of the long seats and a miniature disco ball on the ceiling. One word: luxurious.
One of the reasons why he made this trip possible was because he wanted to spend more time with his friends before he and his cousin leave for Europe in just a few days. He planned everything out and told Daniel that within the whole time they stay in the villa, there should be no mention of them leaving because he didn't want the trip to be sappy.
Kristopher sat on the middle seat of course, and Daniella sat beside him. Daniel sat on the left seat and pulled Kristina to sit beside him as well. Sean was already sitting on the right seat parallel to Daniel; Ella did not want to sit right next to him. She then realized this awkward paring. When she sat right next to Kristina, Kristopher called her attention and childishly grinned.
"Hey the boat's not balanced. You sit there next to Sean!" Although his intentions were good, Ella thought otherwise. In order not to be rude to their host, she reluctantly agreed and sat beside Sean, keeping a fair distance by sitting at the corner of the seat.
The six teens semi-circled around each other as if they were gathering round a campfire just as Kristopher wanted. He felt awfully happy with his real friends surrounding him unlike the usual people and celebrities who just act nice to him because of his status. He was really looking forward to this trip and he was glad his stubborn cousin agreed seeing that this may be their last outing with their friends.
Kristina and Daniella exchanged worried glances when they saw Ella. As they all made themselves comfortable, it was plainly obvious that one or two people had a pretty heavy atmosphere surrounding themselves.
Ella's earlier excitement had drained entirely on her face. When the car started moving, the boys picked up where they left off with their chat about another comic convention and both Kristina and Ella noticed Kristopher's hand, slowly crawling to Daniella's waist as if to make it known that she was his property. When she felt his hand accidentally slip on her hip, she squealed and unconsciously smacked the back of his head, earning light laughter from their companions. Both of them blushed furiously—Kristopher had no idea what just happened but still laughed it off anyway.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
After three hours of travel, they finally arrived inside the large, classy gates of Kristopher's villa. They got out of the car, looking haggard with their jet-lagged appearances, but despite this, they were excited to get in. Even Kristina, who showed absolutely no interest earlier.
"It's huge!" she exclaimed.
It was. The whole building looked like the size of their local mall, if not bigger. It looked substantial, freshly painted and definitely luxurious. They expected nothing less from an international celebrity like Kristopher Walls. They could see the large pool peeking from besides the building; they just couldn't wait to dive in. The whole place looked like it was surrounded by summer.
"Yeah," Daniella mumbled to herself. "It's bigger than when we last came here. Did your parents renovate the whole place?"
"No," Kristopher replied with a smug grin. "They got bored with it so gave this entire villa to me. I made the renovations and extensions with the money I earned."
As they continued to chat, Kristina and Daniel noticed how proud he looked. Kristopher looked like a very proud kid who just cleared a difficult level on a video game or something. Ella snorted at them as Sean was caught in a daze. His jaw literally hit the floor—he wasn't used to seeing such places.
"Rich bastard," Kristina continued to gape at the large mansion-like villa. "I can't believe they gave it to you just because they got bored with it."
Kristopher grinned again, obviously pleased with their reactions. Moving on, a few men in black suits appeared and started to unload the luggage behind the trunk. Their actions were robotic as if they rehearsed the whole thing. As they carried the bags inside the villa in unison, Kristopher, Daniel and Daniella looked unfazed as if it was an ordinary sight. The rest of their company however, had open mouths.
"Well then!" Kristopher excitedly announced. "Before we start having fun, the people here will show you to your rooms. The boys will be separated from the girls of course, unless we want a miracle to—"
"WE GET IT." Daniella scolded while pinching the mischievous grin on his face. "Let's go!"
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
"LIKE WHOAAA!" Kristina and Ella yelled in unison when they entered the room they're to be staying at for the rest of this short vacation. It practically screamed 'expensive' and 'luxurious' everywhere. The size of the whole room was about twenty times the size of Kristina's bedroom—and it wasn't an exaggeration. Built with high ceilings, floral wallpapers and a clean, granite floor, the room alone was a work of a five-star hotel.
"I call dibs on this bed!" Ella squealed as she dived right in the mattress. There were three beds in the room, yet it was still spacious everywhere. It was complete with three dressers, three wardrobes and one bathroom.
When they entered the bathroom, they ran out of words to say. It was beige tiles everywhere with little gold accents from here or there. It definitely looked classy, especially with a shower that could fit maybe ten people inside its glass door and a bath tub or Jacuzzi that looked quite tempting to try out immediately.
