Right now Takuya is travelling through a mountain forest on Brisa, who was happily to be out and walking around.

"Um, once we get past these mountains, I should find out were Fuchsia City is." Takuya said looking at the map.

"Then that's were mother can get her sixth gym badge." Koyuki said.

"What type does the gym specialise in Aura?" Yami asked.

"Well, its a poison type gym." Takuya replied.

"Eh, where is Aunt Achlys anywhere?" Koyuki asked looking around.

"She must be look around the place." Yami replied.

"Exploring or scaring someone is more like it." Takuya added.

When Takuya said that her shiny Gengar appeared laughing mischievously, "Gengengengengen." She grinned.

Takuya sweat drop, 'She did something.' She thought.

"Gengar, Gengar." Achlys pointed over the mountains.

Takuya blinked, "Trouble over the mountains?"

"Gengar." Achlys nodded.

Before Takuya could ask what, a explosion happened, blasting the area and making the ground shake.

Brisa was startled, trying to get her balance back with Takuya who was pulling her reins to get her to calm down.

"What was that?" Koyuki gasped hanging onto her mother's shoulder.

"Don't know, but it came from the other side of the hill." Takuya answered, "Achlys hide yourself in the shadows, till I call you."

"Genger." Achlys nodded and disappeared into the forest.

"We should hurry and have a look." Yami said.

Takuya nodded and pulled the veins making Brisa ran up to the top of the hill.

What Takuya saw was a complete surprise, she found out that the explosion was some trucks being destroyed by landslides and odd pit holes in the ground.

"This is a mess." Takuya said looking around, "What happen?"

"I'll tell you what's going on." A voice said from across Takuya, sounding very cross.

The voice belonged to a constructive Workman who was very mad, "It's because of those Diglett!"He shouted angrily as his face were red.

"Diglett huh?" Takuya said and taking out her Pokédex.

Diglett is a tiny, brown Pokémon that seems to be perpetually buried within the earth, leaving only its head visible. It has beady black eyes and a large, round, pink nose.

'Simple and short information.' Takuya, Yami and Koyuki thought.

"Diglett! Diglett!" A bunch of Diglett appeared out of the ground with a smile, "Diglett! Diglett! Diglett!"

"Happy little fellows aren't they." Takuya giggled.

"Diglett!"

"God I hate those damn Diglett!" The Workman shouted in frustration.

Takuya's Pokémon looked at each other in question.

"Excuse me sir," Takuya said getting the man attention, "but why do you hate Diglett?" She didn't see anything bad about Diglett.

"Because those Diglett keep on interrupting our construction work." The man answered, "Me and my men are trying to build a dam, but those Diglett keep getting in the way."

Suddenly they heard vehicle sounds coming closer; some cars, trucks and buses came up the road.

"Ah, at last they've come." The Workman said happily all the sudden.

Takuya blinked, "They?"

"I've asked some Pokémon trainers to help me get rid of the Diglett," The Workman answered, "and if you want to help you're welcome too."

Takuya frown a bit and looked at her Pokémon, "I don't want to attack the Diglett or try to get rid of them. Do you think that they have a reason for interrupting the construction work?" She asked them.

"There is but the problem is what?" Yami said, "Oh no!" He groaned.

Brisa snorted unhappy to see someone.

"What's wro-" Takuya turned to see a trainer came out of a red convertible car, Takuya and her 3 years Pokémon know to well.

"Good thing mum isn't out of her Pokéball, but on second thought she sees everything." Yami stated. "Koyuki don't speak okay."

Brisa neigh telling her the same thing.

Koyuki nodded, "Okay Uncle Yami, Aunt Brisa."

Yep it was Gary Oak the number one annoying arrogant jerk dubbed by Takuya's Pokémon who knows him.

"Gary?" Takuya said looking surprised to see her rival, she hopped of Brisa while Koyuki stayed on her.

"Well if it isn't Taky-boy." Gary said in a high superior tone, "What brings you here?"

"I'm on my way to get my sixth badge." Takuya answered.

Gary chuckled. "I've already got my sixth badge." He said with a arrogant smirked.

Takuya rolled her eyes, he's still the same as ever, "So what are you doing here?" She asked.

"I have been asked by the Workmen to help with the Diglett problem." Gary answered and saw a white Pokémon on the back of Rapidash, "What Pokémon is that?!" He shouted.

Brisa and Yami who was disguised as a Pikachu, snorted annoyed by his voice.

