After obtaining the Marsh Badge, Takuya wanted to stop in Lavender Town.

"Hey, this is town where you can capture ghost type Pokémon?" Yami asked.

"Yeah, I might what to capture one myself." Takuya said.

Yami groaned, he heard how mischievously ghost Pokémon can get with there pranks.

"Come on we need to get to the tower." Takuya said.

When they reached Lavender Town, it seemed a bit spooky as the mist was rolling in.

"Wow, there's a lot of mist. Does it get really misty around this time mother?" Koyuki asked.

Takuya frown, "No from what I read, it only get misty when its night time." She looked around the area, "This is very strange, it doesn't feel right at all."

"Your telling me." Yami said.

Takuya contuined to walk when pumped into someone, "Oops, sorry about that." She apologised

"No problem." A male voice replied back.

Takuya saw a teenager who looks about 1 year older than her brothers, he had light steel blue hair and eyes, he was wearing a white collar shirt with a black hoodie vest that has purple streaks going down unbutton. On the ends of his sleeves he has silver stripes, he also wears black pants with dark-purple boots and he also has a traveling bag on his back. [Similar to his formal outfit mostly the colour.]

'He's...' Takuya thought and blushed suddenly, 'No! BAD TAKUYA BAD! Don't even think about that.' Mentally scolding herself. 'Flint and Volkner will definitely ask you thousands of questions.' She remembers how they were saying she was too young to think about love.

"A-CHOO!" Flint and Volkner sneezed but the Sunnyshore gym leader didn't sneeze as loud as fire elite.

"Rai? Rai, Raichu, Rai?" (Huh? Wonder why they sneezed about?) Raichu asked the flame Pokémon.

"Infernape, Infer, Infernape?" (Could be Takuya talking about them?) Infernape suggested.

Raichu titled his head, "Rai? Raichu." (Both? that's odd.)

"Volkner why do I have a feeling about Kuya liking a guy she just met." Flint said.

Volkner shook his head, "I agree, I have to same feeling."

"Kuya is too young to have a crush or liking or thinking about love!" Flint whines with anime tears. "NO! MY ADORABLE little sister is having a crush!" Inside his head a Chibi Flint is running around crying.

"Flint." Volkner called.

"...!" Still crying.

"Flint."

"!..." Sulking now.

Volkner got a tick mark and hit his best friend head.

"Ow! Volky that hurt!" Flint whine.

"Don't call me Volky, Flint!"

Raichu and Infernape sweat dropped at their trainers seeing the reason.

"A-Choo!" Takuya sneezed cutely, 'Oh Arceus I'm in trouble.'

The teenager smiled seeing how the girl cutely sneezed, 'I'll admit that she's cute and pretty for her age, actually first for me and I have a strong feeling she is different to other girls her age.' Then he gasped seeing a rare Pokémon on her shoulder, "Wow, a pure white Riolu." He said amazed, "I've never seen this kind of colour before. Where you get it?"

Takuya blinked, "I got Koyuki when she hatched from a Pokémon egg I found laying on the ground in a forest, when I was on my way to Vermillion City." She answered.

"Wow." The teenage smiled and petted Koyuki who was enjoying it, "You've raised her very well."

"Thank you. Um, sorry but who are you?"

The teenager chuckled, "Sorry, I'm Steven Stone from the Hoenn Region." He bowed. "I'm here exploring the Kanto region."

"Nice to meet you Steven, I'm Takuya a Pokémon trainer and this is Yami and Koyuki." She introduced herself and her Pokémon.

"Hello." Yami and Koyuki both waved.

Steven again was surprised, "You can use telepathy amazing."

"Thank you."

Takuya rolled her eyes, "So what brings you here to Lavender Town Steven?" She asked.

"I'm here to see or investigate a Pokémon." Steven answered, "I discovered why there was mist out this early. The truth is a ghost seems to be haunting the place. You see a few months ago some Team Rocket members came here to take all the Pokémon from here."

"What?! Team Rocket again... Did they succeed?"

"From what I heard, no they didn't, but they actually killed a Pokémon." Steven said sadly.

"WHAT?!" Takuya was horrified by this information.

"No way!" Yami exclaimed.

"What Pokémon did they kill?" Koyuki asked sadly.