Ella sighed and hugged Daniella. "I could live here for the rest of my life."
Daniella giggled lightly as she glanced at the speechless Kristina. "You haven't seen anything yet."
At the boys' room on the other hand, Sean literally studied the whole place. It looked similar to the girls' room except that it had maroon wallpapers instead of beige, and it had no dressers. Only three wardrobes and one humongous bathroom.
"DUDE THIS IS SO SWEET!" he squealed like a girl. He dove into one of the mattresses and snuggled his face on the soft pillows that tempted him to slumber. And as if copying Ella's expression and speech, he yelled, "I CALL DIBS ON THIS BED!"
Kristopher laughed as he kicked his shoes off and dove in a vacant bed as well. Daniel smirked at the two and lazily laid flat on the last vacant bed. He sighed and stretched his arms upon yawning. "Tops, you said you renovated the place, but the room didn't change at all. Except, it's actually cleaner now compared to when we were staying here."
Kristopher sat up and batted his eyelashes at his cousin like a flirty little girl. Daniel almost gagged at his ugly attempt to act like an attractive woman. "Why of course Danny boy!" he changed his voice into something Daniel couldn't explain except creepy. "I asked this delicious looking interior designer of a hunk to mould this place into something suitable to your taste. I'm so happy you noticed! I'm so deeply moved!" and with that, he giggled with a high-pitched tone, mimicking Ella's usual laughs. It was enough to send shivers down Sean and Daniel's spines.
Before he could say anything else, Daniel threw a pillow that smacked his pretty face. "Shut up. You are disgusting. I can't believe we're even blood-related."
Kristopher took the pillow that hit him and grinned wickedly at him. "Oh yeah?"
Three seconds later, an interesting pillow fight emerged.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
"You're kidding me!" Daniella hysterically laughed as Sean told her the reason why they were late. The girls had already finished unpacking and waited for at least an hour for the boys. They made themselves comfortable on the benches in front of the monster-huge swimming pool complete with a tall slide that had water gushing on it, making it slippery to slide on for later use.
Ella tried to cover her mouth with her hand as Kristina looked at Daniel with amusement, stifling her laughter. "You three were late because of a pillow fight! Oh this is so rich!"
Kristopher and Daniel looked a bit ashamed of themselves so they lowered their heads as they were being scolded. Sean had the exact opposite expression on his face.
"And I thought only girls did that..." Daniella looked at Kristopher as if he was a clown.
The girls threw a fit of giggles before Kristopher began to change the subject. He called on two of his female servants and politely asked them to serve light snacks for his guests. They nodded their heads and immediately went to the kitchen.
Kristopher also told his companions that if they wanted to go swimming already, they could change into their swimsuits in their rooms. Everyone willingly agreed to that idea. Daniella and Ella were already chattering about what they were gonna wear and what they were gonna make Kristina wear, that they didn't notice the topic of their little chat had escaped them and went to her fiancé.
Daniel was idly staring at the pool as Kristopher and Sean disappeared, probably to change. When he saw her approach, he smiled at her but was met with a sly grin. He immediately knew what she was thinking.
"Oh butthead," she said in a surprisingly girly tone, imitating her mother or Ella perhaps. "Don't be shy now. I think it's adorable that you've unleashed your inner girly-ness for once." Then she slightly punched his shoulder and laughed victoriously. She loved to be the one teasing him unlike the usual times when he's tormenting her.
Daniel slapped his forehead and groaned. It was a mistake to throw that pillow at his cousin. Sean and Kristopher were the ones playing the damn pillow fight and he was accused of playing it as well. To be truthful, he was annoyed about it. "Inner girly-ness... You want your boyfriend to be girly, is that it?"
"That's fair," she turned around and laid her back on one of the benches. "I'm kinda boyish."
"Then we're the perfect match," Daniel waved his hands and batted his eyelashes just like his cousin did just a few hours ago. It didn't prevent Kristina from bursting into wild laughter.
Observing them from afar, Ella, Daniella, Kristopher and Sean were hiding under a bush, literally. They just couldn't help themselves. After seeing Kristina laughing at what Daniel just said, Kristopher and Sean left the two girls and went ahead to change, looking like they lost interest.
Ella giggled. "I can't believe they've gotten so much closer now. I wonder what happened."
