"I'll be away for a week for my business meeting" Runo exclaimed to his sister as he drank his tea

"A week?! That's too long!"

"Just 168 hours, not too much, you'll fine"

"B-But— how can I be alone in this house at night?" Juno whined

"You're not a baby, what's wrong with staying alone? Just lock the doors properly"

"Uh okay..."

Juno smiled and ruffled her hair "Good, but just to let you know my dearest sister, don't open the door if you hear someone knocking at 3 am and also remember, if you wake up suddenly at 3 am it's because someone is staring at you and also, don't keep any empty chairs near you at night because the ghosts sits there at night and if you hear some sound from under your bed at night, just throw a torch there, the monsters under the bed are scared of dark"

"T-thanks brother! T-that was rey helpful" she trembled, smiling in terror as her eyes filled with tears

"Oh dear, what are these tears for? Happiness? Aww, I'll come back soon, don't worry" he smiled.

He already had his bags packed and left at around 9 pm, leaving Juno alone in the house. She locked the door properly and checked everything properly and went to her room with her dinner and locked her door.

She was too scared to roam around the house alone at night so decided to be in her room only.

Her phone made a sound as she looked to check while eating her taco. It was a text sent some hours ago. She was about to open the text when she heard a sound from downstairs.

"Uh...Mr/Mrs Ghost...?" She muttered, "or maybe Ms? Not being offensive... totally"

There was no sound. She kept her empty plate on the table and went to the washbasin to wash her hands. After she was done, she quickly got on her bed, with the Tripitaka, the Bible, the Vedas and Upanishads, the Quran and the Hadith, the Agamas, the Tanakh and the Talmud, Kojiki, Guru Granth Sahib, Dao De Jing, the Book of Shadows and the Avesta.

"Ha, with all these holy books, no ghost can eat me now!" She laughed. Since when did you become so religious? And GHOST CAN'T EAT HUMANS!!

The sound of the footsteps were heard next. But Juno was no less, she was ready with everything and even Kin was wearing helmet for protection.

The footsteps continued and stopped near her bedroom's room. Everything turned silent after that, no one spoke a word. Juno was scared as hell, she watched 'Veronica' last week and even her wardrobe seems like a ghost to her in dark.

Juno gulped and slowly came down from her bed. She went near the door and tried to peep from the keyhole. It was looking dark, means clearly someone is standing there. Then someone knocked the door as Juno screamed, taking a step back.

"W-who's there—?!"

No one replied but the knocking turned into banging

"I-I've super powers that can turn you into a t-tadpole— don't try me, evil spirit!!" She yelled

"Juno!"

"I'm not Juno, leave me alone!!"

"... it's me, open the door!" The voice came

"I don't know anyone by that name, and it's such a weird name..." She cried

"I'm your brother, duh"

"Runo?"

"Yeah"

"Wait" Juno opened the door. It was really her brother, not anyone else,

"What are you doing here?"

"The convenience store is closed today and I didn't get to eat the chocolate ice cream you brought that day so..." He nervously smiled

"You came all way back here, acted so strange, almost freaked me out for your stupid ice cream??!"

"I forgot to eat at home!!" He sighed

"Jeez, okay go and eat then, why knocked my door?"

"Um, let's eat together!" He smiled

"Really?! Together... eating that chocolate one??" Her face lit up

"Yep"

"LET'S GOOO!!"

It was the next morning again, Runo left again that night and Juno was really alone that time, minus Kin and the spirits. She woke up early so that she can sleep again and then woke up late.

"Where's my ruler??" She scattered her pencil bag and her notebooks while half dressing herself for school

"Nya!" Kin meowed (Tn// In the third drawer!)

"Yes, Kin is a cutie pie but where's the ruler??!" Juno asked as Kin face-floored. Yeah, should have been 'facepalmed' but he used the floor instead of his palm.

Juno finally gave up on searching and left for school after giving breakfast to Kin.

"Be a good boy and don't murder air!" Junk said and went out after locking the door as Kin waved at her from inside.

She met Ice and Joe on her way to school. "You seems tired, everything okay?" Juno asked Joe

"Don't ask, my sister—"

"Okay, I won't ask"

"...."

They entered inside the classroom as Ice, the class president went to the teacher's room to bring the attendance sheet and the due files of previous week. She entered inside the classroom with handful of unnecessary stuffs and couldn't carry the weight more and fell down along with the stuffs.

Everyone stared at her.

"Are you okay?" Joe asked from her seat

"I'm Ice and help me atleast!!" She shouted as Joe and Juno went to help her. After that, they retuned back to their seats. Juno sat with Joe with Ice in front of them. The class started as usual but all the teachers were absent except Mrs Hizard, so they only had history class for 2 hours, before break.

"It's been 16 years and I don't understand why we are always stick with Hilter" Joe said, walking towards their lockers

"Because that's the only history people are interested in" Ice replied

"It was surely fun" Juno replied

"You enjoyed today's class?"

"Mhmm, Hilter is my biggest inspiration" she smiled as both the girls took a step away from Juno, "Uh....

Just kidding, ha...ha"

"Thank god—"

"Thank the Great Gas Chamber!" Ice shouted

"Ehhhhh" then they walked towards the cafeteria to order their daily lunch.

"What with the weird noises?" Joe looked around as everyone present in the cafeteria looked at them

"Sorry, it's my phone" Juno nervously smiled and checked her phone. There was eight notifications at the same time. Two from Domino's, two from Flipkart, two from Wattpad and another two from pinterest.

She opened her pinterest app and found that @giligulu sent her a text. She face lit up, and when she realised that, she hide it with an embrassement.

"Who is it, Juno?" Ice asked

"Oh, just the shopping apps and an annoying author you know, no biggie" she smiled and opened Gili's text

Gili: Hey! I need a help!

Gili: How can you turn someone on?

Juno: ....By making them a light? Ya know, connection then with wires with a conductor..a battery and ammeter and voltmeter—

Gili: Ah thanks! My friend is actually depressed for this reason, I'm sure it will help him :D

Juno: Uh, I was kidding...is your friend okay?

Gili: 😐 No he is not, his broke up with his girlfriend bcuz she claimed that he doesn't turn her on

Juno: Eh, okay

Gili: So...I thought to help him, wanna help me in helping him?

Juno:  I wish I could but I've got some illegal works to do

Gili: I-illegal??

Juno: Lol, nothing :p

Gili: Remember, there's no Wifi in the jail