"It was a Marowak, she sacrificed her life to get rid of those Team Rocket members."

"Please tell that those jerks are in jail?" Koyuki asked hoping.

"Yes they are." Steven said, "but from what I was told ever since that incident, Marowak's spirit still haunts the tower and the Gastly, Haunter and shiny Gengar that are in there also haunt it."

Takuya blinked along with Yami and Koyuki, "Shiny Gengar?"

"Yes."

Takuya felt uneasy about this, "I have a feeling that the Marowak didn't come back here on purpose." She said looking back at the tower, "I feel that Marowak is still here for something."

"What do you think it is mother?" Koyuki asked.

"I don't know." Takuya answered, "But I know it's something important to her. I think we need to check the tower."

"I agree with you Takuya, I suggest we should check it tonight, because the ghost only reveals itself at night." Steven suggested.

"Okay." Takuya said.

When night fell, Takuya and Steven headed for the tower, a full moon was out and mists were everywhere; the tower looked spooky.

Takuya and Steven entered the tower, it was very dark and quiet in the tower and there was not a soul to be seen.

"Oh, great." Takuya quietly whimpered.

Steven watched her from the side of his eyes, 'Cute.' "I suggest we split up, since its a very big tower."

Takuya nodded, she decided to check the fifth, sixth and seventh floors, while Steven checked the first, second, third and fourth floors.

Takuya had Agnider out, so he can use his tail lit up the way, she didn't find anything on the fifth and sixth floors.

All Takuya found were rooms filled with old sheeted furniture and dust and cobwebs, she didn't even see a single ghost type.

"Okay this is very odd." Takuya sighs and frowned, "usually even when you take one step into the tower, the ghost Pokémon come out like crazy. Something strange is going on in this tower." She looked at Haunter and Gengar on her Pokédex.

Haunter is a purple Pokémon with a gaseous body. It has a round head with a pair of disembodied hands. Each hand has three pointed fingers. Its head is flanked by three large, spiked protrusions on either side, and its eyes are large and triangular with small pupils. The gases composing its head curve down to form several pointed teeth framing a pink mouth and a long tongue. Its body tapers into a jagged tail.

🔹Haunter, the Gas Pokémon.
The evolved form of Gastly. It likes to lurk in the dark and tap shoulders with a gaseous hand. Its touch causes endless shuddering.

Gengar is a dark purple, bipedal Pokémon with a roundish body. It has red eyes and a wide mouth that is usually curled into a sinister grin. Multiple spikes cover its back, and it has large pointed ears. Its arms and legs are short with three digits on both its hands and feet. It also has a stubby tail.

🔹Gengar, the Shadow Pokémon.
The final evolved form of Gastly. The leer that floats in darkness belongs to a Gengar delighting in casting curses on people.

"Mother I'm interested to see what colour Gengar is." Koyuki said.

"Same here." Yami added.

"Me too. I wonder is Steven having better luck than us. Let's go." Takuya said and continued to walk.

When Takuya reached the seventh floor of the tower, she heard a crying and moaning noise, she opened the door on the seventh floor and there in the middle of the room was a Pokémon crying.

"Cuubonee! Cubone... Cubone...." It was crying over some bones.

"Hey, that Pokémon is a Cubone." Takuya whispered, she remembered battling a Cubone before and checked the Pokémon once more.

🔹Cubone, the Lonely Pokémon.
The pre-evolved form of Marowak. When it thinks of its dead mother, it cries. Its crying makes the skull it wears rattle hollowly.

"I get it," Takuya whispered in sadness, "the Marowak that Team Rocket killed was this Cubone's mother."

"Poor Cubone." Koyuki spoke softly and sad.

"Yeah, those Team Rockets are jerks." Yami said. "They kill its mother."

"Charmander." Angnider said sadly.

Takuya slowly walked up to Cubone, Cubone heard footsteps walking towards him and held his arms in front of him, growling.

"It's okay Cubone," Takuya spoke softly, "I'm not here to harm you. Those bones are your mother's right?"

"Cubone." Cubone nodded faintly.

"I heard everything about what Team Rocket did to her. I can tell she was a great mother, since it's clear that she died to save your life."

Takuya slowly and carefully picked up Cubone and gave it a hug, but Cubone struggling for her to put it down, but Takuya held it tight and rubbed its skull gently, "Hey it's okay. Everything will be okay."