Daniella sighed with a grimacing smile. "They can't help it..." Then she stood up and walked away to change into her bathing suit, dragging Ella with her. If she hadn't, Ella probably wouldn't have left that spot the whole day. "He's gonna leave in just a few days. They've got to make up for lost time."
"You're not gonna swim?" Daniel asked as he sat on the white bench next to Kristina. She shook her head slowly as she relaxed her muscles on the rather comfortable seat.
"I'd rather sleep peacefully than have Ella and Anne transform me into one of their dolls to play with again."
Daniel nodded his head in agreement as the maids that Kristopher spoke with just a while ago came along, balancing the trays on their hands and arms. Kristina stood up immediately and helped them put the trays of snacks down, Daniel helped as well. When he took the tray from the maid's unsteady hand, the young woman met his gaze and he smiled politely at her. Kristina noticed the blush that crept the maid's cheek and the shy smile that formed on her face.
When the maids left, she glanced at the clearly oblivious Daniel, already helping himself with the snacks. She rolled her eyes smiling as she studied the delicious-looking food in front of her. There was a bowl of hot, melted chocolate that served as a dip for the wafers, stick-o's, biscuits, marshmallows and various fruits set on separate plates. Tall glasses of iced tea were on another tray complete with a chopped part of a lemon, spiral straws and tiny umbrellas.
Not a minute later, she was already stuffing her face with the sweets that she unintentionally got chocolate smeared all around the corners of her mouth. She couldn't wait for the rest of their friends. Three hours of travel made her stomach crave for food, and she completely helped herself with the sweets.
Twenty more minutes passed and Kristopher and the rest still haven't arrived. Both Kristina and Daniel wondered what would be taking them this long. She walked towards the corner of the pool and examined the crystal-blue water. She took a small sniff and smelled a mild scent of chlorine. She dipped her finger on the calm water and caused a big ripple that quickly travelled around the whole pool. Kristina watched in amazement as if she never witnessed such thing before.
Daniel suddenly squatted down beside her making her startled and almost fall down the pool. She hissed and slapped his shoulder. After a momentary silence, she began with a small conversation. "The food was great! I wonder if what's left of it will be enough for Ella and the rest though."
"It's their fault they took so long," Daniel shrugged his shoulder as he made ripples on the water by dipping his finger as well. "Besides, Tops has more than enough of that stuff in this place. He's a big sweet-freak that guy. No worries."
Kristina softly laughed. "No wonder he's always hyper." She dipped her whole hand on the warm water as she turned her head to face Daniel with a glint in her eye. "Say, what treat did you like most? I liked the wafers best. I just can't get enough of that chocolate sauce!"
Daniel turned his head as well and met her gaze. He noticed the chocolate on the corners of her mouth although they were already dry. He raised his brows and looked at her with an expressionless face. Kristina dropped the grin and replaced it with a confused look. She kept fixing her gaze on his eyes that she didn't realize his face come closer. He smirked a bit before lightly brushing his tongue on her lower lip, the one with the chocolate stain. He tasted the sweetness of the chocolate and teasingly licked his lips as he stared at her, eager to see her reaction.
Her eyes widened and her face instantly turned red. Daniel shrugged his shoulders and stuck his tongue as if it was just a practical joke. "I liked that treat best."
In a rage that concealed embarrassment, Kristina grabbed a hold of his collar but that only made things worse. As she forcefully gripped his shirt, the both of them lost their balance in their position and accidentally fell down the pool. A large amount of water splashed out to the surface. They didn't realize that the pool was so deep that it actually took them a few more seconds before they popped their heads out of the water for oxygen.
Kristina took a deep breath as she frantically moved her legs under the pool to keep herself from sinking. She suddenly cursed her petite height all of a sudden. She noticed her dress rise up to the point of exposing her bare stomach so she quickly pushed it down. When she spotted Daniel's head popping out of the water beside her, she immediately splashed water on him. "You butthead!!!"
"WELL WELL WELL!" Kristopher and the rest of the gang suddenly arrived. Kristina seriously thought they had the worst timing in history. "I thought you two didn't want to go swimming. Turns out, you both just couldn't wait to jump in huh?!"
They all chorused an amused laugh as Kristina turned red again. Anne giggled and pointed at Daniel.
"Oooh Danny's flushed!"
Ella held her cheeks and squealed. "Why don't you two take off your clothes before you jump in the water?"