"Huh?" Takuya blinked, "Koyuki?"

"Rio, rio!" Koyuki jumped into Takuya's arm.

Gary took out his Pokédex to scan the unknown white Pokémon.

"What?" He gasped.

Takuya sighs, "Gary, Riolu is a Pokémon who is found in the Sinnoh region and they are rare." She said.

"So those Riolu huh?" Gary said stubbornly, "It looks small and I bet that they are totally weak. My Pokémon are stronger then it, I bet they'll beat in no time plat."

Koyuki glared at him with Brisa and Yami, she could see why her Uncles and Aunties at been with her mother for years hate him.

Takuya lowed her head so her bangs where shadowing half her face, "Listen here Gary, I can handle it that you make fun of me that's fine but..." She lifted her head up and glared at him dangerously, "Don't you ever make fun of my Pokémon." She growled.

Takuya has limits on how much people can pushed her, but insulting her Pokémon was one thing that she never appreciate by trainers... scratch that, anyone.

"Hmph." Was Gary reply, but he won't admit that Takuya did look scary for the moment there.

Brisa glared at him who was so close to release a flamethrower at his arrogant face.

The Workman explained to the trainers that they needed to get rid of there Diglett, "These bugs cause nothing but trouble!" He shouted through the speaker.

"Excuse me but Diglett are a ground type." Gary corrected him.

Takuya rolled her eyes, as she stood from the distance, "Achlys." She said and her shiny white Pokémon appeared.

"Gengar."

"I want you to scout the area of these mountains, the Diglett must have a reason for destroying everything that the construction man is trying to do."

Achlys nodded, "Gengar." She vanished into the shadow to search.

"I don't care what type they are!" The Workman shouted angrily, "I just want them gone!"

"I'll handle them." Gary said, he kissed one of his Pokéball and threw it to get a Pokémon out.

But what happened was weird; Gary's Pokémon came out and then went back into the Pokéball.

Takuya raised an eyebrow at this, "The Pokémon went back in." She said.

"What?!" Gary tried again with another Pokéball, but the same thing happened, "I'll try every Pokémon I have." He threw out every Pokéball he had, all six.

When the other Pokémon trainers tried to release their Pokémon, the same result happened with the other trainers Pokéballs.

"Diglett!" What was stranger was that the Diglett would give the Pokéballs back to the trainers.

"Thank you." The trainers said getting back their Pokéballs.

"Well this is interesting to say the fact." Takuya said and her Pokémons nodded, they were all amused by the mole Pokémon actions.

The workman looked at Takuya and notice that her Pokémons were already out of their Pokémon, "Hey you girl! Why aren't you doing anything?!" He shouted.

Every trainer looked at Takuya, Gary notice that she wasn't ordering her Pokémon to attack the Diglett.

Takuya looked at him, "My Pokémon won't attack them." She replied bluntly. "There's nothing I can do."

"Somebody just get rid of them already!"

After trying again five times, Gary gave up and left in his red convertible car and the other trainers decided to leave too.

The Workman got so angry, "You Diglett!!!" He tried to whack the Diglett with a sledgehammer, the Diglett easily dodge it.

"It's Whack-the-Mole!" Yami laughed.

"Really?" Koyuki spoke since the trainers where gone now, "How?"

"What? Since Diglett are a mole Pokémon it's Whack-the-Mole."

"Okay..." Takuya sweat dropped along with Brisa and Koyuki.

When morning broke Takuya decided to relaxed in the hot spring baths, at a Hot Spring Inn.

"Ah~ This is nice." Yami said floating in the hot spring water.

Koyuki smiled and relaxed has well.

Then Takuya heard a rustle from the trees, "Achlys." She called out to her ghost Pokémon.

"Gengar." Achlys smiled then grinned.

"Aunt Achlys your back." Koyuki said.

"What did you find out?" Takuya asked.

"Gengar, Gen, Gengar, Gar, Gengar." (The Digletts lives here and that Dam is being built in their homes.) Achlys spoke.

"I see, its like the incident with the Tentacool at Porta Vista." Yami said.

"That makes sense." Takuya said.

"Diglett!" A Diglett appeared and two more popped out, then they started to move.

"Diglett!" Takuya shouted in shock, getting out of the hot spring water, she got change quickly and ran after the mole Pokémon.

The Workman was still trying to whack the Diglett with his sledgehammer.

It was a funny sight for them but they didn't have time to stop.

