Hannah's P.O.V.

Ella and I had just walked out the front door.  We were best friends, well except she does have a lot of her own best friends and so do I but we were super close.  We always told each other everything and barely ever got in fights, but when we did, it changed the mood of the whole household.

It was the beginning of September and so it was finally starting to cool down, trees would change colours soon and then it would be fall.  I love fall.  I really don't want to start senior year at a whole new high school, but I can't do much about it now.

"Wait," Ella says breaking the silence, "what time does Mom want them to come over?"

"She never said, I'll call her." I told Ella.

I got off of the phone and I told Ella what she had said.  We were just getting to the end of Jacks driveway.

"So, Jacks pretty cute right?" Ella asked.

"Ohhh I see, Ella has a crush!" I say joking her.

"No dummy, Ella does not have a crush." she says mocking me.

We were about half way up his driveway.

"You and Jack, I see something there." She tells me.

"Dude I literally met this kid 45 minutes ago are you crazy?" I ask her

"Yes, but we all know that already.  I'm just saying get to know him cause that would be super cute.  And you could even go watch his hockey games!" Ella says.

"I already do, except I watch Trevor not Jack." I tell her.

"Perfect, its convenient." she says 

I laugh a little and knock on the Hughes front door.  A few seconds later, a slim blonde lady opens the door smiling. 

"Are you two Marks daughters'?" she asks us

"That's us!" I say.

"Well come on in, I don't know if you remember me but I'm pretty sure I've met you two a few times." She says.

"I think I remember a bit." I tell her

"Well even though you remember me, you might not recognize the other three fools around this house." she says as we all laugh.

"What do you mean three fools Ellen?" A man, who I recognize as Jacks Dad says, walking out of the kitchen.

"You're Jim right?" Ella asks him.

"That's me.  I haven't seen you girls in a long time." Jim says.

"I know right!  It's been forever."  I tell them.

"Wait a minute, " Jim says, "okay so you're Hannah and you're Ella?" 

Ella and I laugh a little bit and we nod our heads signalling that he was wrong.

"Nope." Ella and I say at the same time.

"I still think you two are the real twins and Trevor is the non twin!" Ellen says and we all laugh.

"Oh yeah the little twins too!" Jim says.

"That would be Owen and Reeve." Ella says.

"How old are they now?" Ellen asks.

"They're 14, and always causing trouble." I tell them.

"That sounds like someone else we know." Jim says.

And almost as if on cue, a younger version of Jack comes slowly walking down the stairs looking up at all of us from his phone.

"Luke, do you remember Hannah and Ella?" Ellen asks him.

"Don't think so." he says.

"Well, they're Trevor's sisters.  Actually, Hannah is Trevor's twin." Ellen says.

"Oh." the kid says while looking at Ella.  She looks right back at him, and I can see a sparkle in her eyes.

"Okay well, this little one here is Hannah." Jim says pointing at me.  The boy walks up to me and shakes my hand.

"I'm Luke, it's nice to meet you." He says.

"It's nice to meet you Luke!" I tell him.

"And this one is Ella." Jim says pointing at Ella.

Luke walks up to her and shakes her hand, "Luke." is all he says.

"I'm Ella , it's nice to meet you." Ella says as Luke just nods.

"Luke may I ask where your brother is?" Ellen asks Luke. 

"I think he's hanging  out with one of his friends." Luke says.

"Well thanks for letting us know Quinny, that was nice of you." Jim says jokingly.

"So our Mom sent us over here to ask if you guys all wanted to join us for dinner tonight?" I say.

"It's nothing special, we're just ordering chinese food." Ella tells them.

Ellen looks at the two boys and says, "We would love to join you guys for dinner, what time?"

"Six o'clock." I tell her.

"We'll be there.  I assume that Jack is at your house with Trevor?" Ellen then asks.

"Yep, all of my brothers and Jack are there." Ella says.

"Also our Mom and Dad." I add.

"Thank you girls.  I don't think Quinn will be coming tonight but you'll see him soon I bet." Jim says.

"Well it was nice to see you guys again!" I tell them all.

"We'll be seeing  a lot of each other now that you live right beside us." Ellen says.

I turn to see Ella smiling a little, while a slight smile begins to form on the corner of Lukes lips.

"See you guys later!" I say as Ella and I leave the front door.

"You know Ella," I say, "you and Luke would look pretty cute together." I mimic what she had said about Jack and I earlier.

"Oh shut up Hannah!" Ella says to me.

"Sorry Ella Wella!" I say laughing.

"Say that name again Hannah and I swear I'll---" Ella says, I knew she was joking right now.

"You'll what Ella Bella?" I laugh again at the name and she just smiles.

We walked back inside our house and I could here my Mom on the phone.

"thirty minutes? okay thanks." my mom said as she hung up the phone.

Ella and I walk into the kitchen where mom was and I grab a glass of water for us.

"Who was that?" I ask Mom.

"That was the Chinese place, I have them delivering the food to our house and they said it will take thirty minutes." My Mom says.

It was currently 5:30.

"So we met Ellen and Jim and then we met the youngest boy Luke." Ella says.

"Quinn isn't coming today though." I tell her.

"Okay so then your Dad, me, Ellen, Jim, Jack, Trevor, and you two will sit at the table.  Luke, Owen and Reeve will sit in the kitchen." My mom says.

"Okay Mom thanks!" I say.

I start walking upstairs towards my room and when I walk past Trevors room, I hear my name.

"Hannah!" Trevor called.

"What?" I asked from outside of his door.  I liked our new house, I even had the biggest room!  

"Come in Hannah." He says.

"Fine." I say as I walk inside Trevors room.

"Oh my god Trevor you finally changed it!" I say to Trevor.

"Aren't you proud?" He asks.

"Very" I say. 

 I was looking around the room when my eyes got caught on an almost confused looking Jack.

"Trevors room used to be a baby blue colour with trains all over it and he just kept it like that forever!" I told Jack.

"Baby Trev had style!" Jack said and him and I laughed.

I turn around to see an annoyed looking Trevor.

"Sorry but it is kinda funny." I say to him.

"I bet." He replies.

"Your parents and Luke are coming in twenty minutes for supper." I tell jack as I'm walking out the door.

I finally get to my room and I start to look for something a little bit nicer to wear.  I was just in sweats and my hair was in a messy bun so I wanted to look somewhat presentable for guests.  I went to my closet and picked out a black tank top with white shorts.  I put on a few necklaces and straightened my hair.

I walked to Trevors room.

"Your parents will be here in 5 minutes." I told Jack.

"Okay, lookin' good Zegras." Jack said while flashing a smile.

"I know." Trevor said at the same time as I said "Thank you." awkward.

"I was talking to Hannah, dipshit." Jack said.

I could feel myself blush when the doorbell rang.