Cubone listened to Takuya's kind words and felt her warm hands, then cried some more tears and held onto her tight.

"That's mother for you." Koyuki smiled.

Just then three figures appeared in front of Takuya, it was Gastly, Haunter and to her surprise is a shiny Gengar; This Gengar is a pure white, bipedal Pokémon with a roundish body. It has red eyes and a wide mouth that is usually curled into a sinister grin. Multiple spikes cover its back, and it has large pointed ears. Its arms and legs are short with three digits on both its hands and feet. It also has a stubby tail.

"It's like Pluvia and Yuki." Yami whispered. "Rare shiny colour."

"Yeah." Koyuki nodded.

They had watched Takuya being kind and loving to Cubone and were happy to see such a nice human.

Takuya was nervous and worried that they would be cross for invading their territory, "I'm sorry if I had disturbed you," she apologised, "if you want me to leave I'll do so."

But the three ghosts were smiling, saying in their language, that Takuya was welcomed here and happy that she was caring for Cubone.

"Hey you three, I heard that this Cubone's mother, Marowak is haunting this place. Is that right?"

The ghost Pokémon nodded and said  in their language, that Marowak was worried for her baby and didn't want to leave it alone and helpless.

"I knew it. Marowak stayed behind to protect her baby from harm. We need to sort this out." Takuya said.

Takuya, Cubone and the ghost Pokémon met up with Steven on the first floor and she told him what had happened.

"I see, so Marowak was still here for a reason." Steven said, "Protecting her child even as a ghost."

The Cubone was feeling relaxed in Takuya's arms.

"What should we do about Marowak?" Takuya asked.

"I'm not so sure." Steven sighs, "I think the only thing we can do is help the Marowak's spirit move on. Would you mind helping me with that Takuya?"

"No problem." Yami said, "Besides Aura actually helped two spirits move on in Maiden's peak some time ago."

"Aura?"

"It's mother's middle name, Aurora or Aura for short." Koyuki replied.

"I see.... Alright we need to search for the Marowak. Gastly, Haunter and Gengar we need your help too." Steven said.

"Gastly." "Haunter." "Gengar." They nodded agreeing to help.

Takuya felt an chilling aura around them, "Show yourself Marowak!" She shouted.

Then a chilling mist surrounded them.

Marowak is a bipedal Pokémon with a spike located on its tail. On its stomach, Marowak is very light brown in color, as opposed to most its body, which is a darker brown. Two small claws, one on each hand, serve as its thumbs, and two large nails make up its toes. Marowak's head is composed of the skull it once wore as a mask. It can no longer remove the skull, as it is now a direct body part. Marowak's jaw is composed of bone, and its nostrils are located on the nose of the skull. Its triangular eyes are brown and are also located on the skull.

"Marowak." She said.

"That's Marowak, alright." Steven said.

Takuya looked up the Pokémon:
🔹Marowak, the Bone Keeper Pokémon.
The evolved form of Cubone. Despite its small size, its offensive and defensive strength is impressive.

When Cubone saw his mother, he jumped out of Takuya's arms and ran to her.

The ghost Marowak comforted her son, she looked at Takuya, "Maro, Marowak." She bowed her head.

"Aura, she's thanking you for taking care of her child." Yami translated.

"You're welcome." Takuya said to Marowak with a smile.

Then Marowak started to speak, "Marowak, Maro." She said. "Maro, Marowak, Maro, Maro, Marowak."

"Marowak said, 'That I'll be leaving my child in your care Takuya'." Yami translated, "She's also saying she wants a battle against you Aura, you need to defeat her in a Pokémon battle to free her spirit."

"Really, well if that's how she'll be able to rest in peace. Then lets do it." Takuya said.

Steven, Yami, Koyuki, Agnider, Gastly, Haunter and Gengar watched from the sides with Cubone.

"Marowak." She said getting ready to battle.

"Well, she's close to evolving so... Kyra, let's free Marowak spirit." Takuya said and released her shiny evolution Pokémon.

"Eeveuii!" She yipped.

"Wow, a shiny Eevee." Steven said quietly.

"Maro, Marowak!" Marowak threw her bone club directly at Kyra.