Takuya followed Diglett to a mountain range and saw a lot of Diglett and a set of Diglett triplets sharing a single body. Each head has brown skin, black eyes, and a large, round, pink nose.

"Trio!" It said.

Takuya looked up the Pokémon on her Pokédex:
🔹Dugtrio, the Mole Pokémon.
The evolved form of Diglett. It three heads move alternately, driving it through tough soil to depths of over 60 miles.

"Mother look at this, it's really pretty." Koyuki said pointing to the land.

What Takuya was incredible, she saw the Dugtrio dig around and the Diglett were planting small trees into the ground.

"Wow look at this." Takuya gasped, "Its so beautiful."

"Diglett, Diglett, Diglett!"

"Trio, Trio, Trio!"

"It's incredible and hard to believe that these small Diglett and Dugtrio actually created this whole mountain range themselves."

The Workman saw the mountain range as well and realized his mistakes, "If my men and I build the dam," he said, "we would not only destroy this mountain range, but also the home to lots of Pokémon. I'm going to cancel this project and leave the mountains and forests alone." He finished then walked off talking the other workers.

"Alright." Takuya said, she was delighted that the project is cancelled.

"AHAHAHAHAHA!" Laugher was heard in the distance.

It was Team Rocket, they did their motto as usual, apparently they wanted to capture all the Diglett and Dugtrio.

"You three again!" Takuya shouted, she was really annoyed by them, first Gary and now them.

"Why can't you leave us or the Pokémon alone." Yami groaned.

"I'm up for a battle mother." Koyuki said and jumped of her shoulder, going into her battle stance.

"Gengar." Achlys floated beside her.

Jessie and James smirked, "Ha! Our Pokémon are different." They both said and sent out their Pokémon, instead of Ekans and Koffing, they set out their new evolved Pokémon.

The first is a serpent like Pokémon with purple scales all over its body. It has a large hood just below its head. On its hood, it has a design much like an angry face, which can come in six variations. The pattern typically has red and yellow eyespot outlined it black, a wide black streak resembling a mouth, and a V-shaped stripe about the face pattern.

"Chaaa, Arbok!" It said.

Th second one is a purple Pokémon consisting of two spherical heads connected by a thin tube with another sphere in the center. The heads have differing sizes and features. The left head is larger, and has prominent eyebrows, pointed teeth protruding from its lower jaw, and two flat teeth in its upper jaw. The smaller, right head simply has two pointed teeth, one at each corner of its mouth. The larger head has a cream-colored skull-and-crossbones marking below its face, while the smaller head has a light yellow circle instead. It is covered with many crater-like protrusions, which usually expel yellowish gases.

"Wee, Weezing!" It said.

"Team Rocket Pokémon evolved." Takuya said and looked up the two new evolved Pokémon on her Pokédex.

🔹Arbok, the Cobra Pokémon.
The evolved form of Ekans. Transfixing prey with the face-like pattern on its belly, it binds and poisons the frightened victim.

🔹Weezing, the Poison Gas Pokémon.
The evolved form of Koffing. Inhaling toxic fumes from trash and mixing them inside its body lets it spread an even fouler stench.

"Arbok use poison sting!" Jessie commanded.

"Weezing sludge attack!" James commanded.

"They never learn." Takuya grumbled, "Koyuki dodge it and use force palm try to get Arbok paralysis, Achlys use dark pulse on the sludge."

Koyuki jumped dodge the poison sting attack, she ran and she slammed her palm on Arbok chest, paralysing it at the same time.

Achlys grinned and launched a dark pulse at Weezing sludge attack, causing an explosion from the collision.

Jessie gritted her teeth, "Arbok use crunch!" Arbok launched itself at Koyuki attempting to bite her, but she use dig to dodge it.

Koyuki jumped out of the ground and launched an earthquake, making Arbok cried out in pain.

But unknown to Takuya who was battling, the earthquake of Koyuki cause making the a mountain bottom broke down, it revealed to be a cave.

Two of Takuya's Pokéball in her bag wriggled sensing a power or something from the area around them.

"Weezing use poison gas!" James shouted. Weezing blew out poisonous gas from its mouth towards the white Gengar who was grinning the whole way.

"Ominous wind Achlys." Achlys spun herself releasing purple wind, blowing the poison gas back.

"Arbok dig now!" Jessie said and Arbok drove into the ground making a hole.

"Weezing follow it." James said, Weezing followed the cobra Pokémon.

"... ? ..." Takuya and her Pokémons blinked.

