Bella's POV

It had now been a few weeks since Ali-Rose has had that nightmare of hers. What had brought it up, I have no idea but it seemed that the family was on high alert now since then. Right now Renesmee, Jake and I were hunting in the woods while the others stayed at the main house. Edward didn't even want to join us, he only wanted to stay beside Ali-Rose; she was his favorite daughter, I could tell. Though we tried not to show favoritism with our daughters, I think he was only staying extra close to her because he's worried, just like the rest of us are.

After a few hours of hunting, the three of us were walking back to the main house. Walking through the door, we heard Emmett yelling, I believe it was towards Edward as I heard the mention of Ali-Rose name. Oh my, this can't be good.

"She's going to kill herself if she keeps this up! Doesn't she care about herself and this family!? She has us worried sick!" Emmett growled out. He was usually calm unless someone hurt his family.

"She's just a child, Emmett. She's frightened and worried for her family!" Edward growled back.

"Starving herself isn't going to do anything and she knows it. It's been five days since her last hunt and she won't eat human food." Rosalie cut in, placing a hand on her husband's should.

Ali-Rose was curled up in a ball against Carlisle's chest, covering her ears the best she could though that wouldn't do anything. I sighed, walking over to Edward, grabbing hold of his hand, grabbing his attention.

"What happened, Edward?" I asked, looking up at him.

Edward looked down at me before rubbing his face with his free hand. "They think Ali-Rose is trying to starve herself again though it has only been five days since her last hunt. It's not like we hunt every day." He stated, pulling me close to his chest.

I looked over at Carlisle who was rubbing soothing circle patterns on her back. He met my eyes, giving a slight nod. "Her eyes are not completely dark but she could at least eat a small human meal." He spoke calmly. He didn't want anymore fighting in his home.

I nodded before walking over to them, bending down to their level. "Baby, look at me, please?" Ali-Rose didn't seem to move as she kept her eyes closed tightly and ears covered. "Baby, please." I said, grabbing her chin gently to get her to look at me.

Ali-Rose looked at me, tears forming in her eyes. "I'm sorry mommy, I'm sorry." She flung her arms around me, crying into my shoulder. "I'm making everyone angry, upset and worry." She pulled away, looking at me with guilty eyes before quickly running out the backdoor towards the woods.

"Ali-Rose!" I yelled, standing up quickly before turning to the others. "What is wrong with you!? All of that arguing isn't good for her, for them." I said.

"Then she shouldn't have been starving herself to begin with." Emmett said, arms crossed but there was guilt across his face.

"Her guilt is even worse now though. Her emotions are very strong at the moment." Jasper said as he stood by the back door with Carlisle. "We'll bring her back."

It was an hour till they returned, Ali-Rose curled up in Jasper's arms. Her face was in the crook of his neck, her body shaking with sobs.

"I'm sorry.." That seemed to be the only thing she was saying and we barely were able to hear it.

"She hunted while we were out, everything seems to be fine at the moment." Carlisle said before looking over at Emmett. "She really feels bad son, you should apologize."

Emmett looked at the three of them before sighing, nodding his head.

I watched from the couch, listening to Renesmee read. "We should feed her again but small portions." I suggested from my spot.

Edward seemed to agree, nodding his head as he took Ali-Rose into his arms. He rubbed soothing circles on her back, kissing her temple. "Will you eat a small sandwich for us baby?" He asked her.

Ali-Rose lifted her head slightly before giving a light nod of her head. Edward, Carlisle, and Jasper seemed to smile as they headed towards the kitchen where Esme was. Esme gave a smile as she placed a plate with a sandwich in front of Ali-Rose.

The four vampires watched as she ate her small meal and when she finished, she cleaned up her dirty dish. Renesmee then ran in, giggling as she stood beside her twin.

"Ali-Rose, come play with Jake and I, please?" Renesmee asked, a bright smile on her face as Jacob walked into the kitchen seconds later.

Ali-Rose looked at her twin, showing a small smile as she nodded. "Okay." They held each other's hand as the twins ran out the back doors, Jacob following behind them.

Everyone of the Cullen's seemed to be watching the three of them play a game of tag in the backyard. The twins laughter could be heard, bringing smiles to everyone's face. When night fell, Carlisle was checking the height of Renesmee growth, writing the results down in his black notebook. He then did Ali-Rose, writing down her results; Renesmee being slightly taller than Ali-Rose.

"Carlisle, could you check her heartbeat for me please?" I asked, Edward standing behind me, his arms wrapping around my waist as I leaned into him.

"But of course, Bella." Carlisle said, giving off a soft smile as he picked Ali-Rose up into his arms. "Come on sweetheart." He tapped her nose, taking her into his office.

Edward, Renesmee and I waited in the living room on the couch for Carlisle and Ali-Rose to come out of Carlisle's office. About a few minutes after, the two came down, Ali-Rose clinging to Carlisle along with the wolf plush that we got each of the twins.

"Her heartbeat is stronger than what it was earlier but I want to keep checking every once in awhile." He stated, sitting in the love seat next to Esme as Ali-Rose ran over towards us, crawling into my lap.

"Thank you, Carlisle." Edward smiled towards his father.

The whole Cullen family was enjoying their time together, chatting and laughing. No one knew of what was to come, not even Alice. At least not yet, but they would all have to prepare soon but for now they were enjoying having their family together.