"Kyra use iron tail to hit that club back." Takuya countered. Kyra tails glowed and she jumped hitting the the club back towards Marowak with her tail.

Marowak got hit but her own club, but she didn't give up, Marowak caught the club again and she flew a flamethrower attack.

"Kyra use protect quick." Kyra brought up a green shield protecting her from the hot fire attack. "Now use iron tail." Kyra ran directly towards the grave keeper Pokémon and hit her twice with an steel type attack.

"Marowak." She groaned in pain.

"Looks like it's working." Yami cheered on the side.

"Keep going mother." Koyuki cheered.

Cubone did look upset about seeing his mother hurt, but knew this was for his mother's own good.

Marowak threw her bone for a boomerang attack and hitting Kya directly, she groaned in faint pain.

"Kyra don't give up. You can do this!" Takuya encourage.

"Aunt Kyra you can do this." Koyuki cheered.

Kyra got up and growled, "Eeveuii!" Then she started to glow, her body grew and changed, her has a sleek black body with four slender legs and yellow eyes. There are two pairs of pointed teeth visible when its mouth is open, one in the upper jaw and one in the lower. She has long pointed ears and a bushy tail, each with a deep sky blue band around them. Her forehead and legs have blue rings on them, her deep sky blue markings glow at night and strike fear into anyone nearby.

"Umbreon!" She cried out.

"Kyra you've evolved." Takuya said and looked up the Pokémon.

🔹Umbreon, the Moonlight Pokémon.
The evolved form of Eevee. The rings of Umbreon's body glow faintly when exposed to the moon's aura, and it gains a mysterious power.

Type: Dark

Gender: Female

New Moves Learnt: Dark Pulse, Confuse Ray, Feint Attack, Shadow Claw, Psychic and Hyper Beam.

Ability: Synchronize

Hidden Ability: Inner-Focus

Extra Information: - This Umbreon is a Shiny Pokémon.

"Amazing." Steven muttered.

"Alright, Kyra use dark pulse." Takuya said. Kyra fired a beam of dark purple circles at Marowak and that really did hurt her.

"Maro..." She groaned and panting tiredly.

"Takuya nows your chance to free her." Steven said.

Takuya nodded, "Kyra use iron tail once more." Kyra tailed glowed and she hit Marowak twice in a row effectively and Marowak was defeated.

When Marowak lost, her spirit faded away, she smiled till the end.

"It's over." Steven smiled, "Thanks to you Takuya, Marowak's spirit is finally at peace."

Takuya smiled as well, "Yeah."

"Cu, Cuboneee!" Cubone started to cry for his mother, but Takuya picked him up and gave him a hug.

Gastly, Haunter and Gengar floated over to Steven and Takuya.

"What are you three going to do?" Koyuki asked.

The three Ghost Pokémon looked at each other, they began to grinned mischievously and each off them held a Pokéball.

"Hey where did you guys get the Pokéballs from?" Takuya asked and she quickly checked her coat pockets noticing three Pokéballs were missing, "Hey those are mine. Wait you three?!"

To late Gastly, Haunter and Gengar tap each other and when into the Pokéballs.

"Oh Arceus." Takuya groaned.

"Yeah I have new uncles." Koyuki cheered.

"What?! No! Oh no! Were doomed." Yami groaned, "I'm the trickster."

"I know that I wanted to capture a ghost type, but I can deal with one ghost type but three is impossible." Takuya sulked, "Yami is the only prankster I can deal with at the moment."

"Wait... Now you just said that... I just realise I have some pranking partners now." Yami cheered, "Booyeah!"

"Char, Charmander, Char!" (Where doomed, completely doom!) Agnider groaned. "Char, Charmander!" (We need to warn the others too.)

"I agree, your just as bad as a ghost type uncle Yami." Koyuki scolded, "Aunt Tsuki also said the same time, you get out of hands with your prank of illusions."

"Do not!" Yami protested.

"Do too!" Koyuki argued.

"Do not!"

"Do too!"

"Do NOT!"

"You so DO TOO!"

"Charr!"

Koyuki grinned, "See, uncle Agnider agreed."

Yami gasped in shocked, "Ah, you traitor!"

Steven was amused but this, it's not everyday you see Pokémon using telepathy a lot and he realise that they have a strong bond with Takuya, Riolu being an aura Pokémon who can sense Aura's within others.