"Diglett, Diglett, Diglett!"

"Trio, Trio, Trio!"

Was heard by everyone there.

"Diglett, Diglett, Diglett!"

"Trio, Trio, Trio!"

"Diglett, Diglett, Diglett!"

"Trio, Trio, Trio!" James and Jessie said happily.

Bang! Smash! Crash! Was heard then out of the hole Arbok and Weezing came out but really injured with lumps and bruises.

James and Jessie gasped at their Pokémon.

"Arbok..." Jessie said in horror.

"My poor Weezing..." James said in horror as well.

Next was Diglett and Dugtrio appeared out of the ground.

"Let's end this! Achlys dark pulse, Koyuki aura sphere send them flying!" Takuya shouted.

Then the Diglett and Dugtrio helped out by sending Team Rocket away with their own attacks, sludge bomb and hyper beam.

"TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Team Rocket shouted.

"Alright!" Takuya cheered with her Pokémon.

Then two of Takuya's Pokémon popped out relieving her lizard and seed Pokémon.

"Charmander!" "Bulbasaur!" Agnider and Denver said and they both began to ran towards a mountain.

"Ah! Wait!" Takuya called out, "Agnider, Denver!" She ran after them.

"Wonder what go them worked up?" Yami asked running behind.

"Don't know but we better hurry." Takuya said picking up the pace.

"Right behind you mother!" Koyuki called out.

"Genger." Achlys grinning flying behind.

Takuya ran after her lizard and seed Pokémon, till they stopped at a cave in the mountain.

"Char, Charmander." Agnider pointed inside the cave.

"There's something in this cave?" Takuya asked her Pokémon.

"Bulba." Denver nodded.

"So dark." Takuya muttered.

"Really dark, Agnider can lend the way with Denver since you two sense something." Yami said.

"Char." Agnider nodded.

"Okay lets go." Takuya said.

"Mother watch your step." Koyuki said as she hopping into her arm.

"Genger." Achlys agreed.

After walking inside the cave for five minutes Agnider and Denver both stopped in front of a cave wall and they both smash it, making small pieces of stone fall.

"What's that?" Koyuki pointed seeing a shinning object.

Denver and Agnider both picked it up and held it out to Takuya.

Both object was a smooth round stone but inside both stone was a strange DNA symbol.

"What's this?" Takuya blinked observing the the stone. "There different colour of DNA symbol in them."

"Bulba, Bulbasaur, Bulba, Bulba." Denver said pointing to one of the stone that was teal and light coral colour DNA.

"Char, Charmander, Char, Char." Agnider said pointing to the other stone that has the deep sky blue and dark grey colour DNA.

"Uncle Denver said that they fell connected to the stone inside the ember stone, some kind of power." Koyuki translated. "He felt connected to this one especially," She pointed to the teal and light coral colour, "while Uncle Agnider feels connected to other one." She pointed to the deep sky blue and dark grey.

A big question ? appeared on Yami and Achlys head, "Connected? / Genger?" They both blinked.

"Like a bond with them." Takuya summaries it simply.

"Correct mother." Koyuki said.

"These stone couldn't be... could it..." Takuya trailed off, 'I thought that Mega Stone are found in the Kalos region not here in Kanto.' She thought deeply.

"What Aura?" Yami pressed on wanting to know the answer.

Takuya shook her head and put both stone inside her bag carefully, "I'll explain another time, if my guess is right." She looked at her Pokémon, "I have to call Professor Oak and ask him about them."

"Okay." Yami said, "Agnider and Denver as well."

"Char." "Bulba." They both nodded understanding.

"Lets go back." Takuya said putting her bag back on her back, she returned both her lizard and seed Pokémon back to their Pokéballs.

Arriving back at the inn, Takuya snapped a picture of the two stones and sent them to Professor Oak to examine.

"If my thought is correct, when Agnider and Denver reach their final form they'll be able to mega evolve." Takuya said, she turned off the light and when to back.

Morning came, after saving the Diglett's and Dugtrio home from construction and defeating Team Rocket's new evolved Pokémon, it was time to departure to Fuchsia City.

"That's good news." Takuya smiled seeing the construction sign big bold word CANCEL place on it. "They cancel the construction, now the Diglett's and Dugtrio can live happily here and continue making their home."

Koyuki and Yami nodded.

"Time to continue on to Fuchsia gym here we come." Yami exclaimed happily.

Takuya nodded and walked off along the road to her next gym.