Everyone burst into laughter again. Before Kristina or Daniel could even protest, all of them jumped into the pool screaming 'CANNONBALL!!!' each. The couple ended up swallowing more water than usual because of those sudden jumps. Instead of arguing, Kristina laughed it off instead and joined the fun despite her attire.
She dived in the water and took her flip-flops off, throwing them out of the pool. Daniel did the same. For the next hour, they played in the water like little children. The whole afternoon was used for splash-fights, sliding, swimming races, volleyball and a lot more games they invented on the spot.
Kristina looked calm with a smiling face, but under the water, her legs were tired because of all the paddling. The pool was approximately twelve feet and that didn't agree much to her cute height of 5'2. She looked at Daniel who was happily splashing water at Kristopher's face as a sort of revenge for earlier. When he noticed that she was looking at him, he raised his brows as she gave him a pitiful look.
He swam towards her and grabbed her waist, side-hugging her. "Poor shorty-Poopy," he childishly grinned. Kristina scoffed and pinched his nose, but was also grinning. Daniel pulled her towards the corner of the pool so she could hold on the railings but that was clearly misinterpreted by their friends.
"Where are you two gooooing?" Daniella cooed in the middle of splashing water at Ella.
They ignored them. They already knew that whatever they said or did, it won't change their friends' playful thinking. Instead of holding on to the railing, Kristina wrapped her arms around Daniel's neck. He looked at her confused. "Can we go out of the water now? I'm not comfortable with this heavy clothing. And I'm freezing!"
Daniel nodded his head and grabbed her waist again. She made a quick shriek when he lifted her up from the water and placed her on the solid surface outside the pool. He got out as well and both of them wringed the cold water from their clothes. Kristina felt the cold air slap her skin as her teeth began to shiver.
"Wanna go inside?" Daniel suggested. Kristina nodded and he placed his hand around her shoulder, an attempt to somehow keep her warm just until they get inside. In the middle of their little walk back to the villa, Kristopher hollered from the pool.
"Hey Danny!"
Daniel and Kristina glanced at the boy who was grinning wickedly at them. "Don't turn into a beast and get rough with Tinz! Be gentle!"
As he continued to laugh, Ella and Daniella splashed him with water which caused him to choke and cough. Sean laughed at his silly face. Daniel shook his head as Kristina rolled her eyes.
When they arrived inside, Daniel and Kristina went to their separate rooms to change, and after a few more minutes, they went down and met at the same place they parted. Right now, Kristina changed into a pair of white shorts and a floral blouse. Daniel was wearing shorts as well and a plain blue t-shirt.
He and Kristina went to the kitchen to make themselves a good cup of hot, steaming chocolate. As they stirred their warm drinks with tiny teaspoons, Daniel broke the silence with another conversation that he knew would lead to another silly quarrel.
"I still think strawberry-panties don't suit you," he suddenly said as he sipped his on his mug. Kristina's eyes widened yet again as she stared at him in disbelief.
"Wha—"
"The pool," he quickly explained with a smug look. "When we fell down, your dress went up a bit too high and—"
"No wonder you took so long to come out!!!" she blushed furiously and hit his shoulder and chest countless times. "YOU BUTTHEAD! PERVERT! BUTTHEAD!"
"H-Hey!" he laughed at her adorable reaction. He just loved seeing her interesting expressions every time he teased her. "I'm allowed to see you know. I'm the boyfriend slash fiancé after all."
Kristina stopped hitting him and gave him a big smack on his shoulder and the back of his head. "PERVERT!!!"
It was already getting dark, but luckily, Kristopher's employees turned the lights around the pool on. His guests thought it was an amazing sight because the lights were inside the pool, so it looked like the water was glowing. It was beautiful.
Kristopher isolated Daniella and himself from their other friends and attempted to make his move. He smiled his million-dollar smile that instantly earned him the fans and respect in the entertainment world. Daniella rolled her eyes, clearly unaffected. "Loser," she quipped.
"How's this for courting?" he said as he continued to corner her without her realizing it. "Do I get points?"
Daniella made a humorous laugh. "So this whole trip was actually your scheme to get to me? How romantic," she said sarcastically.
Kristopher's grin couldn't get any wider. When Daniella noticed that he'd already driven her to a corner, she looked at him surprised. He trapped her with his arms and looked at her eyes as if he was trying to drown himself in those hazel orbs. Quietly and slowly, he pressed his lips on hers.