"Knock it off!" Takuya cut in.

"Sorry."

Steven chuckled, "Let's head back to the Pokémon Centre."

Takuya and the others nodded, "Of course."

When they got back to the Pokémon Centre, Steven asked Takuya about the baby Cubone.

"So your taking the baby Cubone?" Steven asked.

"Yep," Takuya chirped her answered, "besides I don't think Cubone here would want me to leave."

"Cu, Cubone." Cubone was snuggling up in Takuya's arms.

"Aw, it seems to me Aura that you have now become Cubone's adoptive mother now," Yami teased, "and once your two eggs hatches, well you really will be a Poképarent."

"W-what?" Takuya stuttered up a blush.

Steven chuckled. "You do look like a mother if you have another baby Pokémon to take care of." He teased as well.

"Not you too Steven."

"But that's true mother." Koyuki added. "You've raise me since I was a baby as well."

"K-Koyuki!"

Suddenly a glow came from Takuya's backpack; it was her light blue egg that is glowing.

"Hey, I was joking but..." Yami sweat dropped, "it must have heard me and now it is hatching."

Takuya gently grabbed the light blue egg from her bag and placed it on a cushion, the egg glowed brighter and it cracked and hatched into a serpentine-like Pokémon with a blue body and a white underside. It has white, three-pronged fins on the sides of its head and a white bump on its forehead. Above its large, round, white snout are oval, purple eyes.

"Tini?" It cried out.

"Amazing, it's a Dratini." Steven said amazed, "There extremely rare."

"Dratini huh?" Takuya said and looked up the new hatched dragon on her Pokédex.

🔹Dratini, the Dragon Pokémon.
Dratini sheds its skin as it grows, often doing so while hidden behind large powerful waterfalls.

Type: Dragon

Gender: Female

Moves: Wrap, Leer, Thunder wave and Twister.

*Egg Moves: Mist, Haze, Extreme Speed and Water Pulse which has yet to be unlocked.

Ability: Shed-Skin

Hidden Ability: Marvel-Scale

Takuya couldn't believe it; its true that Dratini were really rare and hard to find, she had even seen Lance, from the Elite four with a Dragonite. 'Cool, now I will have a Dragonite of my own in the future.' She thought happily.

'Well, time to introduce myself.' Takuya felt a glint from Yami eyes, she face Dratini and smiled, "Hi Dratini," she said, "I'm your mother."

Yami was snickering all the way, till Koyuki scolded him to be quite.

"Tini." Dratini cooed, "Tini, Tini." She rubbed her face against Takuya's cheek, it was obvious that Dratini liked her right away.

"Cubone." Cubone snuggled into Takuya's chest some more, trying to gain more attention from his new mother."

"Now you have two babies on your hands, let's just hope that your second egg doesn't hatch soon or you'll end up with three babies on your hand." Yami teased again, "Koyuki is out of baby category now."

Koyuki hit her uncle head, "I've been out of it for two months now."

Yami rolled his eyes, "Right sorry."

Every laughed at them, soon it was time to hit the beds.

Gastly is named 'Gardi'.

Haunter is named 'Phantom'.

Gengar is named 'Achlys'.

Cubone is named 'Adnet'.

Dratini is named 'Ryoko'.

After spending the night at the Pokémon Centre, it was time for Takuya to leave.

"Well, thanks and nice meeting you Steven." Takuya smiled.

Steven smiled, "Same here Takuya, maybe well meet again."

Takuya nodded, "Yeah, bye." She turned around and walked off, waving goodbye.

"Bye." Steven waved. 'It would be nice to see you again.' He thought and walked off.

Meeting a new friend (crush), capturing new ghost Pokémon and obtaining babies Pokémon Takuya once again set off onto there next gym.

1. What do you think about Takuya meeting Steven for the first time? Since a lot of you suggested it.

I decide to make Steven a traveler who is visiting or exploring the region's, so he won't enter the Pokémon league but he is a battler and trainer as well. (Does that make sense?)

Steven still has his hobbies of finding rare stones, I add that he has knowledge of different areas and locations of towns, city and etc...

I had to change his outfit so it make sense, he is not the Hoenn Region Champion also or should he?
If not I'll make it Wallace so Steven will be traveling with Takuya soon.