It was quick and innocent; yet Daniella couldn't help the heat rise in her face. She noticed how attractive he looked especially with the damp hair and the glowing water. She also noticed how her childhood friend's arms had gotten quite muscular as well. She mentally slapped herself for thinking such thoughts and concealed it with a smile. "Fine. Three points for you."
"Only three?" Kristopher acted disappointed. He still couldn't believe that they were here right now. He wanted them to be together longer, but they had several duties to attend to first. He mentally smirked as he imagined the look on that bald-head Mr. Yao's face if he sees what he's going to do to his most favourite niece. "Well then I guess I'll have to deepen it then?"
"No way!" she was quick to refuse and evade, but was unsuccessful when he grabbed her arm underwater and pulled her in into a deep, penetrating kiss. Daniella raised her hand and slapped it on the water, admitting defeat. This would be their first kiss in the twelve or thirteen years they've known each other.
Seeing that sweet scene from a distance, Ella couldn't help but be proud of her best friend. She giggled when she thought about what her other best friend and her fiancé could be doing right this moment as well. She sighed when she compared her situation to theirs. Those two couples are working it out, while her? Sean didn't speak a single word to her since this morning.
She watched him as he calmly floated across the other side of the large pool. He was also staring at Kristopher and Daniella and the corners of his mouth tugged up into a silent smirk. Ella sighed once more before glancing at the starry sky. She didn't realize it was already evening. Time does run fast when you're having fun. She was so distracted. She tried to make up patterns and constellations from the millions of stars that twinkled in the sky. An unwanted thought crossed her mind. Why couldn't she get over Sean already? Years had gone by already.
She blinked and sighed again as if sighing would make her depression go away. Daniella's advice rang her ear. In order to forget a past love, she needed to find a new love? As if that was easy. She just can't force herself to like another guy. That would still be meaningless. Although she did hope that the right one would find her soon so she could let go of her past.
"Hey," she heard a voice. She reluctantly took her gaze off the sky and met Sean's eyes. She literally felt her breath hitch on her throat. Since when did he get so close? Sean smiled as he secretly pointed at Kristopher and Daniella's direction. They were too far from them that they couldn't see clearly what they were doing at the moment.
"You think we're disturbing them or something?" he asked, a grin still present on his face. Ella looked at them and smiled lightly, still conscious at the fact that he was so near.
"I don't think so."
Sean looked at her again and she tried her best to keep up an expressionless face. Why was he so calm while she was almost frantic? It wasn't fair at all. "You know, we could've... been like them."
The sudden words surprised Ella. This was the first time he opened up such a topic. She noticed him getting quite nervous because he kept averting his gaze. She was wondering what reaction should she have, what reply would she give. This seemed to sudden damn right.
"But we didn't." She casually replied, as if it didn't affect her. Sean sighed and smiled. It was unnatural for him to act like this.
"Yeah," he mumbled. "We didn't."
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
After a quiet dinner, they all said good night as they went to their rooms. The girls quickly changed into their pyjamas and collapsed on their beds. Each of them had different expressions and thoughts in their minds.
Kristina looked a bit happy and a bit irritated at the same time. She had a wonderful time with Daniel, but that butthead just had to ruin it by annoying her and criticizing her choice of underwear. It wasn't such a new thing but it was still getting to her head. She groaned as she buried herself on the pillow. She wanted to rest.
Daniella was covering her flustered face with her blanket. She couldn't believe what happened at the pool earlier that evening happened. She touched her lips and blushed for the nth time. She smiled and felt too happy she could die. She was suddenly excited of what adventures await them tomorrow.
Ella had a completely opposite face. Her lip looked like a thin line as she thought deeper about the small talk with Sean at the pool. Why did he say that? Was he sending her a message? Was he regretting it? Why did he talk to her about that all of a sudden? It was so confusing and her emotions were conflicting inside her head and heart.
In the boys' room, the lights were already out and each of them were already snoring their heads off. It was indeed a tiring day and tomorrow will surely be more exciting than this one. Of course, they had already planned ahead and prepared yet another surprise for the girls. They just couldn't wait.

A/N: Hey, I was wondering... why did the last chapter receive only a few reads? Did that filler suck that much? Hahaha. Just wondering. Because the last one had 1000+ reads and the next one 100+ only? It's strange... But that's alright because the number of votes only had a slight difference. :))
And this chap! Ohohoho. I had to split it into two because of its length. I think this one's quite filler-ish too. Weeeeell. :P
Stay tuned. :DD
